Very horrible experience. I applied for loan thru them and was told and confirmed three times that's everything was good and I was approved and I made sure because I live about an hour away and I even triple checked before going there to only go out of my way to find out I was lied to and wasn't given what I was told was already taken care of. It was supposed to be a great easy experience and ending up being the biggest waste of 3 hours and money for them to continue to try to lie to my face and give me excuse after excuse. Do not use them. My Kia dealership back home was a million times more professional than here.
Recommendation: Don't trust them period
World Kia Joliet really knows how to waste your time. You triple-checked everything, only to drive an hour for nothing but lies and excuses. What should have been a smooth process turned into a three-hour headache. Sounds like sticking with your local Kia dealership is the way to go — they clearly know how to treat customers right.
