I have been shopping with Wholesale Supplies Plus for about 3 years now. What I love about them the most is they are always improving. When I first started shopping with them the selection and prices were great. But shipping time was so so. Shipping times have absolutely improved over the years. While I find myself ordering less and less from other companies because the shipping cost and time keeps going up with WSP it's getting to me faster and faster for free. I love the free shipping over $25. I can easily place an order for what I need and not add a bunch of stuff to get free shipping. Also, they keep getting more and more products. I will be super happy when they have absolutely everything I need so I don't have to order from anyone else.

I shop with WSP regularly, as they're reliable for quality and have such a huge variety. Ship times used to be slow but it seems like that's improved vastly. Yes, prices are steep compared to some others. But you can usually catch a sale and the free shipping makes a huge difference. I requested a refund, but was told that they would keep 50% of my money, even though they had moved the backorder date two times. Terry told me that I would receive a call back, but on 5/14, I still hadn't heard anything from the company. I was lucky enough to speak with Terry again, but she insisted on emailing her supervisor because she apparently couldn't do anything herself.
To make matters worse, the company moved the ETA again, this time to June 16. I am extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service. I would strongly advise against buying from them. Trust me, you don't want to deal with this kind of hassle.
