AP9 Your Savings Club and AP9 Credit Diagnosis is a Fraudulent Scam, I believe to be related to Free Credit Report.com, which is also a complete scam.
In 2008 I signed-up on-line for my Free Credit Report, a combination of the three largest credit reporting companies. What is hidden in the fine print on the on-line "agreement" is that with the "free" credit report you are signing-up for their monthly service at a cost of $14.95 per month, automatically charged to your credit card, the information obtained from your credit report process. Most people do not recognize or realize the monthly charge to your account. Attempting to have the charges removed is an exercise in futility, with complete ping-ponging combined with lies. Although I was assured the charges would be reversed, they never were. Search the web under "Free Credit Report.com" for how to proceed and what to expect, as there is much helpful info posted by scam victims, much like this.
As for this "your Savings Club" scam, in addition to canceling the account I never applied for, using their convenient auto canceling process (prepared for the onslaught of cancellations), I also talked to reps to determine how they obtained my credit card account to charge these bogus charges. Even talking to a supervisor, they said had absolutely no information about my account. They asked if I was two other people they showed for me, but could not associate me with any other information, such as actual name, billing zip, phone number, transaction ref number, etc. However, they were somehow able to charge to my credit card, which they could not explain.
I asked if they were associated with Free Credit Report.com, and in a round about manner said they were, which leads me to believe this is how they obtained my account number. Both these companies are a complete fraudulent scam, should be reported to authorities, and should be forced out of biz. Bottom line is Do Not deal with either of these companies at all - especially Free Credit Report.

This company has been charging my account. I am like a lot of others who are living on every penny. I have tried to call the number on my bank records and get a recording that wants my "savings club" account number or my bank card number. I used my bank card number once to cancel, but it obviously did not work. They are still charging my account and the bank says there is nothing they can do. I called yoursavingsclub again today and got their automated message. This need to be stopped, today. If I see another unauthorized charges to my bank account I will closed the account.

I had the same issue with my debit account. I saw charges for shopper discount and reservations rewards. Both transactions were for $12 each. I called [protected] and explained to them that I did not authorize these transactions and wanted them reversed. He stated that his company didn't have even number amounts and usually ended in .99 or .99. I then told him that YOURSAVINGSCLUB.COM is owned by ADAPTIVE MARKETING LLC. and that his company was responsible for the transactions. He stated that he only saw a trans for $1 and would refund it. after that he transfered me to his manager so it could look into it. She then told me that they didn't see any charges and that i would have to fax my statement over to the complaint department. that fax number is [protected] (just so you's will have that info also)

all in all... i got a big dollar refund and nothing done with the other 2 transactions of 12 each... back to the drawing board.

We have been charged for about 4 months now of a 1.00 every month to include two months of 29.95 prior of which we called and cancelled. The operator said the account was cancelled. There was nothing said of 1.00 being charged every month thereafter. I have called the phone number 7 times trying to put an end to all the charges. There is not one real person to talk to--only push this number for that and this. It says if you want to cancel then push 2 and then it just says something along the lines of "We're sorry your not happy with your account." and then it hangs up. Other numbers have you go to the website--this does not work either. To top this off, I find a list of complaints with this company after I find their website. I am sick and tired and very upset that this is happening, especially when they charged yet another 1.00 on my checking account and we don't have any money in it--and was charged and over draft fee of 29.00! What next!

I have been trying to cancel my membership both by phone and online with no success. $1.00 has been taken out of my bank account without my permission and when I try to cancel the membership I never signed up for it's impossible to do so. The number that is given by them is nothing but recordings as to what to do but when I do what I am told to do the recording says they cannot help me but to go to the online site which I do without success. As you read their information it says if you don't cancel the trial period (whatever that is) before the trial period expires I will be charged for yet another membership.

