WigSis $180 wig that I cannot use.

Wig was ordered through the website. Satisfaction was guaranteed. After weeks of waiting for the wig to arrive, it arrived and looks nothing like the photograph on the website. I have contacted their "customer service" email address, and I get nothing but the runaround. I have repeatedly asked for a return label; however, no return label is returned. "Daisy" continues to try to talk me into purchasing yet ANOTHER ugly wig that I cannot use.

I ordered a wig from company in july and I admit I purchased in haste. My hair continues to fall out despite everything i've tried. Distraught yet optimistic I find this site & purchase a wig. I view receipt see cap size? I have no idea what or if this will fit. I immediately email the seller 3 separate times within minutes of having purchased. I even left my phone number asking to please call. I go on google hoping to find a phone number for this company only to discover so many negative reviews & complaints from different sites. I was now in disbelief! Three hours pass I contact paypal who I realized later are affiliated with this corrupt company & explain I want to cancel this purchase get a refund. Next day I receive an email from paypal telling me wigsis will be contacting me? And try and resolve the issue? I wanted a refund nothing to resolve. I replied back to their sales rep urging me to please drop the case with pp and they'll make the cap whatever size? I explained to them why on earth would I consider doin business with a company who totally disregarded my 3 emails yet not paypals? Make a very long story short with paypal giving me a runaround to wait till they did their so-called investigation aka bs, that ended in with me being told they shipped my item? And were waiting to see if I received it? I felt ill. What was happening was so obvious! They prolonged shipment since I cancelled same day 3 hrs prior to having purchased because. Paypal was aware I have all my pkgs shipped to a relatives home for years. They were vacationing when the corrupt business decided to ship! When they got home they had received the pkg and when I opened it.. It was a small present from the corrupt company enclosed was a cheap brush, wig cap and tape! This lil pkg cost me $128! When I sent the photo including tracking info to paypal they said they'd use this against to help my case. They assured me I would be refunded. Today I received an email from the other corrupt company they'd denied my case! Months later?! Something I myself told them from day one would happen! Because i'd read so many complaints about how this business operates! So I paid $128 for a cheap useless brush, a cap & some tape? I was robbed & scammed! I am sharing my story in hopes it will keep someone from being scammed robbed and worst made me feel so much stress and anxiety! I cannot believe this company has sooo many horrible obviously believable complaints yet this corrupt business located in china is still robbing people blind! Shame on them! Shame on paypal! Not a first time having read similar stories as mine! Disgraceful and disgusting! Please buy from us sellers who need our business right now vs these corrupt criminal shady businesses!

WigSis Two wigs

I ordered two wigs from Wigsis one at 219.00 and 111.00. One was ordered on July 27 and Aug.7 they arrived Sept.8. They are horrible..look nothing like the pictures. Now they ask for pictures and then they say did not receive the pictures. Will not give me a return address. Order # TA 200807C9238 and #TA200727C6641 and refuse to give me a refund. I am going back and forth will emails but can not get them to help me resolve this situation

I ordered a wig on August, 17, 2020 for a total of $100. It was awful and looked nothing like the picture. I've been trying to get return info since August 20th. I fill out the requested form, took a picture of the wig they sent, uploaded it to their website and asked for their mailing address or a mailing label. As yet, I have heard absolutely no response. I did make payment through paypal so I think I may be able to resolve it, but Wigsis is not responding at all. So, here I sit with an ugly wig and the company is refusing to respond. Maybe I should report them to the FTC and Better Business Bureau Because this is absolutely poor customer service. People should be warned to stay away from WIGsis.

