I'd like to make complaint about Yahoo mail.
Today I have had a big problem to move my emails to folders.
I have tried to move them a few times and they came beck to the inbox.
Could you fix it asap, please?

I need a password reset have forgotten current one due to attempts to put in passwords seem to be unable to proceed to security questions & helper cannot resolve. can't you fix yahoo mail or give us back the old one that works it won't let you delete mail sometimes or when you check a box it will clear it the box before you delete this new crap sucks

I have had to close some mail addresses as I cannot set up a new password. Your help paper are so very poor just putting me in a revolving loop.

I have a new phone but you (yahoo) simply won't give me the advice.

I maintain yahoo account since 2001 and
mails in the year 2017 and part of 2016 have been deleted without my knowledge.

Could you please help me to restore those as there are very important mails .

When you click on an article you are able to read a small portion of the article and then when you click "read more" it takes you to a home page that reflects a "baby Charlie" incident from earlier in the summer! Very frustrating! This happens more times than not!

How come you guys advertise that one can upload up to 25MB of attachments and I tried to zip and attach 8mb and it never uploaded and attached, The I tried about 1mb of files and that didn't do anything either. I tried my backup gmail and it worked without a hitch. The whole 8MB of files.

Why advertise, it you can't produce?

Why is there no avenue to comment/tone on the content on Yahoo News? I think that this could be an important tool if you really want customer satisfaction.

In my Yahoo Calendar, the reminders appear in a lightly shaded pink color instead of a deep red color which appeared before. Now the reminders are hard to read with a white font print over the light pink background in the reminders! This needs to be fixed!
