AP9 Your Savings Club and AP9 Credit Diagnosis is a Fraudulent Scam, I believe to be related to Free Credit Report.com, which is also a complete scam.
In 2008 I signed-up on-line for my Free Credit Report, a combination of the three largest credit reporting companies. What is hidden in the fine print on the on-line "agreement" is that with the "free" credit report you are signing-up for their monthly service at a cost of $14.95 per month, automatically charged to your credit card, the information obtained from your credit report process. Most people do not recognize or realize the monthly charge to your account. Attempting to have the charges removed is an exercise in futility, with complete ping-ponging combined with lies. Although I was assured the charges would be reversed, they never were. Search the web under "Free Credit Report.com" for how to proceed and what to expect, as there is much helpful info posted by scam victims, much like this.
As for this "your Savings Club" scam, in addition to canceling the account I never applied for, using their convenient auto canceling process (prepared for the onslaught of cancellations), I also talked to reps to determine how they obtained my credit card account to charge these bogus charges. Even talking to a supervisor, they said had absolutely no information about my account. They asked if I was two other people they showed for me, but could not associate me with any other information, such as actual name, billing zip, phone number, transaction ref number, etc. However, they were somehow able to charge to my credit card, which they could not explain.
I asked if they were associated with Free Credit Report.com, and in a round about manner said they were, which leads me to believe this is how they obtained my account number. Both these companies are a complete fraudulent scam, should be reported to authorities, and should be forced out of biz. Bottom line is Do Not deal with either of these companies at all - especially Free Credit Report.

I have received 2 months worth of fraudulent $1.00 debits from my account from the YourSavingsClub.com website out of CT. I have tried and tried without success to contact anyone at this company. When you call the 888#, you can't proceed without your membership number - which I don't have as I've never signed up for a club - or your credit card number which is being debited. Yeah, right. I have emailed the "Customer Service" number and so far haven't gotten anywhere. Is it worth changing my visa and pin for $1 a month? Argh!

I have no idea what this company is, but they are taking money out of my account each month. when I try to call, all I get is an automated recording.

EVERY MONTH THESE F**** PEOPLE GOING IN MY ACC FOR A DOLLAR WHICH I DONT EVEN AUTHORIZE THEM TO WHEN I CALL OH WERE GOING TO DEBIT BACK YOUR ACC.

I closed my account with them in May, 2009. In December, 2009 I found a $1 charge posted to my back account and when I looked back, I found one posted in November also. I tried to call 3 different toll-free numbers, which were all automated. Because my account had been cancelled, it would not transfer me to anyone. I am going to have to go to my bank to fill out an affidavit--it is really sad that it is over $1 charges, but they are unauthorized. -Ruth F, KY

This Company is such a scam, I never authorized them, nor did I ever receieved any notificiation! It was just when I was going over my credit card bill, I noticed the charge and was told they have been doing so for five months! Of course scam companies don't have real people to answer questions! I ended up getting a new credit card and deputing the charges

the big savings club is a big spending scam and i had no idea, they debited my account puttin me in arrears of 100 pounds ... when i called and asked for a refund and to cancel my so called membership that i had no idea about, some woman came on the fone and said that they couldnt cancel or refund the money because the cancellation periond was over ... i then called again and someone was about to cancel but they stopped stating that they can cancel my so called membership but they cant give me a refund. i was so baffled and broke my son ended up in hospital with gas for not eating for 2 days as a result... i am on the verge of suing the big savings club .. if you want to join me or contribute that be evn more perfect because ive got people standing by me and as far as i no ive got a really good case.

i am also being charged for something i have not signed up for. i can not get a hold of a representative. i have called my bank and complained. i will have to close my account if i cannot get this resolved .

i am sick and tired of these kind of companies that think they can just keep charging for things. you can not talk to a real person to get things straightened out. i want this to stop. take me off your charging. i am not getting anything from your company.

