My experience in moving with White Glove was a pleasure! First, Lukas came to my home to give me an estimate. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Mike from the office called to follow up, answer my other questions and helped me schedule the move date. On the move day, my moving team, Rusu, Emad, and Eric were meticulous, kind, worked efficiently and carefully. There was a snow storm that day and I was so worried because my building wouldn't change my move date. They came and were so quick with packing and moving my stuff to the other building! I am happy to recommend White Glove to all my friends and family

From the in home estimate, to the packing of my items to the delivery of my items, this was the most seamless and perfect experience I have ever had with a moving company. This was my first time using White Glove, and they were amazing. *** was always reachable & responsive, professional, and fair with pricing the move. And there were no surprises (except one that was very generous around something I didn't keep). They were extremely compassionate and accommodating given the nature of the move between NJ and NY and also because we required brief storage. Their storage team works very closely with customer service and was perfectly streamlined. Nothing was damaged on either end of the move or in storage. They packed art extremely well and we're very organized and careful with all of my belongings.The *** took the time to make sure everything was placed in the exact spot in my apartment. He didn't rush me, and was so easy going about minor dadjustments. They were not only careful, but concerned about any item without floor protectors. He made it clear that those pieces could scratch the wood floor. He told me this because he cared, not only based on his job. We had one piece of art while narrow, was so long it wouldn't fit in the service elevator. They even tried the stairs, and when it didn't work the first time, they tried several more times. The *** knew from me how sentimental the piece was and finally I said okay, I will have to pitch it. He instead came up with a creative solution for me. I am now so excited and think because it's art, will be so much more interesting! White Glove was indirectly recommended to me by someone who coordinates moves for living. Both myself and the executor on the other end of the move were so impressed, and highly recommend White Glove. On another note, I am extremely picky about customer service and detail oriented.I'm usually the one to provide constructive criticism, not add them to my phone's contacts or take the time to write a review. I will have another move in the near future and they will be my go to, no if and or buts!

There were no surprises at the end; everything, including prices, were exactly as expected. Boni and his team were phenomenal packers. They took great care of all our possessions, from a piano to art work to art glass. I dont think my husband and I could have done better. The team in Miami were also incredibly efficient. They managed to get everything unloaded and reassembled in a timely fashion. White Glove Moving and Storage was without a doubt the best moving company for us!

My husband and I were very pleased with the entire move from start to finish. The mem were on time and explained everything we needed to know. They loaded the truck in a timely manner and they were very neat while doing so. Once they got on the road they kept in constant touch with us letting us know where they were and when we could expect them. Once the arrived at our new home in *** they unloaded the truck and constantly checked to make sure we had every item, I would highly recommend them and would have no problem using them again if needed.

