Contract Exteriors fixed my problem from before on 6/11
Contract Exteriors fixed my problem from before on 6/11. They finished the job last week and the work was really good.
The dudes did a sick job on switchin' out my sidin'!
The dudes did a sick job on switchin' out my sidin'! I got Contract Exteriors to replace my vinyl sidin' with James H. fiber cement, and I'm stoked with how it turned out!
The slidin patio door was super strong and had Low-E glass panels
The slidin patio door was super strong and had Low-E glass panels. The guys who put it in worked real hard and knew what they was doin. The sales guy knew his stuff and the boss man backs up what they do and takes care of customers. I was real happy with how it turned out.
I signed up with these guys on April 6
I signed up with these guys on April 6. They showed me a real nice proposal and said they'd start the project in 6 weeks after I gave them the deposit and signed the contract. But since May 29, they haven't replied to my emails asking when they'll start. It's been 9 weeks now and I still don't know when they'll begin.
They gave me a price that was pretty good compared to others
They gave me a price that was pretty good compared to others. We had them come out to put in a new front door and replace 6 windows. It took 4 months for the windows to come in and when they finally came, they weren't the right ones and they only had 5 of them. We decided to just take them so we wouldn't have to wait another 4 months for the last one. The installation was a mess. I don't think the guys knew what they were doing because the windows aren't even and the door isn't in right. You can see outside through the frame around the door! The project manager only came when I called him and didn't even stay to make sure the work was good. They gave us a little bit of money back for the wrong windows, but no one has said anything about the bad installation. I'm never hiring them again!
I hired Contract Exteriors to fix my deck
I hired Contract Exteriors to fix my deck. The sales guy was good at saying they'd do a great job in 4-5 days, unless something bad happened like the weather. But then they found out the deck was worse than they thought and needed more work. It took 4 weeks to finish and there were lots of delays, not because of the weather. They had to redo a lot of stuff and the people they hired didn't show up for days. The boss, Will M., didn't watch over the work like he said he would. The deck looks good now, but it was a big pain. They didn't clean up after themselves, so we had to do it. They're good at getting paid on time, but I wouldn't tell anyone to use them.

I signed a contract with Contract Exteriors in December for a patio enclosure
I signed a contract with Contract Exteriors in December for a patio enclosure. They said it would be done by the end of February, but then they told me it would be May 20-21st. I didn't hear from them in May, so I called again and they said it would be early September. I was so frustrated that I cancelled. They asked me to fill out a request form for a refund, which I did. They said it would be returned in 30 days, but it's now August 2nd and I still haven't received my $3000 refund. I called them multiple times and they keep telling me to wait 30 days or that they'll give my message to the owner. I'm done with them and I might have to contact a lawyer if they don't help me soon.
They do bad work and won't come back to fix it
They do bad work and won't come back to fix it. They don't answer my emails or calls. I hired Contract Exteriors to do some work on my house, but they did a bad job. They said they didn't use subcontractors, but they did. They ordered the wrong supplies and used a lot of different people to do the job. They didn't do a good job with the collars and caulking. They should have had a professional contractor to oversee the job. Don't use them, their work is bad and their warranty is no good.
So, we signed a contract with Contract Exteriors in June to get some work done on our crib
So, we signed a contract with Contract Exteriors in June to get some work done on our crib. They asked for a deposit of $1,294.39, which we paid. But then, in August, the sales rep hit us up and said that the price they gave us was wrong and we needed to cough up an extra $1,200 if we wanted the job done. We said, "nah, we good" and declined the contract. They said they'd give us our deposit back within 30 days, but we still haven't seen that cash. We've tried emailing and calling them, but they're ghosting us. What can we do to get our money back?

Contract Exteriors ain't no good
Contract Exteriors ain't no good. They installed our deck in 2016 for a whopping $15,000 and now it's sagging like a grandma's titties. We told them about it during our warranty inspections and they came out once to do some work but it didn't fix the problem. Now they want us to pay for all the labor and materials to fix it, even though it's still under warranty. We already paid an extra $468 for work on the framing when we signed the contract, so what gives? I tried to talk to a supervisor but they won't return my calls. Don't waste your money on these jokers.
I signed up with Contract Exteriors in August to fix my skylight and attic vent fans
I signed up with Contract Exteriors in August to fix my skylight and attic vent fans. But it's been almost a year, and my skylight still leaks, and one of the fans doesn't work. I signed the contract on August 27th, and they installed everything on November 23rd. I paid the final invoice right away. But when they installed the skylight, it was clear that the frame was off. The project manager said it was fine, but it wasn't. And one of the vent fans was dented when they installed it. They agreed to replace it on November 25th. The installers came back on March 17th to fix the frame. But when it rained for the first time, the window leaked. The project manager forgot about the project, and the installers came back on March 18th to caulk and tarp the window. But the tarp blew off. A new contractor came out on May 25th and said it wasn't installed correctly. I've been trying to call them, but they're not answering.
I discovered a leak in my condo on March 16, 2022, at an undisclosed location.
I discovered a leak in my condo on March 16, 2022, at an undisclosed location. The leak is in my Carolina room below my upstairs deck that Contract Exteriors replaced in May. They did a good job replacing the deck and the sliding glass door to my master bedroom. I signed the contract on May 11. I didn't have any problems with the deck or sliding door until I discovered the leak. I don't know when the leak started because I don't use the condo often. I called Contract Exteriors on March 17, 2022, and spoke with a representative. I informed her about the leak and provided the contract details. She promised a callback. After no response for a few days, I called again on March 25, 2022. The representative was unavailable, but they assured me she would return my call. By March 28, 2022, I had not received any communication, so I reached out again and was told my information was passed to the Production team, who would schedule a meeting at the condo on March 29th, 30th, or 31st. However, no meeting was arranged. On March 26, I emailed K. M. (customer rep at Contract Exteriors in 2017), and R. H. (owner) via the NADRA website, detailing the situation. My contract includes a 10-year warranty for materials and workmanship, with a clause requiring defects to be reported within 30 days of discovery. I attached three pictures of water dripping from the ceiling insulation in the Carolina room. As of April 5, 2022, I have yet to receive a response from the company. I am eager for someone to inspect the leak and carry out necessary repairs to prevent further damage. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution.
