ZLINE Customer Service

Purchased Zline drawer Microwave and the drawer would not close completely to be able to utilize the microwave. Zline customer service is unbelievable to contact. Its been three days and no return phone call. Spent 2 hours one day and 3 hours on hold the next day. No return call. If this is the way Zline handles their customers support, then it is not an appliance I will be buying in the future.

Recommendation: If customer service can not be contacted, then no I would not recommend this product or any other products

ZLINE Do not purchase anything from ZLINE!

Do not purchase anything from ZLINE! We ordered a fridge, a dishwasher and stove. Our fridge arrived with scratches on its side. When we asked for a replacement we were asked if the fridge scratches would be covered by cabinets. In our case it wouldnt by how is that a response? We then got a second fridge delivered to us and it was dented. Do not order from them. They expect you to lift a 350 pound fridge into your home on your own! We did it twice but cant do it a third time. Their advice was to arrange an in house delivery with the delivery company on our own.Im assuming that means we need to pay extra for that. How is that customer service when its their fault both of their fridges arrived damaged? Do not order from them!

I purchased an island hood from a company that sells Zline products, and even their sales associate had no idea that the Zline convertible hood did not come with filters. I had to order the filters from Zline directly, but then realized that all the convertible hood would do was spread greasy air across my ceiling. I decided not to have the part installed and returned it, then asked Zline to accept the return of the unopened package which arrived the following day. This sorry excuse for a company will not accept the return, and is using some hidden policy on their site to justify it. Any company that will not except the return of an unopened package should not be trusted.

We unboxed a brand new zline dual range 2 weeks ago. Burners won't adjust. I have made at least half dozen calls with no help. I'm so discouraged. I'm not asking for anything except somebody to come and help us so we can use this beautiful new range. *** and ***.

Have been without a stove/range for over 1 month now. Purchased a 6 burner gas range/stove year ago and it is already broken. *** is terrible. Contacted *** directly to file a claim. After much resistance they finally dispatched the repair to a local repair company. After 2 weeks of being given the runaround, the repair company called to schedule a visit today. Not only did they not show up. They did not bother to call to say they were not coming. *** or time with this sub-par appliance company. Will never purchase this brand again.

terrible product z line 48" stainless steel hood *** wall mount. Just requested my 2nd circuit board. the last 2 worked for *** weeks, then no power. $1k down the tubes. They send new circuit boards but. no labor to install the boards. Buy from Home Depot---forget it. Not worth the cost in putting in new circuit boards when will only last 6 weeks.

ZLINE I purchased an entire kitchen package, range hood, massive stove, microwave, and dishwasher

I purchased an entire kitchen package, range hood, massive stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Soon after the install, my range hood lights stopped working. They shipped me 3 light kits to repair the light problem. I had to hire an electrician each time as just replacing a light bulb was not the issue. Any cost savings I experienced from my original purchase has long since left. I still have no working lights on my range hood. When I asked for someone who cold come and fix this, the customer service person said that is not how it is done. At this point, I either want Zline to pay for a Zline certified person to repair their product or replace the range hood, Calling customer service is also difficult. We have to email or leave messages.

ZLINE The support for Zline products is horrific

The support for Zline products is horrific. The light in my range hood went out and it was impossible to find a hallogen replacement or LED replacement so I contacted the support line. After numerous email exchanges I was told my range hood was under warranty and a light kit would be provided free of charge. No light kit was sent. I replied 2-3 times to email saying I'd be shipped a replacement and received no reply. I then called the support line several times over a few days and no one ever picked up, instead I was directed to the web site. I saw a "Chat with an Expert" and again, no reply and I was bounced out of chat several times. The product is okay, though it is very wobbely due to the extension used. The support, and the manual, is absolutely horrible. I only purchased Zline because it was recommended by my builder, but I plan on telling him this companies products shouldn't be recommended due to the poor support.

ZLINE Double wall oven

My double wall oven has been a nightmare. Since having this oven it has been out of commission for at total of 8 months. We are back without an oven . We have been without oven for 2months had to cancel holiday plans because no oven. I have tons of emails, text customer service sucks. They lie and tells the parts have been ordered then nothing they you call again a they tell there is. Back order of 8 to 10wks I will never buy a zline again . I am still

Without an oven that I spent over 3000 on.

Desired outcome: New oven or fix this one asap

ZLINE 36” duel fuel stove

I bought the stove in 2020 for our new home. I have always been a JennAir customer but really like your Zline. I had trouble from the start. The oven stopped working and after several attempts to fix it. Since under warranty it was replaced in May 2022. In August of 2023 the oven stopped working again. After 2 attempts to fix the oven I am being offer 1/2 of my purchase price to replace it. Since the original purchase so have been without oven use too often. To me thisvis not “attainable luxury” The metal Kate on the back of the oven has scorch marks on it. How can this be safe?

ZLINE I purchased a convection microwave oven of theirs from Home Depot

I purchased a convection microwave oven of theirs from Home Depot. After much time, travel and research I decided to go with their product because their listed specifications on the unit perfectly fit our new kitchen. When I finally got the unit, the specs on the amperage requirements were incorrect. Instead of the 15a I was lead to believe it was, it turns out it's a 20a requirement. I explained the problem to them and that my cabinet was already custom made to fit their unit, that I had no other option but to upgrade the electric line going to the unit. They apologized and offered to pay for the electrical line to be upgraded in my house along with a visa gift card for my compensation. I paid $1077 for the unit, an additional $160 for an extended warranty and the unexpected $920 for the extra work done in my home due to their error. After providing them with the invoice of the extra work I had to pay out, they flat out ignore all my attempts to contact them. Even home depot tried.