Do not order from this company! They state that they have a great guarantee on their wigs, return policy etc. But in reality they don't! You will be lucky to get a third of your money back. I order a wig, picked a blondish brown colored wig but received a red wig... Even sent pictures to them showing their mistake... Bottom line they screwed me! So I repeat... Do not order from this company: wigsis

WigSis White wig pixie cut jf 280

Absolutely atrocious. Nothing like picture. Supposed to be curly pixie cut white wig. I have pictures of what I ordered and what I got! I want my money back into my bank account or send me what I ordered. There is no way to describe this wig except the picture published on the internet is a scam. I have a friend who is also an attorney that will research this company at no charge to me. Look at the pictures of what you sent me and what I ordered. Absolutely no resemblance. If I don't have satisfaction I am going to picture the wigs on facebook so people will be warned!

WigSis Fraud

I purchased a human hair wig through Paypal a year ago for over $100.00. They sent me a cheap synthetic wig and when I complained they furnished me an address in China to return it. I told the Post Office I needed a tracking number for them and sent them the number. I never heard from them again and later found out that the address they had furnished me was one that the post office couldn't track to its final destination. So I lost both the money I paid for the wig and the postage I paid for the return as well as the synthetic wig I returned to them. They are crooks and liars. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
PART OF MY COMPLAINT TO PAYPAL:
When I received the order, I immediately called you and told you that the merchandise was not what I ordered and you changed the complaint for me. I assumed that you had not paid them and would not until this was resolved. When I tried to get a refund from you, I was told the company had been paid and would not refund my money until I returned the wig they had sent me. I did that and forwarded all the information to you, including the fact that they gave you a completely different return address than the one on the shipping label that was on the original order sent to me.

WigSis Hair piece

Very disappointed in the hair piece I received not only is it badly made it is completely unwearable. Brown hair has sewn on white fabric in lines with gaps all through the fastening is a strip of velcro which hair sticks to, you cannot secure to rest of head hair it flaps up showing exactly what it is no way of disguising at all. Completely useless. I paid all up $160 what a scam. I wish a full refund. Photos and proof of purchase below. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Fake reviews in their write ups.

WigSis Remy human hair wig

I received my Remy human hair wig after a a long wait, did not know it was from China but when I received it it was not cut in style ordered but a huge mass of hair in no style, so I went to Bravadas which is local to cut it in desired style and to add a toner for color as was too yellow, I paid $60.00 for cut and left for color to be done, they have told me it is not real human hair as it melted when color test was done. Very unhappy and want a refund.

A wig was ordered May 21, 2020. The payment of $123 was taken from my credit card May 22. I received the order #TA200521C4967 June 19. I did not like to color. As per their return policy I called that day that I wanted to return it and get a refund. A request of pictures was asked for.I sent pictures of the product on the 20th that I did not remove from its netting. On the 21st Olivia at Customer Service asked me to keep trying it. I did not open it and asked for the address to return it for a refund. On the 22nd I received an email for a 20% discount on a new order. I replied I wanted a refund and attached their policy for return and refund as shown RETURNS

At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the return instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. And ask the customer service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission. We may not receive your return goods, then we will not refund. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. On the 23ed they offered to make a new wig for $60. I again asked for a refund. On the 24th they offered to exchange it. I again asked for the return address and a refund. There was no response. I sent another email on the 25th. Is there anyway that I can get a refund for this wig?

This company is a scam. They show their reviews ranked at a 4.7/5 but that's because they select their reviews. When I entered my awful review their response was that they'll determine if applicable. They've refused to honor their return policy. And their products are crap!

Same situation as this buyer. The wig I received was a different color than ordered (an awful orange color). I mentioned to them their return policy but they will not refund but simply give me a 10% discount in my next order. They are a scam

WigSis Refund policy

I purchased a wig from Wigsis on the June 6 at 10:00 PDT! When I realized the next morning that this was an international store I emailed them per their company policy for a full refund to cancel with in 24 hours! I canceled on the 7th of [protected]@ 4:47 PDT! Since then all I have gotten is the run around from some woman named Mildred! Every email is a beg not to cancel! Offering free shipping then 10% discount! I am tired of it and have sent her 4 emails requesting my full refund! I wish I had done my research prior before ordering! This company needs to be shut down and out of business! Something needs to be done this is ridiculous!

