A Tomahawk steak is characterized by the long bone extending from the meat, traditionally more than five or six inches, and it often includes a portion of the short rib and extra meat to gnaw on.

I love a good bone in ribeye but the extra 5 inches of bone sticking out the end of a tomahawk I find to be a bit gimmicky

Read this so many times, definitely enjoyed the content. But still wish they'd ACTUALLY explain what makes the Tomahawk the best cut of steak to the audience.
