One of the biggest presents that you can give someone, especially if that someone is a loved one, is being there with them completely. This means that, th for your kind attention, care and understanding. People, in turn, seek your presence and energy rather than how much time you spend and therefore being into the moment makes relationships stronger and conversely many things that are related.
