Was promised car would be ready yesterday. Greg called late in day saying they couldn’t get to it. Promised noon today but wasn’t ready until 5. Could not get Greg to return phone calls on status. Was exceptionally rude in person when we complained about his lack of responsiveness. Never offered anything such as loaner car even though missed promised completion date/time.

Desired outcome: Refund of 20 percent for all our inconveniences. Your dealership is a train wreck with the takeover by Cochran.
