They claim these windows will save lots of money on the power bill - there definitely hasn't been a change in ours like they said it would. They didn't put them in right the first time, came back and supposedly fixed one of them, but it's already messed up, and I found more that are messed up too. And the only service we get is, the next time someone is out in the area they could come by. Customers are not important enough to send someone right away to fix their mistakes. This is a lot of money for wayward promises and iffy service.

Dont buy from them Been trying to get problems resolved for 3 yrs now. Windows sound like they are open all the time and feel like it also. They will come and look and spin technical words but not resolve problem. The y say they will fix problem blah blah blah. Always come back and look again and again but have not done anything to fix problem.Have been told several times they will contact me and schedule repair but when they show up all they do is sound concerned and say they will fix it. Next time they show up its the same thing over again. .

When I was shown the window demonstration I was very pleased. Shedrick Gatewood is an excellent employee to have. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. He believes in selling the product and making sure you understand the quality of the product. If you're not interested in purchasing windows; I recommend allowing Mr. Gatewood showing you the demonstration bc you will purchase after he demonstrates.
The sales associate that came to my home was very knowledgeable and respectful. Once the project started the initial installation technician was amazing. He installed 12 windows in a two day process very professional. His attention to detail was amazing. I had three windows converted to one picture window and it looks outstanding. I had a total of 13 windows installed. There were a few set backs with the completion of my project due to holiday's and company not having enough staff .Overall my husband and I are pleased with the service we received.
I am frustrated,. I signed a contract for windows in OCTOBER it's APRIL 2022. I'm still waiting for one window to be installed that should've been installed initially with the others to begin with. They installed the majority of the windows in JANUARY 2022. I have made more than several calls to the company and am usually told someone else will call me back. They NEVER DO! The last time I called a woman told me she was the one that was suppose to call me back and she said she didn't call back b/c she didn't have any new information. I explained to her good customer service is to touch base with the customer that's called several times and just let them know you don't have new information and as soon as you do you keep them in the loop. Instead of dodging them like a shady business. I wanted new windows on my home at some point but I explained to the salesperson this was a purchase that we could not afford right now he continued on the phone pretending to speak to someone other than another sales person to give me a better deal which I came to find out later was all game. He wasn't getting me a better deal he quoted me a price too high to begin with to make it seem as if they were doing me a favor. Scammed.. I know people who have more/same windows and they paid less, so to know that it was all a game is disappointing b/c they ask what makes you want to do business with a company and trust/integrity is the number one thing for me and they are not proving trustworthy. The installation guys were nice but messy, I was still cleaning up broken glass and window installation dust from weeks after the installation from the inside of my home. We had to ask them to clean their blood and fingerprints off the windows they did install. I didn't complain about it b/c I thought this was normal but it is not. Most importantly I have not seen any changes on my utility bill that they promised would happen as a result of installing their product. That was the whole point..
The WinChoice representative gave us a very professional presentation in our house that convinced us to go with them. About a year ago, the installer installed 12 new windows of our house within about 8 hours the same day. Since then, our average monthly electric bill dropped from $185 to about $126, even during the 95 degree plus heat in Alabama during the summer. The heating season in Alabama runs from about mid-Dec to the end of Mar with nighttime temperatures reaching down to the mid to high 30s. During the day the house was generally a comfortable 70 degrees. At night, we would turn the heat down to 60 degrees around 11:00 pm and turn the heat back up to 70 degrees around 7:00 am. Despite outside temperatures in high 30s, the ambient temperature in the house remained around 63 to 64 degrees. In Feb 2021, our heating bill was about $230, but for Feb 2022 it was only about $160.

We havea window is installed incorrectly and and several screens damaged. They removed the shutters on the windows. They put them back without screwing them down They are just hanging and a good strong wind will knock them down. Calling customer service is a waste of time. Jessica has refused to answer our calls. She finally sent a text message but never followed up on it All we want is for the issues to be addressed in a timely manner.

