I attempted to make a money transfer earlier today and I input a new credit card. Once that happened all sorts of weird things started happening and it said it could take 4 to 6 hours to complete the transfer! I was then contacted by pinal county credit union and asked if I had made certain transactions because they were checking for fraud. I confirmed those transactions and still the problem persisted! I attempted over and over and over again to find a way to contact you and could not find any way to do it through my account! Anyway, I just finally went back in and discovered to my total frustration that you had submitted the transaction on my old card! That card doesn't even work and I have no idea how this all happened when I couldn't even find old card in there to delete it out in the first place! There are some serious issues going on there and this has caused a lot of frustration and grief!
Desired outcome: GET SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE PEOPLE CAN CONTACT YOU!!!
