AP9 Your Savings Club and AP9 Credit Diagnosis is a Fraudulent Scam, I believe to be related to Free Credit Report.com, which is also a complete scam.
In 2008 I signed-up on-line for my Free Credit Report, a combination of the three largest credit reporting companies. What is hidden in the fine print on the on-line "agreement" is that with the "free" credit report you are signing-up for their monthly service at a cost of $14.95 per month, automatically charged to your credit card, the information obtained from your credit report process. Most people do not recognize or realize the monthly charge to your account. Attempting to have the charges removed is an exercise in futility, with complete ping-ponging combined with lies. Although I was assured the charges would be reversed, they never were. Search the web under "Free Credit Report.com" for how to proceed and what to expect, as there is much helpful info posted by scam victims, much like this.
As for this "your Savings Club" scam, in addition to canceling the account I never applied for, using their convenient auto canceling process (prepared for the onslaught of cancellations), I also talked to reps to determine how they obtained my credit card account to charge these bogus charges. Even talking to a supervisor, they said had absolutely no information about my account. They asked if I was two other people they showed for me, but could not associate me with any other information, such as actual name, billing zip, phone number, transaction ref number, etc. However, they were somehow able to charge to my credit card, which they could not explain.
I asked if they were associated with Free Credit Report.com, and in a round about manner said they were, which leads me to believe this is how they obtained my account number. Both these companies are a complete fraudulent scam, should be reported to authorities, and should be forced out of biz. Bottom line is Do Not deal with either of these companies at all - especially Free Credit Report.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS SCAM IS, BUT I AM NOT PAYING THE DOLLAR THAT IS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT.
I WILL TURN THIS OVER TO MY ATTORNEY. IF IT DOES NOT STOP. BEVERLY WARRINGTON
I never signed up for this. They keep giving me the run around. I cna't get them to stop charging my account!
I am getting these charges...and I cannot get them off. This is a fraud and someone should pay for this. They won't take it off, and I have not received any services. Each month 29.95 plus 1.00 is charged from my account! I'm sick and tired of this!
You guys charged my account $1.00. I don;t care what you do i want my dollar back allow with the $35.00 that my bank charged me for an overdraft fee. i don't know who you guys are what you do how you got my account number. I want my refund and i do now. This is fraud.
Your Savings Club continues to debit money out of my account with out my permission. Everytime that I try to get in contact with someone they can never give me information to a Corp number regarding this. I called the company numerous times in the past and when I finally was able to reach someone they stated that my account would be cancelled at that time, which was early 2010. Then fast forward to today 2/15/2011 I spoke with a represenative today and I explained my concerns and asked that this imaginary account that I did not create STOPS TODAY! Her response was that she could cancel my account today and give me a credit of a whopping $1.00 when I have debits taking out my account as far back as Feb 2010, which that's only how far I was able to go back. But clearly based off of that they owe me way more than a $1.00. I'm going to persue justice for myself and anyone that is experiencing this same scam...please email me if you already have something going or interested in seeking justice immediately...twilliams12003@yahoo.com (Tennille)
I have the same complaint as others i watch my charge card every day and found you charging my acct every month for yoursavingsclub.com which i dont even know what this is let alone never authorized YourSavingsClub.com company to go into my acct and chrg me for this. The question how did you get my private criedit card information. I consider this theft and getting away with it for all those how dont catch you doing this to them. I received and automated system and no choices to talk to a rep. That i call cheap shot to the public and indespicable. I had to close my acct and open new to keep you from my privacy. I looking into a lawsuit against YourSavingsClub.com business. Because this isn't the first time this has been several accounts of theft on your part. Think about that.
The same exact thing happened to me I finally had to cancel my card and get a new one to make them stop.
I have no idea how you got my credit card information but you are to cancell me at once! I will be informing the Better Business Burea. I tried to get someone one the line/phone number provided by my bank and all there is a fickin recording. Cancel me at once!
The same incident has happen to me and I have cancelled x2 and still getting charged for the 1.00 and trying to go to the website is a joke. There is no way to even contact this company nor can you get anyone on the phone!
I began seeing 1.oo to 29.95 debits on my bank statement beginning in April 2008. I do use the internet for ordering from well-known online company's for clothing, books, flowers, and some gift catalogs. I have never even heard of AP9 healthtrends or AP9 Your Savings Club but those are the names of the company's listed beside the debit on my bank account. I finally found a phone number for AP9 Healthtrends [protected]) and tried to call to request they stop debiting my account. this number has been disconnected. I have blocked all charges to my Visa/debit checking card and my bank is issuing me a new card. These people who run these scams need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and punished for robbing people who can ill-afford to have this happen.
charging my credit card $1.00 a day several times a day. No real person to talk to only a web site that don't come up.
I've treid cancel club membership to no avail. The phone number is just automated you can't talk to anyone. I haven even tried email. When you try to cancle they say sorry you are having problems email us at and they give the email addres but you can't get anywhere that way either.
Did not authorize charges to my account. the charges have been showing on my debit account for at least 6 months. This a fraudulent charge. I tried to call the phone number and you can not talk to anyone and when you try to get your member ID # it won't give it to you. I am VERY PISSED! I will be taking futher action.
