Wait until you get your "ceramic" heaters. There is not a drop of ceramic...tiny coils with a tiny fan encased in flimsy plastic glued together.
I ordered the same thing, took 3 weeks for it to land on US soil, and the post office just notified me they will be delivered... Less than 48hrs after getting here and thru customs and all that jazz. All things considered, shipping time is not that long. And I just checked the site to track the package... They have it still sitting in San Francisco. Guessing that is due to the tracking company being located where the packages journey began, and while we all like to think we are as connected with those half a planet away as we are with our next door neighbor, that is just not the case. I would be interested in hearing if your delivery has arrived yet, or if you have contacted the company about it? The other thing I found impressive was after a week had passed with no email, i reached out to them. I couldn't find my order number, so provided the name and email I used. Time change between here and there meant it took a full day to get a reply, and they very politely told me they had no record of the order I was asking about. I was instantly unhappy... Until I realized that my computer auto complete, and my tendency to always be running at high speed, was the issue... Ordered it in my husband's name, and used an email address I only keep around cause it's linked to a few warranties. Thankfully, I didn't respond before doing a bit more looking, or I would have been writing an apology letter.
So, please, update us on your experience... I know I am interested, and as we all know, there is no better advertising than that given by actual customers. :-)

I ordered a DroneX Pro for my Husband for Christmas and I paid for it though PayPal, it was 135.00. I ordered it in early to mid November. I complained to PayPal and they sent me to the resolution site and then they said that they were going to close the claim because I didn't follow up with it, but I did! I kept trying to get someone to help me and it kept sending me back to the resolution site! I have an ID number. It is-OKEG97228R6162303X. I'm on Disability and I can't afford to give my money away for nothing! My husband has been through a lot these last few years and he's been depressed, and we never buy each other anything because we can't afford it. But I wanted to get him something that would be fun to do and maybe it would take his mind off of things for awhile. But now it's Christmas and the first time I get him something, I get screwed and I have nothing to give him now! And now I am upset 😞! If they don't give me what I ordered, then I would like a refund! I know that a person who ordered the same thing and they got their's. But they only paid 70 for it. On November 22nd I ordered a pair of one room space heaters on zest ads. I have yet to receive those items and we're very close to being month out from when the order was placed. I would like to know if there's any possible way to track that purchase, and feeling to do that I would like to get my money back . Any assistance you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Paypal will side with them..I contacted paypal almost immediately because I was concerned within minutes of ordering because their contact info websites they showed in the paypal payment invoice was invalid, both of them they showed ! I opened a case based on that but because they showed up Christmas Eve they sided with them and I received this garbage, They weigh 13 oz for Christ sake...I tried to add photos here because it says add photos but it won`t let me ?

I was charged $33.40 from my bank account on Dec. 17th 2019 and that was the FIRST Red Flag! Never has a company charged my account without sending me a confirmation and tracking number beforehand. I placed this order and then absolutely nothing happened. No Confirmation, No Tracking Info, No Email address, No Customer Service contact info and on and on! I visited their website which was useless also with no way to connect with anyone.
Please be careful! This so called company is a rip off and they steal your money!

Had no idea I even purchased anything. Wanted to see a price and bam! I had ordered 2 products just like that! I reported to paypal and they denied my case. Received the heaters and they have electrical plug-ins made for some other country! Can't use them in the u.S. Total scam artists and should be shut down!

At no time did I get accurate information on who the seller was as all emails came from obscure email addresses like "GetHotProductsNow" for example. I had paid through PayPal and tried to cancel this order on Nov 9th when I realized that I did not know who the seller was. Paypal was no help in resolving this.

I tried contacting the company immediately to cancel these transactions and no response from them. I also put a dispute they PayPal but they cannot contact anyone thru the email provided.

When trying to submit my complaint earlier it said it needed to be longer to attract attention to be responded to. That's rediculous! I would rather be to the point than to be wordy to get your attention. So far the complaints posted are not very comforting reflecting that people aren't receiving what they purchased.

I have a little hope now, I was praying that I didn't get rip off.
Ordered five of the DroneX™ Pro units on 15 Nov 2019 and forgot about them for a while. Got a shipping notice on 22 Nov 2019 which gave a tracking website for 17 Track. It didn't tell me much at that point, so figured I'd give it some time. Checked on the order again in early December and saw there were five notations regarding tracking - all for processing in China. The most recent said, " Origin Post is Preparing Shipment." That remained the final post for the next 17 days.
Remembered to check again on Monday of this week and saw where the package arrived Chicago Dec. 15 and arrived St. Louis Dec. 16. On Dec. 17 it left St. Louis and arrived Indianapolis, then left Indianapolis that day for its final destination. When checking this morning (12-18) tracking showed it arriving my town this morning and that it was out for delivery today.
Original order was for five units. A package arrived about 9:00 a.m. this morning containing three. Nothing indicated others might follow. Didn't have time to pursue it and was away from home most of the day. When returning in the late afternoon a package of two was on my front porch.
Am posting this to say to other people who might have ordered these, give it some time. It will probably get there. Gave you my timeline to use as a guide. I thought it also important to point out that the tracking website may not seem to work as well as those we are used to in the US, but ultimately I found it DID work. While there was a disconcerting period between Nov. 28 and Dec. 15 when it APPEARED nothing was happening, in actuality things were moving along behind the scenes. Once it arrived IN the US, constant tracking resumed and it was easy to follow.
Hope this helps any others ordering these devices or anything else from this vendor. Thanks.

I ordered 2 drone x pro on December 8th from zestads, I never received an email confirmation and have never received an email in regards to shipping. I will definitely be filing a grievance with pay pal. My account was charged immediately at time of order. I don't have an order # or confirmation from the company only a receipt from paypal.

Sad but true. Sure looked good in the video, so I got one for me and one for my son. Quite a disappointing investment. I thought since it went through PayPal it was safe. Wrong. Live learn and don't repeat.
I also never received the Drone I ordered and thought it was safe using PayPal. PayPal will not refund my money because ZestAds provided a Proof of Delivery. Not only have I been scammed by Zest Ads, I have lost faith in PayPal.
This story about a drone x pro is sounding very familiar. Viewed a very impressive online add on Black Friday. I thought it was some smart collage kid marketing direct, a very slick sales job. I was tempted to by 2.
Nothing has arrived. Customer resolution center does not reply. They most likely never will.
This is a straight up scam. This company is in Malaysia maybe. We are suckers. The pay pal part is part of the scam. All the scam complaints add up. Dirty heartless liars. Criminals have no conscious.
All we can do is fight back. they know the dollar amount isn't worth it in terms of time. I think I saw this on Pinterest and they are enablers too. Just pay them enough to look the other way and lawyer up!

What I saw on the ad was a potential upgrade to my current smartwatch...otherwise I would not have ordered this watch. What I received is little better than a toy that isn't even good enough for a child... The ad showed multiple face capability and increased interaction with a smartphone. The real product I received is little more than a complicated and cumbersome toy than doesn't me my needs