Planning an out of state move from *** to GA is more than a daunting task. There are so many variables that can take place that can make this experience very challenging. After receiving the referral from a friend that used White Glove in a similar move from NJ to GA, a weight was lifted from obtaining an out of state mover. Our first contact was with *** who came to our home for the initial walkthrough. He was very detailed and provided an overview of the services and the process. The quote was also provided and we felt comfortable with moving forward. He was very professional and personable which put us at ease. Moving forward to the day of the actual move, we had the pleasure to work with the *** and his crew. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were friendly and extremely efficient. They answered any questions we had and ensured we understood the process as they were packing and loading. Once the items were loaded, they called the main office to speak with a representative who requested to speak with us and check in with our experience and ask if we had any issues or concerns with the process. We confirmed with the representative that our experience was better than expected. Our items arrived in GA earlier than expected and we had the pleasure to work with *** on the final updates. He was very professional and proactive with communication and details of the move, which was comforting. When the movers arrived the morning of the move, they were also pleasant to work with. They provided us a printout of all of the box numbers for us to check off as they delivered to the appropriate rooms to ensure every item was accounted for one by one. This system was very organized and also provided the customer with peace of mind that both parties were confident that all items were confirmed. I used White Glove Moving for an out of state move in August . From initial quote to final box unloaded, they were professional, meticulous, friendly, easy to work with. They were so responsive to my many questions. We had lived in our home for more than 23 years and I was very stressed about the move. We have several valuable antiques including a grandfathers clock and we were apprehensive. I can't say enough about the crew that packed and moved us. The supervisor *** was so nice and reassuring, and he treated our belongings like they were his own. He directed his crew with authority and respect and his guys worked together like clockwork. I used them again for a smaller move in Feb 2022, also out of state, and they were again wonderful. I can recommend them with confidence.
Moving house is not easy
Moving house is not easy. Especially when you are moving with a family of small kids. And more especially, during Winter. In New Jersey. In February and right after a winter storm. During Covid-19. Along comes White Glove, and made it all seem so easy. Stone and his crew came in right on time, early in the morning, did a walkthrough of my home, and got to work. Two trucks packed with all my household items, furniture neatly disassembled and blanketed, and all fragile items like glass curios and my 75 gallon glass fish tank, neatly wrapped. All items were moved to my new home and assembled at the place I wanted them to be. They even swapped my refrigerator, washer and dryer between my houses, per instructions and made it seem so effortless. All in the same day. At the end of the day, we were asked to review and inspect all items. I also received a call from the office at the end of the move, asking if I was satisfied and I had any concerns. I thought it was all very courteous and professional. A big thank you to Stone and his crew. I would recommend them anytime! Good job!

Our experience with White Glove Moving was as close to perfect as we could have hoped for. The estimator, ***, who wrote up our contract visited our home on two occasions to catalog all of the items we were planning to move and to create the cost estimate which he explained in detail. We contracted for a full pack/unpack local move (within NJ) which took 2 days to complete. On both days, the moving crew arrived promptly and went straight to work, carefully packing and marking the location of all smaller items and wrapping the larger pieces of furniture. *** and his crew were extremely helpful and patient with us as they emptied out our old home and transported everything to our new home. Once everything was at the new house, they placed all of our furniture and appliances where we wanted them (and even offered helpful suggestions about the best placement of some items). They completely unpacked all of the boxes and removed all of the used boxes and packing material. When the move was complete, the cost came in exactly as contracted. All in all, everyone at White Glove did a wonderfully professional job for us, and we recommend them highly.

This time around, the move was a State to State move which was complicated and required two days to do. From opening the request, estimation, deposit/payment process, to the move and final verification call, and to the price guarantee, White Glove's process is seamless and clear to us as a client. (Thank you *** and ***!) The team who executed the move was excellent! They were thorough, careful, and fast! Not a single piece of furniture was damaged and every piece was accounted for. We had very big and heavy pieces of furniture that had to go down one flight of stairs from our NY apartment to one flight of stairs in our house in CT. Everything was done impeccably. Their *** was a gentleman and a standup guy. He took care of us, his clients, and he took care of his hard-working crew. On top of it all, the team was the most polite, the most pleasant group of movers we have ever encountered. Thank you again to the moving team: *** and ***! We decided to use White Glove because they made us feel the most comfortable with the fact that they will be packing up our entire house and moving it completely across the country.We had received quotes from 5 different moving companies and oddly, White Glove came in the cheapest. It wasn't the cost that made us choose them, it was the fact White Glove did everything they could to make you feel like your belongings will be safe and secure with them.The actual packing, loading, moving and unpacking went flawless and without issue. White Glove was on time each day for the packing and loading. After everything was loaded and the truck left White Glove provided plenty of updates on expected arrival time of the moving truck in *** and was well within the expected delivery time frame.Special shout out to *** and his crew who were awesome packing up the house and loading the truck within 2 days. *** and the crew were courteous, friendly and respectful.On the delivery side a special shout out goes to ***, who after driving the truck across country, worked hard with his helper to make sure the truck was properly unloaded, everything was checked in and then safely moved into the house.I don't know if we could have done any better in choosing a moving company to move us across country."

