Complaining is considered unhealthy because it feeds and breeds a negative response within us, fosters a negative attitude, negatively impacts those around us, disqualifies the value of discomfort, rarely changes our circumstances, leaves us in victim mode, and is generally unattractive. It serves little purpose other than to foster displeasure, spread negativity, and spark conflict.