For several month I am trying to find out why you are taking money from mine credit card without authorization. There is no way to contact you becaouse you are NEVER give me any membershio number you are all time asking for. This is your illegal practice for your socall "YOURSAVINGSCLUB"? Obout what savings you are talking? Steeling from retirees is your savings? L.Urban
This scam probably makes whoever is doing it tons of money, taking out 1 dollar a month from so many people. It's disgusting. I ordered a new credit card number immediately, the moment I discovered this fraud on my account. I also signed up for a free credit report and from that moment started losing a dollar every few weeks. Call the credit card company and get the number changes. Don't trust the "cancelation" Does anyone know whether they are able to access MORE information about the people they scam? I called them and e-mailed them so they have my phone number and e-mail address. Is that a danger? Could they do something else?
I saw I'd been charged $1 for the last few months, went through the same song and dance as most on here, finally called the number that Bonita provided (TY), and got everything canceled. I received an email this morning stating that I'd get $1 refunded. I think I should get both month's, but whatever. I also got this email, which explains how I got 'signed up.'

Their customer service email is membersavings@yoursavingsclub.com for those who could use it.
I am also affected because of this one. I dont remember giving my credit card number to them in first place and second thing, I tried cancelling it a lot of times... [protected] does not answer in human mode.. its just plain recording and it says membership is cancelled... Can you include me in for pressing the charges, is there anybody we can complain? They seem to be a non-existent company, with a po box address and recording message assisted phone number...
Please cancel my membership and refund my money to my credit card. My number is [protected]. Please confirm bu e-mail that this has been done. thanks. william m martin
I never subscribed to this your savings club.com and don't know how they can debit/take money from your credit card without arthorization of this. I will surely join anyone that wants to file a complaint against this fraud.
Your Savings Club
I have been debited $1.00 a month for months now...tried to cancel to no evail. Talked to an attorney who is now researching this company (out of Canada) because we are going to do a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them, there little scam is obviously set up to keep people from cancelling and is a small enough amount that nobody takes it seriously...UNTIL NOW!
they are doing the same thing to me...so the only way to make them stop is blocking my account, wow...these people are makin some money. thanks for the info.
I need whoever or whatever this company is not to touch my account again and to put the dollar they took back
I don't know how they got my personal banking information, but I cancelled that account. How they manged to withdraw my or anyone else's account is simply_fraud! I did not give them permission to have any of my money; regardless to the amount. Now that I have chnaged it; I sympathize for your next victims. It is such a shame that such a small amount is taken, most people don't even realize it missing until months later. Pleaseeeee consumers...watch your bank account, check every dime and where it goes. There are all kinds of crooks that Satan has so very busy, so look out...here they come to get you! Can we get a class action suit or what?
Is there an attorney on the line? Take this case and we'll all come forward with proof that there is a theft among us..yoursavingclub.com is saving your savings...HELP!
There new phone number is [protected].
They have taken a buck for the last two monthes from me. Hopefully this will help anyone else that has this problem.
This people shoud be prosecuted they are taking money from people every month without authorization and when you call the number they give they just hang up. This kind of scam should not be allowed. This people should be in jail and made to return all the money they have taken from other people.
Same situation with me cancelled back in june and still being charged $1 for July and now August. What can you do or who did you call?
I have attempted to contact your company to have 2 charges removed. They ask for my member number (which I don't have) I enter my phone number and then I and told to contact your company.
Please remove these charges.

I terminated my account on July 24, 2008, but my account was not credited. Please let me know why.
I want to know where one can get a phone number to call to be able to talk to a real person! I want this charge to my account stopped and reimbursed to my account. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
This company called "Your Savings Club" has somehow accessed a credit card I had closed the account on from 2006 and started applying charges to it. I called cc company and filed a dispute but I would like to know how they even accessed a closed credit card under my name? This is I fear some scam or fraud to illicit unauthorized charges to credit cards. This company should not be allowed to do this to people!
I had the same thing happen to me. It was almost a year before I really paid attention to it. I also called and it said it was cancelled. The liars, so I disputed it with my bank and they collected the money back from them and put it back into my account. Also, they blocked this YOURSAVINGSCLUB.COM from my account.
I never asked for this service, whatever it is. It caused a late fee on my master card.
Hi there,
My husband and I just noticed that we have been getting charged since November from both "At Home Rewards" and "Your Savings Club". Has anyone had any luck in getting their money back from either of these companies? We did not authorize these charges and I believe another company sold them my information, however, I cannot prove it. So if anyone has any ideas how to retrieve this money from them, please let me know.
Thank you,
Christina
I don't know what this is ...and I am unable to reach a real person on the phone. I don't remember subscribing to this "service."
Since there is no way for me to understand what service this company is offering, I want to "cancel" whatever subscribition they assume I had subscribe to.
cancel this service, i do not want this ser4vice anymore. it was a mistake, please email me with this confirmation. if this doesn't happen within 3 days I will take futher action kevin tate
I need a phone number to contact these people. I am experiencing the same debit from my account each week.
I have very much wanted to speak with someone other than recording on the phone these last couple of months! Since, I can not contact anyone (real person) I have been trying to contact your company throught the internet. PLEASE STOP COLLECTING $1.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND AGAIN!
CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. My husband spoke with an operator several months ago and cancelled the membership for both credit and savings but, unfortunately only the credit got cancelled.
I am sure that a company as big as your does not need to continue the $1.oo savings. PLEASE CANCEL.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