Complete scam. I wish this site would allow photos to be posted - I would advise to check out my complaints on other sites like Yelp and Angies list to see the amount of all my high-end furniture trashed with pictures posted. This company has a horrible reputation I am only now finding out with online research and they have changed names multiple times. I foolishly hired them to move ONE room and some wardrobe boxes, only to my horror receiving 8k worth of major dents and crushed corners in all the main living room furniture they moved. My wardrobe boxes arrived crushed but thankfully clothes weren't damaged. All 3 lamps their company packed for me were shattered and all 3 lamp shades itself dented and crushed in. My new sectional sofa was decimated (see pics), expensive TV bench had wood corners crushed in. Even new Dyson fan arrived broken. This was SO BAD - honestly - It was almost like a joke- as if I were on Candid Camera that they delivered all my items so trashed. Oh- and their creepy foreman who picked up my stuff stole my number from my customer file and texted me 2 hours after picking up items. I'm out 8k in the damage they delivered my furniture in plus the additional 4K I paid them for moving it. A total of 12K loss for moving one living room and boxes. BUYER BEWARE. White Glove Moving company is HORRIBLE and a total scam. DO NOT TRUST WHITE GLOVE MOVING or you will severely regret it.

My 87-year old father was moving so I, along with my father and a friend of his, searched for an appropriate moving company to utilize. We settled on this one because the reviews seemed good. Boy were we disappointed. We ordered and the full packing service and paid nearly $1,000 for the service, in addition to over $3,000 for the move. Two days before the move, my father flew to his destination. His friend and I supervised the move. They came late and had to rush through the job to try go get done in the window that the loading dock in the building was open. In the process they failed to pack many items and just loaded his furniture into the truck without unloading it and packing it properly. The dock closed before they could finish and had to return the next day. They came late that time too and worked quickly for a couple of hours and then left. A number of items were not moved out and I had to contract a second company to pick up the remaining items. Dressers, file cabinets and a desk were broken under the weight of all the material inside and, needless to say, there was significant damage to the contents. There was also damage to furniture from just in general rough and irresponsible handling. Several items were lost during the move as well. One was a box containing several years of tax returns and all we could do is hope it did not wind up in the wrong hands. After all that, they lost the claim and when I followed-up they told me the deadline had passed to file it. They are an unprofessional operation that cannot be trusted. Make sure you use someone else.