I ordered the wig on August 3rd and received it August 29th. It was awful, looked nothing like the picture and I paid $89 plus shipping and handling for a total of $100. I filled out the form requesting return, so they insisted that I take a picture of the wig . I took the picture, uploaded it on their form on August 30th. I have heard nothing even after three emails requesting a mailing address. I still have heard nothing. I do believe I have been scammed. I plan on writing a complaint to Site Jabber and Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau.

WigSis Received a wig that was inferior and not what was advertised

I ordered wig #HW15077, color 4 on 1/8/2020 and received the item on 3/5/2020. This item resemble nothing that was advertised, I contacted WIGSIS on 3/6/2020, informing the customer service rep, Olivia, I needed to return because the wig I received was not as advertised and the size was way off. Olivia, continued asking me to keep trying to make it work. After numerous emails, I informed Olivia it is something that I did not want. I was told to send photos of the wig, the box and delivery package.

I followed all of the "Return/Refund Policy" and then the SCAM started. When I asked for the return address, I was not given that info and told that the wig could not be returned because it was "Custom Made for me". Olivia, was very determine that I could not return the wig and to keep trying to make it work because of the time it took to "Custom Make" the wig. I was insulted with this service and let Olivia know if she received something on a website, by #, cost, size and color and the item was not what was ordered, what would she do. Also, I asked how could a company from a pubic website order "custom make" something for someone without seeing, measuring and sizing.

Now, an offer of $20 and to keep the wig. I did not agree and asked for an address to return and have the amount, $137 credit to my account. Now, another offer of $28 to keep the wig. I did not agree. I refused and again asked for and address to return since I had follow all of their "Return/Refund Policy". Olivia, keep dismissing this request. This was so frustrated and I felt very ripped off. I contacted the BBB, which WIGSIS, is very well known to them, I received and email from the BBB that the company could not be located and was thought to have gone out of business and BBB had to close my case. With this information, I accepted a $55 refund and to keep a wig that I will never use and will probably trash. I also, contacted my credit card company. Not sure what they will be able to do.

BE AWARE OF WIGSIS.COM, THEY ARE A SCAM.

WigSis Gray wig sku iw10274 blond radiant series color gray $ 184.00

Ordered this wig about a month ago today Jan. 23th I received it the wig is made of very cheap material scalp is made of slippery nylon which won't stay on anybody's head and also it's not average size as it says it's very large head size
I paid $184.00 for it and there is no way anybody can use this piece because

How could this happens? And nobody goes after this componey for fraud. And scam?

WigSis Wig

Ordered a "Human Hair" wig, in white. Very slow and vague communication from person named @ wigsis.com
My credit card was charged immediately, and received the wig, a Month later. (December 2019).
The wig was nothing like the photo and description, stated online
The "Hair" is limp and and a dirty-looking yellow.
When I emailed, company, asking to return the wig, I was asked to send photos of the wig, and all original tag, box, and shipping material. I did this immediately. Then I received an email from Daisy, stating "We All Think The Wig Looks Great On You"! ? I had never even put the yellow-looking wig on, and I was definitely not in any of the photos, I sent. This morning, Daisy's email stated the wig was custom-made, that if I returned it, they would be unable to sell it!? I was also offered a 15% discount on my next order. I am out $107.00, with a mess which resembles road kill. My advise is: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!

WigSis Wig totally different from the picture

I thought I was ordering a short, cropped, spiky, gray wig with slightly darker gray hair mixed through the back to the nape of the wig, a youthful, contemporary look.
I received a wig that was dull, white hair in the front, twice as long, curly, blue gray in the back. Not at all like the picture; it really looked like a "grandma " hair style and color. The color and texture look like doll hair. The construction of the cap, lace front, mono top and fit were beautiful, perfect. The SKU # on the wig was the same as pictured, but ...the wig received is nothing like the picture. The wig cost $137.00, took 4 weeks to arrive. I have 3 other wigs from other sources without any problem like this. I will not order from wigsis again. Hope this info is helpful.