creditdiagnosis.com, yoursavingsclub.com, and numerous other front names are still actively ripping people off. The company has multiple web sites that are used to market worthless products to the public. I was sold memberships i didn't want and was run around in circles when I tried to cancel them. After much time and research I got hold of stephanie, a supervisor. I wanted her full name, so that if the charges for my memberships were not refunded and cancelled, I would have someone to speak to. She Refused to give me the info . I told her that if she continued to work for a fraudulent company people would keep requesting such info. Stephanie was not willing to give me her full name, but she did give me her bosses name which is supposedly Inez Puente. The parent company she told me she worked for was supposedley called Member Savings. She wouldn't give me a phone number for the business, but she did give me an address, 9500 west dodge road, suite 100, Omaha, Nebraska 68114. I did a reverse search and came up with a company called Adaptive Marketing LLC. Which was based out of that location in Omaha, In the Aflac call center. I looked at a satellite photo of the building, Looks like a nice place, Who knows. Any way this does not appear to be the parent company of all these ripoff websites. They Are a division of Vertrue, Inc Subsidiaries ( vertrue.com) . They do have a pretty website called adaptivemarketing.com that lists every ripoff website they market. The Phone number Listed is [protected] give em a call let them know how thrilled you are.

"Class Action Filed Against Vertrue, Inc., Adaptive Marketing LLC, VistaPrint USA, Inc. and VistaPrint Ltd.

In August, 2008, Meisleman, Denlea, Packman, Carton & Eberz, P.C. filed a class action complaint in federal court in Massachusetts on behalf of Deloris Gordon and all others similarly situated (the “Class”) alleging that Adaptive Marketing, LLC (“Adaptive”) and its parent company Vertrue, Inc. (“Vertrue”), along with VistaPrint USA, Inc. (“VistaPrint”) and its parent company VistaPrint Limited (collectively “Defendants”), are perpetrating; specifically, the practice of imposing unauthorized charges upon unsuspecting consumers who order services or merchandise from VistaPrint and whose personal and confidential credit card and bank account information is then accessed by Adaptive Marketing and Vertrue without Plaintiff’s or the Class’ prior permission."

I too was part of this scam by Your Savings Club! I do not remember applying for this membership! How did they get my credit card # ? and how did they get authorization to deduct $1.00 from my account every month?
When I called their phone # [protected], I had to enter my credit card # and that is how I got my membership number. I could not get a operator to talk to, but they are slick they only give you certain options, which of course do not include an operator. Because lord knows they don't want anyone asking when Did I sign up for this? or Anyone yelling to them about how they were able to deduct these charges.
They directed me to their web site where I was able to access my account. They had my complete name and address but the wrong phone #. It was listed as [protected].
After I realized I had not signed up for this I immediately cancelled my account. Which I hope is really cancelled. I consider myself lucky that they only took $7.00 but I am still pissed that I didn't realize this was going on. I thought the charge was for something else. I can't believe they were able to get something since I never joined this club.
Anyway I just wanted other people to be aware of this company! my deductions started in January. So I am looking to see maybe when i purchased something during that month they may have had something to do with this. But this should be illegal and i should be able to sue them for taking money from me without my permission. It was like or it is theft! Could you image how much money they are making by taking unauthorized money for whomever they can get? I have a union lawyer I really think I should sue them for my $7.00

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE TO BUSINESS THIEVES ON THE INTERNET?
This thieving company keeps reapearing time after time and continues to take money out of my account after many cancelations by telephone. Everytime I cancel the charges keep going up. For a while it was 2.00 then went down to one dollar and now back to 2.oo some times several times a month and has caused me also to go overdraft. There must be a way to STOP these people from stealing.
I would recommend canceling your credit card and getting a new one re-issued. I know, Big hastle but it's worth it!

