Yearly membership fee
I've noticed many complained about the same issue, which can only mean it's like a scheme of robbing people out of their money for esources.
I've bought the yearly subscription last year from them thinking it will be useful, there were all these promises about keyword search as well. I checked it within the first few days, realised it's not useful to me at all as some suppliers that I later found were not even listed, some were listed but in reality non-existent anymore. There were some promises about promotional material as well but I never got that, wasn't bothered either.
Keyword search, which I thought will be the most useful - still doesn't work, 12 months later.
I've left it untouched, didn't login, didn't do anything for a few months, then logged in just to check whether keyword search is working or not (it didn't) and left it again. Overall I did not make any use of the subscription.
A few days ago I got charged £75 for the yearly subscription. I remember cancelling it on my Paypal but clearly that didn't go through and there is no record of it. Absolutely no emails are ever sent from esources about your subscription (probably so you will not cancel it).
I have emailed them within an hour of seeing the 'membership renewal' email. In their reply they've told me that 'cancellation process is explained 5 times throughout the upgrade process' (?) and to refer to clause 4.9 in their T&C:
'The yearly subscription £30k income guarantee requires that a user has used at least 10 sources from the esources.co.uk database and actively sold their products throughout the 12 months period. For the guarantee to be valid, a user is required to upgrade at the yearly full price of gbp£75.00, maintain an active subscription and maintain a clean, non-breached license. Users who wish to claim their guarantee are required to submit their yearly audited accounts to esources for review within the last 10 days of the 12th month of their subscription. Upon reviewing the user's trading history, esources.co.uk will determine eligibility and issue a full refund plus £50 bonus. The free ebay business handbook is sent out once within 20 days from the date of the first yearly subscription payment.'
My business is not £30k a year so by their logic I can't have a refund.
On my question about keyword search they've replied:
'Please note our market research tool is currently under maintenance, we are working to reinstate it as soon as possible. Your market research credits have been unaffected, all your credits are still assigned to your account and will be usable in full once the market research update is completed. Sorry for the inconvenience.'
12 months and still under maintenance? By the way, it looks as if it's working and credit are being deducted so their statement is false here as well.
I have emailed back asking about the refund more and saying the above about the keyword search but it's been over a week now and still no reply.
Thank you.
Desired outcome: I feel like I've been robbed without explanation. Usual rules must apply to any service where refund is given within 14 days, especially with an online service where you can prove you didn't even use it. I want a refund.

A failure to provide promised promotional products
I joined eSources as a premium buyer for year on 15 March 2023. I have sent eSources some several email by now to complain that I have not received the unlimited fully functional ecommerce websites with free hosting for life, 50 market research credits, and the eBay Business Handbook [protected] Edition handbook they promise you on joining. They promise to send you these items by email when you join. So far, eSources have ignored all my email although they are supposed to offer 24/7 email support.
Desired outcome: That the promised promotional materials are provided.

Membership
I have sign up for the e-sources online for a month thinking it will be one month subscription and not renew every month.
Once I’ve found out that that they are charging my card every month I’ve tried to cancel it.
The company gives a misleading information how to do it:
“Credit/Debit Card Subscriptions: if you paid for your subscription using your credit or debit card on eSources, you can cancel it by logging in to your My eSources account and clicking on the Buyer Status link in the left menu of your account area.”
This can’t be done as there no such an option.
I’ve send 2 emails and no respond.
My link is Emilia.13
Desired outcome: Cancel subscription

Esources.co.uk
On August 17, I signed up for Esources.co.uk while searching for a product that shipped from Europe. It took a day or two for my listing to post. In the meantime, I found the product from another supplier. Esources charged me $63.12 before my listing was even posted.
On Aug 20, the listing had been up for one whole day.
I'd not gotten a single response to my request. I emailed them regarding this, and they sent me a list of five suppliers, which were not relevant or helpful.
One was a US-based supplier that was not a wholesale supplier. Another didn't ship to the US. Three others didn't even have the product.
I told them this via email and requested a refund on August 20. They refused. I contacted Paypal but Esources.co.uk won't refund the $63.12 subscription cost.
Desired outcome: I request a refund of $63.12 back to my original payment method.

Twice I've emailed 3 times, and every time I get the same response that I go to PayPal and cancel my subscription via the Pre-Approved payments.
I did not use PayPal for subscription. I used Debit card for subscription, but they are not listening.
They keep repeating the same statement in their emails,
Now I've sent them a screenshot from my PayPal account to show and prove that I have no Pre-Approved payments for eSources.
I don't know what else to do.
They don't even have a telephone number to call.
Desired outcome: Cancel my subscription

I purchased my license and got banned few times, and last time they permanently blocked my account and asked to buy new license! This is SCAM! They said I use my account under few PC at the same time, but it's not truth! They can't even give you any proof of that, they just block you for nothing! I used my account under only one PC. It doesn't even make sense to use it under few PC, especially after I got blocked few times. They just want to take more money from you, that's how I can see this situation.