I too have been charged 1.00 a month and this has been going on for a couple of years. I know for a fact that it was free credit report.com because I called the number for my savings club [protected] and immediately the rep on the phone had confirmed that. I never authorized this but maybe in the terms and conditions that we all agree to and actually never read it was stated there. I tried to cancel over the automated phone last month and even gave me a cancellation number and continued to get charged this month 1.00 again. The rep has guaranteed me that I would no longer be billed and gave me a new conf. # She said that she never showed that I called to cancel. The automated line stinks I would recommend calling the number I listed above in this blog. Best of luck to all of you who have been scammed like me!

i too have run into the same issue... their is a p.o. box listed at the bottom of their web site/ and an automated 877 number both are useless in an effort to contact a live person... even though the amount is small ( a dollar here a dollar there ) I cannot believe that a business is allowed to operate like this. essentially making money off of other folks credit/debit cards. they are definately lucky they are not headquartered in Texas. cancel your card and move on ... that's what I did.

You may have seen it on your bank statement (as I did) as "MVQ*CLUBSAVE". There is probably also a number next to it that of course you can't speak with an actual person, it just tells you to enter either your mem#, phone#, or credit card# you used. I tried putting in my phone # but it told me that my number wasn't in their system, go figure. So I did more research and found out that "Your Club Savings" is linked to, 2 different credit report agencies. One called "Credit Diagnosis" and the other "Privacy Matters Identity", ironic. When I had cancelled these 2 months prior apparently they had linked me to the club savings thing which I had no idea about. I called them and confronted them and at first they tried to blow me off saying that my membership with the credit report agencies were cancelled. I had to speak with another person to get them to agree with me that they were linked with the Club Savings. I knew this because I saved the cancellation letters that came to me through e-mail, which had the name of the agencies and that the e-mail came from "membersavings". They said "oh yes, you cancelled the credit reports but not the club savings". They of course had never told me about the clubsavings when I had previously cancelled. I even asked how I was to know about it or let alone cancel it, all she said was that I would be reimbursed. They completely avoided my questions of how I was to know about the club savings and just kept repeating that I would be reimbursed. We'll see if that happens. Stay away from those two credit agencies. If you need a credit report contact a lawyer for a good one to use.

The last two months on my bank statement charges have appeared which I can't explain. Last month, the charges were: AP9 Your Savings Club, AP9 Today's Escape, AP9 Maintenance Fee, total $31.95. This month, July, the names are slightly different, but the charges are for the same amounts: MVQ Clubsave $1, MVQ Travelmember $29.95, MVQ Maintenance Fee $1, total $31.95. Two months total $63.90.

I am writing my very helpful local bank, and have no doubt the charges will be removed. I am writing to help others.

Sincerely,
Courtney C. Fischer

I never received any mailings or emails about services. I cancelled immediately and had cancellation number even. They have debited my account for six months and I have even confirmed the cancellation number with them again. It was cancelled 2/15/09. This is fraud at the least.

I am in the same boat as a lot of others, this company by the name of Your Savings Club has illegally obtained my bank account information and has removed funds out of my bank account numerous times. They think they have gotten away with iy but boy ol' boy do I have a surprise for them. I am seeking legal assistance and contacting the Better Buisness Bureau in reference to their operations. They really need to have a phone number that people can speak with a live person and not just a automated system that will hang up on you if you wait to long or push a zero on your phone. Good luck to everyone that has dealt with this company on getting your monies back.

yoursavingsclub.com is a internet fraud company involved in internet crime of charging unauthorized $1 one dollar per person per credit card to millions of american everymonth on a monthly basis. they hack our genuine internet financial trasactions and uses our credit card numbers to make unauthorized charges. they are so criminal and so clever that they only make one dollar per month charge so it takes a while for an average consumer to notice. then when one finally notices it on their bill or get a cll or notification of suspicious activity from their bank or credit card company consumer tries to call yoursavingsclub.com and finds out there is no live person the if u r lucky to get hold of a live person on one of their secret numbers they dont publish it. that live person is rude and refuses to take any action.
this company has made and continues to make millions of dollars by charging one dollar per person per credit card per month that have been their victim.

The last two months on my bank statement charges have appeared for which I have no explanation. Last month it was $1.00 for maintenance fees and again on 8/25/09 another charge of $1.00 for maintenance fees. They have asked for my membership number(for which I don't have one), phone number and card number to process my complaint. I refused to give them this information and they stated that there is nothing she could do. So I told her I will be reporting this to the FCC and she told me to do whatever I had to do and I told that is exactly what I am going to do.

I will be conversing with my credit union to see if they can help me resolve this calamity.

Sincerely,

Walter E. Wilkerson