Horrible, they will take over to hours to pressure you into signing up for their very expensive windows. Then they threaten and try to intimidate you if you get a better estimate or warranty from another company..
Public Service Announcement! WinChoice USA DOES NOT make or sell Impact Windows. If you have purchased impact windows from WinChoice, you should contact the Texas Board of Insurance immediately and have one of their engineers inspect your windows. If the windows have not been installed yet, the inspection is free and I highly recommend you set up the inspection up yourself as Winchoice cannot be trusted. Don't accept using their inspector as this can only be a scam since they do not offer or sell impact windows. I fell for the scam and now I have poor quality windows which didn't pass city or state inspection. WinChoice admitted to the ComplaintsBoard.com that they did not offer or sell impact window even though they have it listed on my contract. ComplaintsBoard.com has all the facts and documentation that this company committed consumer fraud and this company still has an A+ rating. If you purchased impact windows within the last 2 years, hire an attorney immediately. This is an open and close case. According to the Texas Attorney General's Office, you're entitled to damages, which is the cost to replace the windows plus up to 3x that amount.
From the start: The salesman...Justice Walker,...a young man who was first very personable, second, knowledgeable, and was able to convey that knowledge to me as a customer. A pleasure to work with.
They also worked with me on the price making the numbers work for me to be able to get the job done.
Not all purchases are pleasant experiences. Very much do to Justice this experience was.

We had roof replaced in September 1st
We had roof replaced in September 1st. It was made clear in the discussion when we agreed to the roof installation that the decking needed to be address. May 1st we noticed the decking was not replaced. This decking clearly needed to be replaced. We had leaking previously and was noticeable from inside the house. So we agreed that they would look very closely at this spot for replacing the decking. From the attic you can see the shingles from the hole in the decking. I have called multiple times and left messages with no reply! I would like this problem fixed before it creates more problems!

There is no customer service at WinChoice USA. I had an appt on 8/11, they did not show up. I called and was told they tried to call me yesterday and I picked up and hung up on them. They also have a recording. I explained that I did not hang up and how did they determine it was a pick up and hang up and not something else. They were set with their response. I asked why I did not get a text, a follow up call or email about their scheduling issue. No response, they were set with the one call yesterday. They were cocky, I got irritated, called back at another number and was given the same format at before, they refused to get me a manager or executive.

Do not buy/purchase your windows from this company-WinChoice. They are deceptive in their practices. They say the windows are made just for your home but they are not. The company say your utility bill will be lower (not the truth) and your noise level from the outside will decrease (the noise level increased-I can hear every car on the street-back and front of my home). EVERY DAY I live in my home I am faced with windows that have a shabby caulking job and the top and bottom window casing should line up but does not. I did not want to write this review but was compelled to do so. Maybe I can help someone to not make the wrong decision I made - paying a first class price but getting fifth class service.

I made the choice after looking and at many different windows. I can say I did my research and there is some great windows being built. I liked the presentation and demonstration of the window. This window ranks way higher then most windows I looked. I just wasn't impressed with many of the big box stores The sales associate was very polite and knowledgeable of the products. I can tell you I'm completely satisfied. The installer (Brandon Robinson from Tupelo MS) came out and was hard working and paid attention to detail. He always addressed me as sir, and knew that this investment was important to the value of my home. If your looking at windows I would definitely take a look at WinChoice. Thanks for the great job!

WORST customer service EVER!
WORST customer service EVER! Not only did they fraudulently sell me services I didn't need, they refuse to return my phone calls to resolve the issue. The salesman came to our house and told us we had single pane windows and to upgrade to double pane would help us out with our electricity consumption. WELL! Come to find out when the installers came to our house I watched as they removed our current windows and they were already double pane. And were no different than the ones we had originally. THEN, I had a technician come to my house and perform a diagnostic test to my old and new windows and found no difference in energy efficiency. I called customer service and multiple managers, and once again I am not receiving any type of call back or attempt to resolve this issue. DO NOT use these people if you want to work with honest people, I'd suggest using a different company. Wasted 10k because someone wanted to get a penny and lied to us.

