returned items
I have returned a parcel to the address that was on the goods i recieved. I paid £13 post & packing to return them. Customer services then said i could not get a refund as i returned to the wrong address but they didnt tell me this until id sent it bsck. I have the receipt for posting and returned it to were it came from. Which was written on the parcel. Customer services ...joshy...told me I can't have refund. I am now contacting every selling organisation that joins deals with and posting on Facebook not to order from them. I will also contact Chinese trading standards etc etc until I get a refund...this is what i am posting on social media etc...Do not order from this company. They do not accept returns and do not make it easy to return items. They will do everything possible to get out of you returning items. They are unscrupulou and dishonest. You will not be allowed to return items. I am having terrible problem returning clothes I ordered and I spent £13 on return post & packing. worst of the worst
Honestly, I don't know what to start with. First of all, it took two months to get my order delivered.
Second, the quality of my clothes was worse than anything else. Cheap, bad sewed. Ugh... Third, none of my clothes fit me. They are way too small, even though I ordered the S size. This is simply ridiculous.
I understand there's no sense in sending them back, it's again too ridiculous to do it. They didn't cost expensive, but I'm out of money anyway.

cancelling items in my order and then sending the wrong items
Half my order was cancelled with no explanation just a refund. The other half expected to be delivered was completely the wrong size and the wrong item? With no direct way to contact to rectify. My order number [protected]. This is rediculous what am I supposed to do with a top I don't like and would no way fit me. You have no returns or resolutions department anywhere on your website andyou charged me full postage even though me original order meant it would be free? Absolutely shocking. Someone best contact me soon otherwise I will take this further to the ombudsman

revolting service, fraud
Made several orders from yoins (#[protected], #[protected], #[protected], #[protected]), got 2 orders (#[protected], #[protected]). The sizes didn't match, moreover instead of the black ripped leggins I received a white sequin bikini, which I never ordered and did not needed at all. The fabric of the items is of very poor quality therefore very dissatisfied I decided to return the orders. After a few emails of asking me why I am returning the orders and after my replies they simply stopped reacting on my emails. Obviously they don't want their products back because nobody will buy those! Moreover there is no possibility to leave a review about their service and clients experience on their website. Therefore they feel absolutely free to commit their fraud towards the customers and stay unpunished!

I have bank statement that states that I was charged for my order it's been almost a month and I haven't recieved any information on the status of my purchase. never received my product
I ordered on www.yoins.com and I never received my order so I tried to call customer service and they were "busy" they never picked up the phone, not even a recording. So then I tried to email them and I haven't heard anything back. I would really just like to get my money back but if I cannot do that then I would like the product that I paid for and I would like it as soon as I can get it.

sexy cropped top & high waist shorts co-ord
I am absolutely disgusted with this product! The zip on the shorts was broken so once able to undo the zip it was hard to do back up then when wanting to take the shorts of the zip broke when trying to undo it! I am so upset as this was an outfit for my holiday and now it is ruined! I want to hear back from your company asap and I want a full refund or a new product!

I placed an order with Yoins and paid some extra money for rush delivery because I needed the stuff on a certain date.
When my order did not arrive I contacted Yoins and asked about my order and they said that I have nothing to worry about and that my order was on its way.
I did receive my items and can't say anything bad about the quality, everything was nice, but these things were already useless to me.
I contacted Yoins again and asked them to refund the money which I paid for the expedited shipping but they refused!
I'm very disappointed with Yoins and will not order from them again.

I've purchased several pieces of clothing from this website and after I paid I received a payment confirmation email. Several days later there was another message stating my order was shipped. Weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I contacted Yoins customer service and asked about the status of my order. They said that some items were out of stock and that they will ship my order later. That was absolutely ridiculous! These people are liars! Weeks ago they told me that my order was on its way and then they say that it was never shipped! Stay away from this terrible site!

extremely bad customer service
Yoins customer service is very poor, their representatives are absolutely unprofessional and I doubt that they even understand what they are doing. I know that because I was a customer service rep in the past. I ordered some items from them and when an issue appeared I asked for help. These people were useless, they could not provide any solutions or options. When I sent them emails I received the same responses that they would contact me later. They never did. Even their chat service is very bad.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone from Yoins for months! I made an order back in December 2015 but I have not received my items yet. I never received my dresses and It's been almost two months since I made an order. I ordered because I wanted to wear those dresses on some Christmas events that I was planning to attend. I contacted Yoins customer support and was told that I need to contact my local postal office because they had no idea where my order was. I don't need those dresses anymore so I want my order to be cancelled and I demand a full refund!

I bought large set of earnings from the company www.yoins.com. The seller provided the confirmation information and the order arrived on time, but when I opened the parcel, it turned out that several earnings were missing. I was so upset and disappointed. I got defective earnings
I purchased earnings from the company www.yoins.com. I waited about a month and these scammers finally delivered the order, but the earnings were defective and one was broken.
