Horrible bizness practices, super unprofesh
Horrible bizness practices, super unprofesh. They don't come thru like they said they would.
They did a real messy job!
They did a real messy job! My pool was better before they touched it. It's a mess! Mark the salesman is a liar. They didn't do what they said they would. 2 months and they STILL haven't done what they said they would! Walk away from them. Folks if you do use them VIDEO EVERYTHING! This will help you later on! Sad company very dishonest!
This company and its sub contractors are not good quality and their work is not good
This company and its sub contractors are not good quality and their work is not good. They don't care about their work. Communication is bad to the customer. Work was not done in a professional way. The owner Joe comes out after many calls and requests and defends his workers. Many excuses are given on issues of concern with the subs. I would not recommend or hire this company. I spent over 15K and hate this job!
I hired All Phase to redo my pool surface
I hired All Phase to redo my pool surface. It took forever to get it done, and when it finally was, they messed up the area around the pool light. I had to call them many times and leave messages, and it took weeks for them to come back and fix it. I also got a huge water bill because of the delay. When they finally installed the light, it didn't work, and they refused to take responsibility. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to communicate with customers and provide good service. All Phase doesn't seem to care about that.
I got my pool redone by All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc
I got my pool redone by All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. in March . The previous company I called didn't get back to me, so I found All Phase Pool's website and was impressed. The salesman Jeff was thorough and we settled on tile and blue quartz finish. The tile was done quickly, but it took over a month before anything else was done. I was "second" on the list, but no one called or showed up. This happened three more times. I called Jeff and he had some pull, so I was "first" on the list a week later. I followed all instructions and brushed faithfully for 28 days. I bought a new pool light, but an inspector told me to install it myself. The crew broke the inside bulb while installing the quartz, but Marvin, the detail technician, fixed it. He also got rid of many streaks in the finish. The final payment of $250 kept the warranty in effect. I can't say if I would hire them again after reading their feedback, but Marvin is the best they have to offer. My advice is to not give them the $3000 deposit until the finishing crew shows up. The whole process was aggravating until Marvin came. You make your own decision!

Review: Contract and cancellation experience for pool repair in Florida
Review: (1) Oct 12, 2021: My wife and I signed a contract for pool repairs in Florida. (2) Oct 18, 2021: I contacted Margarita at the office to cancel the contract, providing a copy of the contract and the check. (3) Margarita confirmed via email she sent the cancellation to accounting. (4) Nov 5, 2021: Margarita stated there was no record of our check being deposited and requested proof. (5) I promptly sent a screenshot from Bank Of America confirming the deposit. (6) After 8 weeks, we still await our refund.
I signed a contract with All Phase Pool Remodeling on May 10, and they measured my pool for the product
I signed a contract with All Phase Pool Remodeling on May 10, and they measured my pool for the product. They said they wouldn't start work until July 4th. But they didn't start until August 12th because of industry delays. They removed the old tile and installed new tile on August 12th. On August 24th, they cleaned the old surface and applied the first bond coat. On August 30th, they completed a quality inspection. They cashed our check within three days, which was impressive. On September 2nd, they measured the pool again for the product purchase. On September 24th, they applied the second bond coat. If they don't finish the pool by October 8th, they'll have to put a third coat of bond on. We've been waiting for 53 days with an empty pool in the backyard. We're so frustrated that they seem unconcerned about doing the job. They have our money, and we have an unfinished pool. We wouldn't recommend this company.
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. I went to their office in person before June 29 to schedule service for two spots that showed up in my pool's finish. I even sent them photos of the spots on that date. But despite calling them several times, they haven't bothered to set up an appointment or even contact me. This is a warranty issue, and they're obligated to take care of it. The original contract was in my wife's name, Michelle ***, but I'm the one they should be contacting, Steven ***.

Got an estimate to fix my pool surface from All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc
Got an estimate to fix my pool surface from All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. Sales guy Jeff F talked to Laura to schedule the patch work on Feb 17, 2021. But on Feb 22, 2021, I still didn't hear back from them. Called Jeff F and he said he would check with the office. Around 5PM, Jeff called and said someone would contact me about scheduling. But on Feb 23 and 24, no response. On Feb 25, I called the scheduling department and they said someone would call back. Still no response. This company needs to respond to customers quickly or face legal action.
