Short and sweet, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO XBOX LIVE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! They will continue to charge your card after cancellation and it takes special litagation to have your card removed from the account.

I cancelled this subsription on 2 different occasions yet they are still billing my card and billing it for other things that I don't even know what they are.

I was billed for $6.25 twice on my credit card for Xbox live. I donot own a Xbox . I need these charges removed from my account/

I get voodoo charges on my credit card as well. Of, course they force you to retain your credit card on file so these things can and will happen.

I was charged ten times at 4.99 twice for 9.99 and once for 19.99 and did not authorize any of this i would like my money back on my card please.

my credit card was overcharged. i charged 2 items on my card and extra money was tooken out. i dont think its right that my card was being overcharged for things i purchased online.

I am writing to find out what this charge of $5.42 is for. I never authorized this payment to be made on my debit card. I would like to know what its for?

still gtting charged for xbox live which has bn cancelled over a year and i am trying to shut my credit card this is being charged to but everytime i close it it gets re-opend

I have had 3 charges to xbox live. Two for $74.99 and one for $49.99I do not own an xbox. The other two charges for $1 were to microsoft billing bill.ms.net.wa (that is what came up on my on-line account)

yes today i went to play a game of halo reach on the live account and tryin to play and then the server decides to shutdown me and sevral of my xbox live friend wanting to play and cant . second we try to call them and they said they cant do nothin about it. so i want to summit a complaint to the xbox live company.

there are 3 charges on my visa that should not be on there. want a refund for $4.99 and $19.99 dated on 2-23-11 and one for $19.99 dated on 2-3-11 credit card ended 9877 and expires on 2-14

shelia curtis: Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges it will be removed while they investigate, also have your creidt card company cancel your account and issue you another card to prevent further unwanted billing.
All you have to prove is that you did not authorize these charges and it will be credited, being that it is an Xbox live charge my bet is if you have a child that plays it and you set up your account with that credit card maybe you child downloaded software and they billed your account.
This happens all the time. That is why my daughter has to get me before downloading anything because I set up the account with a password approval.

Eroneous charges continue to show up on my bank statement. This appears to be coming from Xbox live and no authorization was provided to allow billed charges to my account.

I found another fraudulent charge of $4.99 charged to my account which brings the total now to $179.89. Please remove this one as well as ALL of the others!

This company charges way to much for everything...Go with Sony..Online play is free does not cost you 60 per year to play online like XBOX...If Microsoft could they would charge you for turning on your computer..And they also put out half finished games so they can make money on ad ons..

I want to cancel XBOX Live I do not own a xbox, I did not charge these transactions to my account, I want these charges reversed and off my credit card.