I generally never leave reviews on products but decided to make an exception. It is rare it seems in business today where a company stands behind their product. Once most get your money they are done. Not with WinChoice USA. The salesman "DJ" that came and presented the windows was very knowledgeable and professional. The windows cannot be beat. I looked at several other company products and the windows from WinChoice USA were the best. I love the look and they are extremely energy efficient. I took a temp on my old windows prior to removal and on the new windows after and there was a 20 percent drop in temp. My old were double pane also. The installation crew arrived on time was very friendly and very knowledgeable. After they were installed I needed some assistance a week later and they sent the crew back out. I had no issues contacting them and the office staff was very prompt on scheduling a return promptly. This is not a paid review. I just couldn't be happier with the whole process and product. Thanks WinChoice USA for being the kind of company that is so rare That makes a great product in the USA, at an affordable price, and then stands behind their product. I would recommend them to anyone wanting windows.

I put in an order for six new windows on January 31st, 2022. Today, May 10th, 2022 they have yet to finish the job. They installed a window that does not match the other five that they did as part of the job. I have had months of phone calls without them picking up, or responding most times. When the phone was answered, I was transferred to someone else who did not pick up. Today was the fourth time they were to install the correct window. I have been informed by the Manager who now claims they can not find my window. The installer and the warehouse both claim they do not know where my last window is. While the manager said she apologized, there is no end in sight as they don't know what happened to the window. I am leaving for a family vacation planned months ago and will be gone from May 17th until July 3rd. I do not want to put the burden of working with this incompetent organization on my house sitter. I can't just say I'll hire another company as they do not want to get involved in this mess. I am at my whits end. The service was already paid for in full, so WinChoice has been paid. What are my options? I just want the darn window put in. My job, doctors visits and personal business are on hold each time they claim they will be there. Once and only once the the installer attempt to come but he did so precisely when I warned I was at work, so he left a note without apology. What can I do about this awful company?

This company needs to get its ducks in a row. I was supposed to have my windows installed 2 weeks ago. The first time, the installer was 2 and 1/2 hours late due to a blown tire. I myself had to call customer service to find out that he had blown a tire. There was no communication from the installer or the company of where he was or whether he was on his way. He showed up at my home, alone, and confessed that he would not be able to install the windows on his own. I was told it would be another two weeks before installation. I was furious! The following week there was a winter storm. I received no phone call that no installers would be coming. I again had to call customer service to find out, casually, "oh yeah due to the road conditions they will be there next week to install the windows." I was not told what day or time. In the meantime, I had contacted the CEO. I will be receiving a $100 check for any inconvenience. Today, they are supposed to install my windows. I was originally told I would be the first job the installers would have that day - BUT I again had to call the customer service to find out they would be 1hr and 1/2 late. I will post an update once the windows are installed if they ever are installed. I find the customer service for this company to be poorly lacking in customer communication. I am appalled that I never once received a phone call from customer service the day of or the day before to remind me that they are coming, with the time they will arrive - nor do I ever receive a phone call the day of saying they are 20 mins out or they will be coming today but running late. This is poor customer service. No customer should have to repeatedly call customer service to find out where the installers are located and whether or not they are coming. I feel as if this company should pay my electric bill for the month of March. I just hope the windows are installed correctly.

Replaced all my windows
Two were leaking & were repaired twice
I have left 7 messages @ [protected]
with no return call
When we finally had rain last week the leak returned
when the rep came in September of 22...He said the windows were not caulked
they still leak
They have terrible customer service
I felt pressured into buying windows from this company. I am currently attempting to resolve this issue and get out of the contract. So far the company has been rude, threatening, and harassing. I would never recommend anyone to ever do business with this company ever. I especially would like to call out their Finance/Sales manager Raymond Sheets.

All of our windows were installed in one day. It was Kate in the evening when they left. The installers were professional and friendly. The only negative comment I have is a few of the windows were left with hand print smudges and I was told by the salesman that they would all be cleaned and the glass mess cleaned up. I did find a few pieces of small glass on the patio. If it wasn't for that I would have given them a 5 star.