I signed a contract with All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc
I signed a contract with All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. on Feb 4, 2021 for a pool and deck remodel. The total cost was $14,100 and I have paid $13,270 so far. The work started in the first week of March . There were some quality issues with the glass block, so they changed it to a concrete wall. They also had to replace the jets, but I was told that "spa jets" were not included and I had to pay extra. This added 4 weeks to the project.
At first, there were some issues with the pool leaking, but they fixed it quickly. However, there were also some paint issues that were never fixed. By mid-May, I was waiting for weeks for punch list items to be corrected. The list included incomplete deck paint, missing spa fittings, and an irregular grout line on the top edge of the tile. They finally installed the spa fittings, but they did not address the tile and paint issues.
In July, I requested a meeting with the supervisor, Chase ***. He inspected the tile and paint and agreed to repair them, promising to schedule it. However, I never heard from him again. Despite repeated promises over 6 months, the work has not been completed. The tile tech even came out, looked at the job, and left, promising to be back by the end of last week, but he did not show up. Now they are telling me it will be next week, but they have not given me a date.
All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc
All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. was supposed to remodel our pool, but it's been a long time since we signed the contract and gave them a deposit. Jeff, the salesman, convinced us to do a lot of work, including resurfacing, pavers, a new spillway, a new spa water heater, a new filter cartridge, and switching the automated control system for an analog one. We signed the contract on October 17, and paid $8,200. They said they would start work in two weeks and finish by January 1, for a total of $28,200. But it's now March 23, and they haven't finished the work. We've tried to contact them, but they're not responding to our emails or phone calls since March 10. We're frustrated because we've paid for services and equipment that haven't been delivered or completed. We want them to finish the work, clean up their mess, and fulfill the contract we signed almost six months ago.
that needs to be replaced
that needs to be replaced. Overall, not very happy with the experience. Had to have the job redone and still having issues with the pool. Communication could have been better and it took a while to get things resolved. Hoping the filter replacement will fix the problem.
1600.00 and then left us hanging
1600.00 and then left us hanging. It's been over 3 months and still no progress. Don't waste your time or money with All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. They are not trustworthy and will leave you with an unfinished project.
All Phase did our pool over and they won't take responsibility for the tile issue they made
All Phase did our pool over and they won't take responsibility for the tile issue they made. They started in March and it's still not done. They had tile issues right away with them falling off. They said they messed up and sent someone to fix it, but it didn't work. Now the tile is cracking horizontally and falling off the pool. We talked to other pool guys who said it's because they didn't prep the pool right. Chase, the boss, emailed us and said he'd fix it one time for free, but after that it's our problem because the pool moved. Maybe it moved because it was empty for 37 days? He said it would take 10 days to fix it. But there's no proof it moved at all. The kids can't even swim because it's too sharp. We want it fixed with a warranty or our money back. If not, we'll sue. I attached a PDF with more info.
I hired All Phase Pool Remodeling to fix my skimmer and pool light
I hired All Phase Pool Remodeling to fix my skimmer and pool light. MW, the salesperson, said they would take care of it. We didn't get it in writing, which was a mistake. When the work started, we found out that tiling around the pool would cost an extra $1,200. We agreed to pay it, but then found out they wouldn't fix the pool light. We had to hire an electrician. They took $1,800 on March 17, and the inspector took $3,670 on March 24. No work has been done since March 20. The office won't send anyone out unless we pay the extra $1,200. The young lady in the office said they needed the payment or they wouldn't do any more work. This is bad business.
I signed up with All Phase Pool in Feb to redo my pool
I signed up with All Phase Pool in Feb to redo my pool. I was worried about the $12,000 Caretaker System for cleaning the pool. The system has pop-ups that clean the bottom of the pool by sweeping dirt to the filter. They didn't cap the units and used masking tape, which glued them in place. They sent a diver to fix it, but it didn't work. They need to send a pro plumber to fix it. They lied and said I told them the pop-ups didn't work. I have proof they were working fine. They need to take responsibility and fix it. I don't like being lied to!
