I would never deal with this company again. We are a retired couple and needed windows. We told the sales rep that we could only afford 4 or 5 windows. The sales rep was nice, but wouldn't listen and started getting overly pushy and bullying and he didn't listen to what we wanted. They pushed more windows than what we wanted. He kept calling his "manager" to get a better price. We couldn't get him to leave. After 3 hours we ended up getting 12 windows and a huge bill. He also said the windows would save us 40% on our heating bill. Our bill before the windows $78.00 next month $217.00 and it hasn't been that cold yet, and the house still feels cold, no difference.

Our experience with WinChoice USA has been incredibly disappointing! We signed a contract on 4/30/2025 to have 40 windows installed in our home. While the project was a significant investment, we expected quality and professionalism in return.
Installation began on July 2nd and ended on July 5th. The crew even worked through the July 4th holiday, leaving us stuck at home during the process. To make matters worse, two windows were damaged during installation. On July 4th, there was a disagreement among the crew members, and one of them walked off the job, further delaying the installation.
Though the windows were finally installed on July 5th, it's now 9/1, and we are still waiting for the broken window to be replaced and the missing screen to be delivered.
When you're making a significant investment in your home, it's crucial to choose a reliable company. Unfortunately, WinChoice USA did not deliver the level of service we expected. You might want to consider paying a little extra for a company that will actually follow through on their promises.