YES INDEED..THESE SCAMMERS HAS COST ME HUNDREDS OVER THE PAST YEAR AND HALF...I BELIEVE IT CAME FROM, VISTA PRINT HOWEVER, ALTHOUGH I SIGNED UP WITH FREE CREDIT REPORT...I WAS CAREFUL TO WATCH FOR THESE 'DEALS' AND 'TRIAL OFFERS' ETC...BUT THIS WAS ONLY 'AFTER' THE SAVINGS CLUB WAS HITTING ME...I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A 'PERSON' TO CHEW OUT. FINALLY, THANKS FOR THE NUMBER, I GOT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR AND ONE MONTH THEY CHARGED ME...NOW FOR THE BATTLE WITH THE BANK! HAHAHA... AGAIN...[protected] IS THE NUMBER TO CALL TO RID YOURSELF OF THESE THIEVES!

For the last few months yoursavings.com have been debiting my account each month around the 15th of each month at first i thught it was just a charge that the bank was taking out until i started paying more attention to my staement then i realize thati had never authourized this company to take any money out of my account i had never joined their club and never recieved a member ship package never recieved any infomation about this company When you call all you get is the automated system telling you to enter your membership # which i don't have because i was never given a membership# This is a FRAUD BeWARE I'm trying to get this cancelled but can't seem to get with anyone on the phone.

If you like the HASSEL of getting a new card, go ahead. When you have reaccuring bill paying you will have to contact all of the billing companie's of the new card number. I called the number that Victoriouso1 posted and they said that I am no longer a member of "Your Savings Club" and there will be no more charges. BUT this is the second time I had to do this. The first time CiTiBank called them(FreeCreditReport) with me on the line. They said that the account was cancelled and the $29.95 charges would be returned to my bank account.( Why do the TV stations let them advertise on their stations? ) Well they did it again for the one dollar and I hope the conversation with them on the phone works.

I just found out too that they also took money out of our account. one dollar for the savings club and 29.95 for the MVQ Credit Diagnosis. I went to our bank and they are going to send it to their fraudulent dept. I tried hard to catch the problem while it was "in the pending mode" but I was told by the bank that I would have to let it go through before they could do anything. I am going to contact a class action lawyer to see what can be done on top of contacting my bank to make sure they are going through the proper channels to stop this.

I have the same complaint as the rest. How is it possible for companies such as this to be able to withdraw monthly from my account? Who are they? Why having they been put in jail? How can they get away with it? What can we do about it?

I have been billed up this "club Membership" and don't even know who they are, or have received any services, whatever that may encompass. I have tried several tmes to cancel said membership, only to get they are "experiencing difficulties". That is two months of difficulties!
I will keep trying... What a waste of time and money

Even i am charged $29.19 one day 2 $ one day and $1 on another day, ...When i called them its an automated thing...never can we reach a representative...what do we do to stop such things ?is there any way to get our money back ?

After orderng mrechandise from a company called Haband a comany called Haband Perks started charging my credit card $14.95 for a membership I new nothing about. I called them and they agreed to cancel my membership and refund my money. They didn't. I complained to the BBB and they seemed to care less. The best way to handle this scam is cancel the credit card. You can always open a new account.

This company is taking money out of my account but when I call to cancel to make them stop, they give me the run around and I dont even get to talk to a real person. I just want them to stop taking payments out of my account for something that I dont even use. This is wrong.

I want this remove from my American Express credit card I tried to get through to a live customer complaint person but was unable to do so please take care of this for asap I do not want this service any more MVQ*YOURSAVINGCLUB YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR SITE BETTER MARK SO ANYONE CAN FIND THE RIGHT DEPT.

I've only just found out yesterday from my bank that they have took £99.99 out of my account and another £2.99 saying i've got a years membership when i dont even know what i'm entitled to.

I've just found out yesterday from my bank after being overdraft a payment of £99.99 was taken out of my account by the that stupisd big savings club.I was going to get my 2year old daughters birthday present & i'm so bloody disapointed, i just wish i could get that money back. Any help guys?
