I bought a shoe on the 5th of October 2023. I went back to change it on the 5th December 2023. According to Zara management there is only a 30 day exchange policy and I am out of the 30 days. I paid R1399 for the shoe which I bought for my sons wedding. I then exchanged my dress with another shop, (which I bought in May 2023 - by the way - they took it back after more 6 months).
I would like a refund and to return the shoe. The shoe still has its tags on and never worn. I produced a slip. The manager simply took down my details in a customer book and reported that he declined me. That was such an insult to me.