( sent pics of the items to move,, and nothing to the other moving companies yet i still received quotes, which may work but i sure i would have been hit with additional charges, surprises once they actually moved the stuff )I expressed the time constraintsand pressure i was under, for the move, and within the next 24hrs, I had a quote, a contract, and a scheduled move date and time which was 3 days later. I couldn't believe the turnaround time, but under the circumstances they "made it happen",On the day of the move they showed up 30 minutes early, called me to let me know they were there, and asked if it was ok to start early.? ( usually it is a phone call saying " we're running late")*** was the *** of the 3 man team, and was fantastic. He coordinated the rapid packaging / taping of numerous pieces of furniture. I believe 10 in total., ( Big, bulky, awkward, and extremely heavy items - they don'tmake things with real wood anymore ). The entire process took about two hours, and before I knew it, or could even think to myself, "when are they going to be done" , they were out of there!In summary, a great experience when I trulyneeded one. Moving out of *** was breezy, as the movers wrapped up all artwork and furniture carefully. No problem here.Here's where the nightmare began in ***. The movers were only given a 4-hour window to use the condo dock to unload our stuff, plus time needed to be taken into account for them to reassemble all furniture that they dismantled completely at some point. First of all, they showed up at nearly 1pm (4 hours late, giving the condo association only 3 hours for them to move stuff in. FORGET about reassembling furniture. My partner and I ended up having to cut up all the overboard wrapping, tapes and blanket wrapped around dismantled furniture, and put them all back together. 3 movers were left 3 hours to deliver our goods and boxes and furniture, and had no time to bother with unwrapping. Get this, my partner and I were even nice enough to fold up the wrapping blankets nicely for these movers. Well, not our job, but movers were in a rush anyway.My partner had to do all the back-breaking work to unwrapped, cut those 5-inch thick bubble wraps and put all the furniture back together was no fun and no joke (a L-shape sectional, a China hutch, dining table, reading chair). Keep in mind that all the stands, windows, and other accessories were taken apart. Talk about going overboard, and refusing to put stuff together. All this happened when movers were too busy bringing in boxes, and had me count the boxes instead of doing their actual job.Toward the end, they even refused to remove our queen sized mattress boxspring that originally didn't fit through the bedroom. REFUSED. They told us to remove the door frame manually in order fit through the boxspring. WOW. My partner and I ended up having to pull the boxspring out to the hallway, repositioned it vertically, and ***, it fit through the bedroom now. (keep in mind this was all happening after the movers happily accepted our tips, left, and drove away and long gone).On day 2, we have just completely unwrapping and unboxing everything. It should be no surprise to find out that the overboard, sadistic wrapping with inches and papers, wraps and tapes taped all over things, causing our standing lamps, vintage reading lamp to break, and are permanently damaged. That's not to mention that a number of irreplaceable, heirloom china set we carefully wrapped was shattered into pieces, so now we sadly no longer have the complete set. Those boxes were labeled fragile, but I guess it meant nothing to the movers as they were busy plopping down boxes harshly in a time crunch. Precious souvenirs, everyday dishes, even lamp shades were broken, showing disregard to our belongings.The customer care department had the nerve to ask if we packed things properly. Believe me, being an OCD person I am, I ensured every fragile item was carefully packed (using papers, towels, bubble wraps, etc.s) into the boxes, and asked me if I purchased moving insurance. Pardon me, I thought that moving company was licensed, bonded and insured. So no, I DID NOT purchase any so-called moving insurance.So, yeah, I am not an idiot. I know some things are bound to be broken (I just didn't expect the extent of the damage), and I know what I signed up for (14-day delivery window). Little did I know that we would pushed to absolute last day plus one, just to have them show up on late on the 15th day. Are they nonchalant about it? Definitely YES.So yeah, moving out was easy, but when they showed up at your "faraway" destination, beware what could happen to you. Here we were, thinking it was a one-stop shop solution to moving. Having spent $8,500 for the supposedly premier service just to move my stuff 700 miles away, and grief is what you get. I should have gone to a different moving company. If you advertise yourself as a premier moving company, maybe you should reconsider that because I don't know what kind of moving company you're running.BONUS POINT: We have a bin of curtain hanging rods all taped up securely so we can identify the matching ends. Of course White Glove took matters into their own hands, messed up with rods and now the rods were in disarray and hard to match. I'd now have to spend a fortune replacing things that I was supposed to have.BUYER BEWARE. RUN, DON'T HIDE.Update: representative offered to pay us $600 in damage and grievances, in exchange for a 4 to 5-star review and have the review/pictures taken, so-called remediation. I have officially submitted this exchange with White Gloves (***) to Yelp. If this isn't extortion, I don't know what is.

This was my first experience using White Glove Moving and they will be the only movers I use from now on. From the beginning, *** was accommodating with any requests I had and answered all of my questions clearly. We updated my inventory and inventory locations twice before my move without any issues. I moved from both an apartment and storage unit to a new apartment in *** and the movers were educated on this ahead of time. On moving day, Marton and his crew were professional, friendly, and efficient with getting our move finished in just 5 hours despite needing to pickup furniture from 2 different locations and drive from the Bronx to Manhattan (we originally planned minimum 7 hours). I would not hesitate to use their services again for a future move and highly recommend them.

The guys who loaded the truck in *** were headed by *** and included *** They had remarkable wrapping skills & were very pleasant. The guys who unloaded in SC were *** They had to carry our furniture up to a 2nd floor apt & they made it seem effortless despite 90deg temperatures. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
