AP9 Your Savings Club and AP9 Credit Diagnosis is a Fraudulent Scam, I believe to be related to Free Credit Report.com, which is also a complete scam.
In 2008 I signed-up on-line for my Free Credit Report, a combination of the three largest credit reporting companies. What is hidden in the fine print on the on-line "agreement" is that with the "free" credit report you are signing-up for their monthly service at a cost of $14.95 per month, automatically charged to your credit card, the information obtained from your credit report process. Most people do not recognize or realize the monthly charge to your account. Attempting to have the charges removed is an exercise in futility, with complete ping-ponging combined with lies. Although I was assured the charges would be reversed, they never were. Search the web under "Free Credit Report.com" for how to proceed and what to expect, as there is much helpful info posted by scam victims, much like this.
As for this "your Savings Club" scam, in addition to canceling the account I never applied for, using their convenient auto canceling process (prepared for the onslaught of cancellations), I also talked to reps to determine how they obtained my credit card account to charge these bogus charges. Even talking to a supervisor, they said had absolutely no information about my account. They asked if I was two other people they showed for me, but could not associate me with any other information, such as actual name, billing zip, phone number, transaction ref number, etc. However, they were somehow able to charge to my credit card, which they could not explain.
I asked if they were associated with Free Credit Report.com, and in a round about manner said they were, which leads me to believe this is how they obtained my account number. Both these companies are a complete fraudulent scam, should be reported to authorities, and should be forced out of biz. Bottom line is Do Not deal with either of these companies at all - especially Free Credit Report.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Found a recurring charge of $1 on my credit card from Yoursavingsclub.com. Don't remember incurring this charge.
Called credit card and they said they would cancel the charges and my account would be credited. Also called the number listed on the statement and cancelled as well. How do they get my card information and why can't they be stopped?
It shows that it is absolutely necessary to review all information on credit card statements every month. Beware.
I cancelled this account two months ago and they are still taking money out of my account. How can this be stopped. Can you stop this from happing. This is a scam and you can not get them on the phone nor do they answer emails. IT IS A SCAM!
They are taking a dollar out of my account every month and I don't know how to cancel this! I called the number and it sends you to a website that doesn't excist.

I canceled my acct almost a year ago and you are still taking 16.95 out of my acct every month and I want it stopped asap or I will sue you !
I'm being charged $2.00 from my account and the account has been closed because they were taking money out my account and was not authorized to do so I want them to credit my account and you cant get anyone on the phone, they need to put my money back.
took money out of my account without my permission. i called them they refused to return my money and refused to tell me how they got my information. i couldnt understand anything she was saying she would not let me talk at all. she just kept saying the same thing over and over again i ask for my money to be returned she just kept talking on and on. i want my money returned it cause me over draffs after over draff . im on a fix income and they would even listen to me at all. so i need my money returned to my account please
i need my money returned to my account. i called them and i didnt know what this charge on my account even was and after about 20 minutes of telling this lady to stop talking and answer one question i finally did get a answer from her. i told her that i didnt order this and she just kept saying the same thing overr and over . i had to tell her to stop just stop cause i did not order any of this and she just kept talking and talking. i need my money returned to my account because this really messed up my checking account and now i got alot of overdrafts to my acount. not only do they owe me $87.00 they owe me for 2 overdrafts of $36.00. please make them return my money. i need this to be able to pay the rest of my bills.

there was a debit out of my account from this company I don't have any idea
who they are your savings club or how they got my account number
This company is a complete Fraud! they have been billing my account for months / years and I have tried to cancel the service as outlined in the phone instruction at [protected]. I even tried to close my CC account. Even after doing so. The CC Company has allowed another charge to come through on a new account of which I do not have a CC for or the Account number.
continue to debit my cc for $1 e4very month...help!
