I recently emailed the Wingstop Corporate office about a complain and I received the following response:
"We apologize if you were not satisfied with the customer service you received at this location. At Wingstop, our guests are our number one priority and we are committed to providing the highest quality customer care.".
Great I thought, only to read later that since the store was owned by a franchisee they can't do anything about it and aren't really responsible.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was eating at wing stop, in Corsicana Texas... I had to wave my hand around, to keep the flies off my food .wings tasted bad.drank a Budweiser, it was warm.the table was nasty.
Our order was not right we we're missing several items. We called back when we got home spoke to the most rude crude and socially unacceptable gentleman. Was not willing correct the mistake made it sound like it was are fault.
I'm out the money for the missing items. They didn't even offer any form of reimbursement.
Will never go there again!
I placed an order at 3:44 pm on October 5. I am at the store. 30 minutes later I am still waiting on my order. No apology. No acknowledgement that my order is over 30 minutes. employees are standing around in the back talking.
No ice for drinks ...serving flat soda...worker said they have been out of ice for two days ...placed an online order that took almost an hour . Slow service and lousy customer service ..dont go here at all it's at 5228 Aldine mail route in Houston tx
I went in after a long day at work with my family of 4. Ordered a family meal. Waited a hour for my order. I told them the order was for here meaning I was dining in. And they bagged my food to go & it was super cold
So the wings taste like wet chicken feders and it's they need clean it before cooking it make sure there's no feders make sure it has a good taste and the whole restaurant looks so dirty the restrooms are so disgusting they really need to be clean the tables and chairs need to be clean the soda machine needs to be clean to thankyou
The wings were gross, cold and overcooked. They tasted like maybe they had been in the warmer for a long period of time
I tasted one and it was all dried out. No flat.

wingstop today shorted me 2 wings, brought to attention of cook, really didn't care. cashier while ordering consistently told me bone in said bone out 3 times. wanted to sell me ranch for extra $ told cashier 4 times no, she insisted the wings needed ranch. all 3 associates seemed very much detached from reality. pioneer parkway arlington texas. cashier needs social skills. she is not a good first impression or last. i now see all the numerous complaints towards wing stop, with very few resolved. wing stop needs to go away.
I placed an order online for $25.16. I never received my order by delivery. I ordered from the Wingstop website. Order number#[protected]. My order was never delivered to my home. I have been trying to get this resolved asap.
I ordered my food at 12 noon it was then sent to a door dasher two hours later we still didnt get food and I ended up going to pick it up from the store. Heavenly told me she would contact door dash and get the delivery fee refunded. I still dont see a refund.

I received my chicken sandwich raw! I used a 10$ gift card I had to pay for it and the rest using my Visa card. I want a full refund.!

Disgusting. The cashier was spitting in the trash can while taking my order. Both employees swearing loudly while making my food. Female employee “FaceTiming” instead of making my order.
It appears that your company does not want to make profit when a restaurant refuses to take an order over the phone and the website has no entry for a credit card number. An order was to be placed from the Hosptial I work at for the employees that evening and could not be done unless someone went there .
On 3/6/2023 at 4100 N Portland Ave Oklahoma City OK, 73112 Phone: [protected]. I got a 10 piece wings. 5 mild and 5 lemon pepper and an order of the cajun corn. I also dipped them in ranch. I got food poisoning very shortly after. It started with gas and then i have been throwing up and diarrhea. Abdominal pain and cramps.

First of all, I ordered online and they said it would be ready in 28-33 minutes but it took about an hour.
Secondly, the entire order was wrong. I ordered 10 wings and received 8. I didn't get my fries and one of the flavors were wrong.
Last but not least, I did not get a receipt.
On 09/19/23 I placed an online order for 10pc mix & match original hot. When I picked up order and got back to office my order had 5 bone in and 5 boneless. For my complaint I received a free order of fries, why would I want that when they come with a meal. Please submit a partial refund

store was dirty including windows. also wings were not cooked to my order specifications . should have taken them back, ending up not eating product.
My husband and I were patrons at 595 Piedmont Ave, Atlanta Ga on 10-13-2023 around 6 pm. We ordered the 15 piece meal to go. The bone in wings were not fried thoroughly, corn old and the fries were not fresh. It was a horrible meal experience.
The management hires a bunch of teenagers and then treat them horribly. They don't try to guide them they just work them like dogs. Then they talk to them badly. They let undocumented workers work there and take hours from the citizens they hired. Do not work for the Wing Stop in Lake Jackson Tx.

My visit to a Wingstop was the worse and I am not planning on eating at another. I visited the #1475 10/19/23 on my birthday. I ordered 20 wings and my order amount was $31.38. I ordered 7 Hot, 7 Hickory BBQ and 6 Garlic Parmesan. I contacted the store manager the next day concerning my visit at her location. The wings were not prepared properly.

I called to report a missing order item and when I called and requested a manager I was hung up on TWICE. My grandson did not get to eat that night with the rest of us although we each shared our food with him it was not a pleasant experience and a $10 gift card is an insult. I would like the ability to have my ENTIRE order compensated
