Incompetence
Just cancelled a long-awaited furniture delivery because these folks, who promised it would be here by noon today (a Sunday) haven't delivered by 2 pm. and can't tell me when or even if they will get it here. And their customer service rep had the temerity to joke about the fact that I'm a working stiff who can't take a day off during the week to wait for a delivery such as this.
I hope all manufacturers and retailers learn that this so-called "service" is a deal killer. My $1, 600 purchase is being returned. I'll hop in the car and buy locally.
Scheduling, shipping, and rude drivers!
I am currently in the midst of dealing with my shipping woes from YRC. I placed an order several weeks ago which was shipped through them. No problem. YRC in Marietta is the WORST company I have had the displeasure of association with, EVER! Do not hire them to move anything for you as they do NOT stand behind their drivers to fix their mistakes. I spoke to no less than 3 managers at the facility after their driver ripped the power meter off of the side of my house while backing down our street while I stood and watched in my driveway. Not a single one of them would admit the wrongdoing and seek to remedy it. Meanwhile, I was home with my 2 small children, alone, without power for 6 hours scrambling to get an emergency electrician, on my dime of course ($255), to reconnect the power meter, pulled off by the truck, so the power company could restore our power. This company should be ashamed of their cowardly behavior! Leaving a single woman with her children in the dark and in the hole $255! I am confident this negative karma will catch up with them and soon.
Yep, same thing happened to me. Husband stayed home to receive furniture delivery. Half way through the day he called them to follow up and was told that the truck had broke down the previous day and they don't have another truck with a lift gate! What! So they knew the day before they wouldn't get to us, but didn't bother to call and how do they only have one truck with a lift gate? They are a delivery company! My husband has been ping ponged between 3 different people and nobody can give him a straight answer. Very terrible service and management! This was the branch out of San Bernardino CA.
They did the same thing to me, without out an ounce of remorse, never showed up for their window or called. Disorganized, incompetent, disrespectful. Do they understand how easy it is for customers to talk to each other in the digital era? I'll never use them and will recommend all customers and vendors stay away.
