With support from someone from [protected] she changed on 5/6th of december some of my contacts in worldremit.
We changed my e-mail address from [protected]@htwg-konstanz. de (my business address) to my private e-mail address heimo. [protected]@gmx. de and my business phone number +[protected] to my private phone number +[protected].
When I wanted on 6th of december to log in with new e-mail address I had to change my password.
I got your email with: password reset request on 6th of december. I changed my password and then I got your email: Your password has been changed.
When I now try to log in with new address heimo. [protected]@gmx. de and new password, I always get your information: Inccorrect username or password. I tried to log in on my laptop and on my mobil phone but on both always appears the same message.

Resolving a problem (see below)
My name is Stephen Thorne #WR6659319. I have been using World Remit for years. For the last month, on trying to transact but continue to get a message when I go to "review and pay", that states "Something went wrong Bad request error occurred for resource of type createpayment". I need to resolve this if I am to continue using the WR platform. I have called the SA number many times, but I have been either unable to get through for 20 calls or more, and when I have got through to the menu it does not cover my issue. Cannot use debit card for payment

I tried few weeks back to send money by using Santander debit card was my payment was refused I tried again today and again I could not, so I contacted Santander and was told the problem is with worldremit who have not updated some security concern. I was able to make the payment by using Santander bank transfer. I would appreciate it, if you could look into this as I found by using debit card the amount transferred reached quickly. Delayed delivery of Money
Sent money 2 days ago and the recipient has not yet received it . I have previously been sending money with them and it takes less than an hour to reach the recipient. This time it has taken 2 days and no one is answering my calls. All I am receiving is a no reply message on and off saying and l qoute 'Apologies - your transfer is delayed, no action is needed. I have been hacked and I want to delete this account
A person posing as from Bank of America fraud opened an account in my name (Brenda Kuder) to try to get money back from someone who hacked me. That was his story. He is trying to transfer money. Money transfer to Philippines, 25th and 26th of November each day 3-4 trials at different times on the 25th also during tyhe evening
After selecting amount, pick up and where to pick up as well as the person to transfer to, You are supposed to select payment method. I usually use credit card but when clicking pay the system just hang and you see a rotating circle.
I have tried with 2 different computers as well as 2 different browsers. Google and Edge. The result is the same, when selecting pay by credit card and click pay all that happen is that you see a circle rotating. After that nothing happen. I have given up after 5 mins.
Both on 25th and 26th of November each day I had 3-4 trials at different times on the 25th also during the evening.
I have also tried to change person to where i send just to see if there was something related to the person but the result has been the same.

It is second time in a short while that it is not possible to make payment, Again, it is impossible to make money transfer as the system hangs immediately when clicking for payment. All you see is a rotating cicle.

I have transfered $3,000 aud to the Philippines several times and this one transaction never was sorted out and my gf told me it wasn't their. i have rang several times costing me lots of money and have emailed world remit several times and they always ask the same questions instead of looking up what was transcribed before. I have used Worldremit for so long, but today i tried to log into my account and it says it has been disabled.
I did not receive any notifification whatsoever why it has been disabled.
I did successfully verify my account many months ago by supplying my ID and proof of address and even Payslips from my job.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Money Transfer
The issue that I have experienced was:
Money not delivered, 3 emails, many many phone calls. On the phone: apologies, the local agent reported by mistake (?) the transaction as PAID. They told me there was a technical delay to refund me. Every phone call was: apology and technical delay necessary for reimbursement, that never came. Now I cannot any more call them (the call is not accepted any more) or send them email.
The FACTS.
October 6. I send 280 dirham (28€) to my friend in Moroco, as I did previously many other times.
He went to the usual bank (BaridCash) but the cashier said the transfer code MAR140959722 was not valid. He tryed many other banks, unsuccessfully.
I sent an email to worldremit.com. On my side the transaction was reported ad "PENDING" on the worldremit website.
The next day my friend tryed again, unsuccessfully.
I looked at my worldremit account and found the status changed in "PAID".
Then I wrote 2 other emails and make a lot of phone calls, as previously stated: many apologies and was told about a technical delay necessary to refund the money.
It occurred on: 2022-10-06
This meant that Lost 28€ and a lot of time in phone calls.
My friend needed urgently the money for a doctor visit.
