I have spent around 8 years with workaway and have only received excellent reviews/feedback... I received a negative feedback from a person who presented twisted information and outright lies according to the text written in March 2023 although I believe this feedback appeared much later...I had to threaten legal action to get the full text removed after a redacted version was done and did nothing to resolve the issue...Also I was not notified of this feedback as per norm and it seems to me this feedback was added at a much later date as I often check my account...Now my profile is left with a mention that a negative rating has been left and will hence discourage future hosts from accepting me to volunteer with them...My Help Desk person was called John and did not answer my messages after the first two I sent...It seems Workaway do not give a damn how long you have spent supporting them and did not offer support the one time I really needed some...As it stands once my subscription ends this time I refuse to support them anymore.

Desired outcome: Removal of mention that a negative rating has been put on my workaway profile.
