Your Pool HQ review: Diving board and base

We ordered a diving board paid over $1400 for it. It was delivered when we were not home. When we opened the package we seen that the diving board had been damaged on the corner-broken. I immediately called the number on the site I ordered it from and the girl was rude and told me I needed to take pics of the package and the damaged product and send it in to the confirmation email that was sent to me the I purchased it. I took pics of it all and sent it right back. I called back again and left and talked to the same person to see if they received my pics..she was rude again. I had to keep calling and emailing them in order to get any kind of response from them. I asked them to either refund our money so we can go elsewhere for a diving board or please send a new one bc our customer was getting upset that their board has not been installed and they cannot close their pool. I receive an email from a guy name Shaun asking me to call him tomorrow. I call him and we got in a heated argument because he immediately told me that I had signed for the package-as if I was stuck with the damaged board. I let him know that we were not home when it was delivered and nobody signed for the package. We could not get him to return our money NOR replace it with another diving board. We have filed complaints everywhere we could and still are filing them. We have gone to our bank immediately and filed a dispute printing off all emails exchanged between them and myself showing we have tried to resolve this issue. This guy is a rip off and he is vulgar ..he made a threat to me that he was going to "F$$$" my wife..I asked him-who says stuff like that or what kind of professional person talks like that to someone on the phone. BEWARE of this company they have so many complaints of the same sort of issues through the BBB who they are not a member of. The BBB has tried to reach out to them to clean up their mess of complaints but have never received anything back as of yet. The have an F rating through them.
