When getting a cheap tablet, be careful not to buy old technology offered at the current price, devices that are filled with adware and spyware, or deals that are too good to be true. Ensure that you go for tablets that have a clean user interfaces such as the Walmart ONN tablet which runs on stock android 14 OS. Verify that the scope of the tablet includes Widevine Level 1 in order to allow HD streaming on Netflix and other cinemas. Definitely consider the brand for software updates and customer service. Prevent using tablets that have more than necessary bloatware and that try to install unwanted application at the initial installation.
