Hi, my bike is a Yamaha Ray ZR TN 14 AK 5317 CHASSIS NUMBER ME1SEK764R0008300. I took it for service on Sunday. They said that my bike had a broken fork They said that they would tell the manager and get it fixed. They called me on Wednesday and said that they had the bike ready. Now I need an acknowledgement to get it ready.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Gave my bike for a specific issue, but it was returned with new problems. Even the head light not working showing a lack of attention to detail. Poor workmanship and carelessness. Even after making upon their attention of the problem they ignored stating some complaints. Definitely not recommending this place for bike servicing.

Claimed loss: Yes three times iam going to the service centre.