WigSis Wig scam regarding refund policy

I ordered a wig from this company and paid $160. They say that you can get a full refund if you have not taken the tags off the wig, have it in the same box and send a picture. I did all that was required. They tried to offer me different things: will send you another wig if you send additional money. They never agreed to refund my money. Now I am stuck with a wig that is of poor quality and in a color that I did not order.

I was searching for a headpiece for my elderly father and once it finally arrived, it was no longer needed. Tried to return the very next day. The company refused to refund my money claiming it was a one of a kind hairpiece. WRONG! It was a cheap assembly line made wig ridiculously priced. Not as expected whatsoever. This is a scam company and I got stung badly. Want a good quality reasonable hairpiece? Get the Paula Young line which can be used for both men and women. Reasonable prices, good quality and long lasting. HAIRSALEINC. ALIAS WIGSIS.COM get your faux business off the internet! Refund instructions were a total LIE. SCAM city.

They deducted the money right after the order was placed in mid-July. The wig was supposed to be delivered by July 29th. Received the week of Aug 26th. It is so badly made. It has a mesh overhang on the front that they told me to cut back. However, if I did that in order for it not to be seen, the hair would fall out. Not only can you see it in the picture of me wearing it, there is a strand that was installed in such a way it will only fall over my face. It was supposed to be short on top which it obviously isn't and fall below my neck line. However, it doesn't even reach my neckline in the back or cover my hair. You can see it looks nothing like the picture. I have made several attempts to return it, even tried to cancel it several times ahead. They kept telling me it shipped, but the tracking number kept indicating it was in the warehouse. I will be contacting my credit card company to see about getting my money back but won't be holding my breath.

This company runs a scam - ridiculous substandard "wigs" ( that look like second-rate approximations of dead animal carcasses) by advertising that they promise full refunds if customer is not completely satisfied. Do no believe this- they have no intention of returning a cent! They win by engaging the dissatisfied customer in a series of increasingly maddening email responses which amount to fraud. They will advise that the item can't be returned to the address on the website but refuse to supply any other address despite repeated requests. They ask for pictures of the wigs then say they are fine. I was appalled at the color and texture of what arrived (after a long wait) and looked up the return policy before making contact. Note that their policy states that they will not accept return of wigs that have been worn. I didn't even try on for this reason to avoid any possible resistance to return. I didn't take them out of the package- still they assert they look fine and I should be satisfied where I clearly stated I am not. I am contacting my bank card to contest the charges and will do whatever it takes to see that they get what they deserve. Preying on many who are too ill to make complaint I imagine.. May they burn in eternal damnation.

WigSis Hair piece

I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. They would not allow me to change my order when all I wanted to do was change the colour of the wig I ordered. They confirmed my order and right away I emailed them to ask for the colour change. Emails went back and forth until they said you cannot change your order or cancel it because time has elapsed. To add to it when I went to my account on their website low and behold there were 2 identical orders. I never placed 2 orders.
I checked with my Credit Card purchases and they had charged my card within hours of the order being placed. So then I contacted my Credit Card company and they said the order went through PayPal, well that is strange because I don`t have a PayPal account.
So I`m going to receive 2 wigs of the wrong colour and have to pay about $260.
Please never use this company.
Also the name of the company that shows up on the Credit Card is not WigSis it is hairsaleinc so doing a Google search under this name I found nothing.

WigSis Wig color and style

I purchased a synthetic wig and paid $78.00. On line it was dark brown with blonde highlights. It was a short wig with bangs and layered. I ordered it as pictured.
I received it and I am dissapointed because it is all light brown with no highlights and not layered. It feels like baby doll hair. my order number is #TA190430C1395. I would like a refund or exchange. can someone please contact me? My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. Thank you. I ordered the wig on April 30th and it came 3 or 4 weeks later.