Won’t refund me
I signed up for Esources UK on the 17th Feb (Wednesday) thinking they would've been anything useful.
Turned out I couldn't find anything I was looking for, since most of the wholesalers listed I could already find on my own or they're outdated and I'm very unsatisfied. There were also very few of what I was searching for.
The website says I have the rights to get a refund within 14 days.
On 17th Feb (Wednesday) - I asked for a refund and they responded saying they were sorry and wanted to help me with whatever I was looking for on their site. I gave them a chance, but the stores they had sent me via email were the same I had found on their site. No idea what I was expecting.
18th Feb (Thursday) - I explained that the stores they sent were nothing useful. Once again asked for a refund. They again sent me a bunch of stores I've already found on my own before.
19th Feb (Friday) - THIRD time asking for a refund. They never responded to my last email.
22nd Feb (Monday) - I figured they could've been on weekend so I waited for a few days. But still no response. I emailed them once again. Annoyed.
23rd Feb (Today) - Emailed them again, hoping they'd get annoyed by me. I don't know what to do anymore. Still no response from them.
They said on their site you can get a refund within 14 days. I'm really worried they're just going to ignore me till the days are over.
Please stay away from eSources.
Desired outcome: A Refund
They have refunded me :)

Yearly membership fee
I see other have complained about this too?
I paid a yearly subscription back in 2019 to try and test out the service I knew icould be wasting my money.. But at least it's just for a year. I used to get regular emails from esources, but this dropped off in 2019. To my suprise another fee of £75 came out of my account on the 20th july! As soon as I realised (23rd) I contacted them and they happily cancelled my membership, but refused to refund my £75. I do feel like they have stolen this money from me. I did not ask (and it was not made clear) that they were going to take another amount! On the user page you have an option of subscribing for another year.. So I assumed if I did not click this then it would not go beyond my 1 payment back in 2019!
When I contacted them asking for a refund and informed them I did not autorise this, I got an unsympathetic reply:
Regarding your refund request, please note we offer a refund guarantee for yearly members, you can find details at point 4.9 of our terms of service http://www.esources.co.uk/about/termsandconditions.php
The page part of the t&c's they referred me to:
The yearly subscription £30k income guarantee requires that a user has used at least 10 sources from the esources.co.uk database and actively sold their products throughout the 12 months period. The free ebay business handbook is sent out once within 20 days from the date of the first yearly subscription payment.
Now I did not want them to take the funds and they are now saying I have to prove i'm a 30k a year business to be considered for a refund? Truth is I am not.. Far from it. Unemployed and now £75 poorer because esources stole money.. Happily cancelled my membership when I complained today, but refused to refund my money - 3 days after they took it for the forthcoming year!
I feel I have been robbed and would like my money back
Thanks

£75 auto renew scam
Esources took money from me £75.00 and won't give my money back. I had no intention of automatically renewing the service, and they automatically took the money. I requested for a refund but they won't give me my money back. Very poor customer service, virtually non existent. I called several times with the number registered to paypal account and it just goes directly to voice mail.
Despite the company's genuine attempt to obtain information related to this complaint, the customer didn't reply to their messages.

Bad customer experience
Here are my issues with the annual subscription from eSources (which I already cancelled at Paypal).
1. They said that they'll give me the best seller eBay Business Handbook 2019-2020 Edition delivered to my door. But, I haven't received any confirmation or shipping information for this book.
2. They are saying that their premium membership includes free "fully functional" ecommerce with free hosting for life. But, upon subscription, I received an email from them with the link directing to freewebstore. In freewebstore, even if I subscribed to eSources premium membership, I'm only eligible to have a community user account for free and if I need advanced feature, I have to pay subscription fee for freewebstore. The problem is, community user will only be able to setup the online store for countries supported by Stripe. I'm from the Philippines, so I can't proceed to the creation of store since I cannot setup the checkout process. From their advertisement, they're claiming that if I subscribe, I'll be receiving an ecommerece site with "advanced feature" and free hosting for life.
3. Upon browsing their directory, it's more beneficial for Americas and European Regions and a little use for Asia region.
4. Their customer support is so bad. I understand that there might be some delays due to the current pandemic crisis. But sending emails (a simple inquiry) and receiving no response for 2 or more days seems to be a bad customer service. In fact, I sent them an email for confirmation/clarification so I don't have to file this dispute but received no response from them even after multiple follow-ups.
The directory might be good but not that beneficial for those from Asia. Also, I suggest for eSources not to oversell their service by saying things differently from what they can actually offer
Please close this. It has already been resolved. Thanks for eSources for their quick action.
We already have a settlement process for my concerns and this should be resolved within 24 hours.
We already discussed and settled my concerns and all is good now. Thanks to eSources for quickly solving this
Money stolen from my account, resources refuse to rectify it
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I joined Esources after reading multiple positive reviews. When I signed up I opted for the monthly payment plan, but after signing up I was prompted to upgrade to the annual plan (yearly payments) for an extra £40. I agreed to this and paid the 40 quid and received a years membership. About 5 or 6 months later I noticed that E-sources were still taking the monthly payments from my account despite the fact I had "upgraded" to the annual payments. I contacted them, confident that it was simply a mistake and they would reimburse the money (just like any other company would). Instead I was told I would be "awarded" an extra two years of membership to compensate me for their mistake . No apology was made. I responded to the email, explaining that I did not want the extra membership (or any membership at all anymore) and that I wanted the money they had stolen from my account refunded to me. I have not had a reply and Esources are now ignoring my emails. I did some research and over half the so-called "wholesalers and suppliers" on this website are just middleman dropshippers, pretending to be large established businesses (fake addresses, VAT numbers etc, Esources has it all!). When you order from them they just order it from china to your address. It is much much cheaper and more efficient just to order the stuff from ali-express yourself. Not to mention a number of companies (Dropshiptraders to name but one) that are featured on E-sources have been dissolved by Trading Standards multiple times in the past. In fact if you check "Dropshiptraders" registered address it takes you to a branch of "Screwfix" in Kent... If you google this company you will see that Trading Standards have shut them down several times but E-sources are happy to charge people to put you in touch with scammers and fake businesses. E-sources have now stopped responding to me, forcing me to initiate legal action against them to get my money back. I have also been in touch with Trading Standards a lot over the past few months who are very very familiar with this company (thousands of complaints have been made). I'm working through the E-sources supplier list one business at a time and researching their history, verifying their address, registration, legitimacy etc, and any time I find a discrepancy (so far almost 70% of E-sources sellers have turned out to be using false credentials or are not registered to pay tax despite being a UK "business") I am sending all of it straight to Trading Standards. My advice is to avoid this shambles of a company, they are just as dodgy as their supplier list an they will take your money and then ignore you! I have done some research and the 27 old gloucester road address is a residential address that is well known to the UK Police for being linked to multiple online scams over the years. The company belongs to a sole trader named Stefano Carboni, who like most of his suppliers, hides behind false details. As a sole trader he is personally liable for any claims and will be receiving a court summons from myself and about a dozen from Trading Standards over the next few months.

