Hi I have been a customer of what is now called WOB and before this World of Books, and never had any issues. However last year I forgot my password clicked on the forgot password option but after many many attempts, and following the suggested options, to date I still cannot access my account. Tried ringing, no answer, tried emailing, failed each time. I recently ordered some items but am unable to check their status.
Desired outcome: Get back into my account please.