All Phase Pool Remodeling messed up our pool resurfacing and won't fix it
All Phase Pool Remodeling messed up our pool resurfacing and won't fix it. We paid them $9000 and they finished in June. But they didn't cover the drains and jets right, so now there's concrete in our pipes and the drain and spa jets don't work. They tried to fix it twice, but it didn't work. Now they want to put acid in the pool, but two other pool guys said that could mess up our pool and pipes. Plus, the guy who's supposed to do it never did it before. The manager called us and wouldn't sign anything to protect our pipes. Two other pool guys said All Phase messed up and the acid could be bad. We worked with Paul, Laura, and Giovanni too. We want our money back or we'll sue.
I signed a contract with All Phase Pools Remodel to resurface my pool and install brick pavers on the pool deck
I signed a contract with All Phase Pools Remodel to resurface my pool and install brick pavers on the pool deck. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to finish. But on June 24th, no work had been done, so I emailed Alyssa to ask when they would start. I got no reply, so I emailed again on July 8th. Finally, I got a response. On July 11th, the brick pavers and coping were delivered, but the coping was the wrong color. On July 15th, we were supposed to drain the pool and remove tile, but no work was done. I had to contact them to find out the work was postponed. Around August 12th, the brick pavers and coping were installed, but many of the pavers were damaged. I contacted them about this on August 12th, but got no reply. I contacted them again on August 23rd and 26th because the pool pump wasn't working correctly and there was green water in the pool. We finally finished in December, but the resurfacing inside the pool was done poorly. We asked them to redo it, and they did, but it still wasn't perfect. The owner told us we didn't have to pay the final payment of $500 due to all the issues we experienced. But in May , we found out our pool warranty was voided due to the unpaid debt of $500. We didn't know we owed anything, and they never notified us. We sent them a letter, but they didn't respond, so we reported them to the ComplaintsBoard.com.
I signed a contract with All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc
I signed a contract with All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. on February 8. I paid $7,980.00 to have my pool remodeled, but there are defects on the interior of the pool and the deck is deteriorating. They said it would take 3 to 6 weeks for completion, but work did not start until March 19 and was almost done in August , taking over 5 months. Their employee, Ty, broke the cantilever when removing the tile. Mark told me that was my responsibility to fix, but it was not broken prior. He said they had pictures so I told him to look at those pictures. Which he must have, then Tim came out to fix the cantilever using the cardboard support strips, as a "filler". There is "black" on the light trim put there by their employee. There are three blemishes inside the pool. On March 21, I was told I had to pay the remaining balance. Tony, of T-7, made his first scheduled appearance on April 4th, which didn't happen. Tony is now scheduled for May 8th. Now scheduled May 14th. Supposedly he came and finished but didn't fix or do anything. May 23rd, The crew that did the interior of the pool, released all the water from the work tub onto my neighbors grass, killing it. Tony is now scheduled to appear on June 3rd. Didn't come, was told he will be here tomorrow. He does show up June 4th. Tony didn't have "enough mix" and had to return another day. Shows up a couple days later. I sent pictures showing where deck was not done properly and cantilever was not done. Alyssa responded saying everything is complete. I sent more pics and was told the deck foreman will schedule to come out early this week. No one came. On June 30th scheduled for Tony to come out June 24th. No Tony. On June 25th, Tony stopped by, looked and left. Says he will call me. No call. August 2nd, He emailed me back and said to not threaten him. Alyssa told me Tony will call to schedule a time to come out. August 6th, I contacted Alyssa that I have not heard from Tony. She replied he is working to send someone out tomorrow. Tony was to call me again. August 9th they showed up and supposedly were finished. On January 18th, I contacted All Phase Pool, Laura J, has now replaced Alyssa F. My deck is now deteriorating, sent pictures. January 23rd, emailed again since I have not had a reply. January 30th, I have emailed Laura, Mark, Tim & Jennifer due to being ignored and sending pictures of how disappointing I am with my deck flaking apart on a daily basis. On February 7th Tony of T-7 showed up for a total of 15 minutes, with one other worker. They painted over the deteriorating areas and left. It not only continues to deteriorate but now has two different sloppy areas of discolored painting. No one will respond to me at this point. This is the worst investment I ever made and want my money back. If there is anything you can do to help me or help others not go through this, I would immensely appreciate it.