Filed a ccj against them but still no refund!
Filed a CCJ against them but still no refund!
They took money from me without making it clear that it was a recurring payment. I took them to court. I won the court case on the basis the judge agreed it was an "unfair contract" (The cancellation process involves logging into your user account, which in doing so revokes your right to a refund, as by logging in you have "used the service"). They are currently 1 month past the date stated by the courts for repaying me. Then bribed me to remove the review on Trustpilot (which I refused to do)

Stole money from me. Took them to court. Won. They are currently 1 month past the date stated by the courts for repaying me.
I won the case on the basis that their refund policy is an "unfair contract" as you need to log in to your account to cancel the service, and by logging in, it's deemed that you have "used the service" which voids your refund. The courts have instructed them to refund me and they are now in breach of the CCJ as nothing has been paid

Really eSources? If I purchase 1 month of access on your sub par website without wanting to be a full time member, HOW are you charging me the following month without consent?
Sign up at your peril! I should've listened to the other reviewers (hardly believe all the good reviews on here)
If you're looking for wholesale better to try 4WholesaleUSA, Greatrep.com, Wholesale Directory or Wholesalers4u.co.uk
Absolutely disgusting and they've refused to respond to my emails (I wonder why)
I am contacting my bank about this. Never recommending this site to anyone!
PS. ESources/Wholesaleforum is ran by the same crooks!

Lol under every complaint about Esources there is message below saying "we tried to contact them and they didn't reply so it must be lies" HAHAHAHA do they really think people are that stupid? Half the complainants are posting on here because Esources wouldn't reply to their emails and now Esources expect us to believe that they are all liars? There are literally thousands of complaints about this company online, I have been compiling them into a large collection for the past few months, with help from Trading Standards, the Financial Service Authority and a very talented legal team appointed by my Father's company, with the intention of pursuing heavy compensation and putting this con-man out of business.
Request for refund
I tried this service last year but i wasn't successful in my initial year. i bought some products from a company that was listed but i haven't managed to sell the items, hence I had no intention of renewing the subscription service.
Unfortunately for me they automatically charged me £75.00.
I find it really annoying that they will automatically charged you without giving you any advanced notice.
I requested for a refund but they are unwilling to return my money.
Please avoid this company at all cost.
customer support doesn't exist. they don't even provide a phone number, this is a serious red flag. even the address they have on their website isn't a business address.
I really hope somebody else won't be a victim to this fraudulent company.
I managed to finally speak to somebody on Facebook, but they still refuse to give me a refund.
They are blackmailing me to withdraw my complaint then, they said they will consider.
This kind of behaviour is very dubious and unprofessional.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Same here. Signed up for a yearly subscription last year, did not read the small print, have not used their services much and forgot about them and- surprise! They took another 75 £ from my Pay Pal on auto renewal without any prior notice.
Membership
Without warning or notification they charged me credit card £60. I complained and they sent an email saying my membership had been stopped and no mention of a refund. I've emailed at least ten times and had no replies. There is no phone number listed. I'm really upset as I explained how much the money meant to me. I've now sent it to there sales email. No director info showing on line.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Please do a charge back on your credit card to receive a refund as an unathorised transaction as taken without permission.
