21st Mortgage rude management

They called my mom tonight to confirm payment for Dec. 20, but earlier this month our car insurance was canceled because of accidents we had last year. Anyway she told the customer service rep she has to put off the the payment until Dec. 26 so of course she had to talk to the "manager". He was so rude telling her she needed to ask our church for help paying the payment or that she needed to ask a friend for the money or even sell something. He even went on to tell her she needed to pay her bills, and threatened her with for closure, and flat out refuse to take her word for it that the payment would be made on the 26th. This company has ALWAYS worked with her, this is the first time something like this is happened. She has NEVER missed a payment on this loan it may have been late some times but these people have ALWAYS gotten their money!
She lives pay check to pay check and she is disabled and on kidney dialysis. Keep in mind it's almost Christmas and she NEEDS car insurance because where she lives if your car insurance is canceled your license is suspended! The managers name was chad.

21st Mortgage loan financing

They will not tell you this, but if you email in your loan documents in over a few days, they will deny you. It does not say this anywhere on their paperwork. They don't like "piece mail." All documents have to be emailed on the same day. If you are missing one document, they will not call or email you----just deny you the loan. I read all the reviews after being deny and I am thanking the good Lord that they didn't approve us.

21st Mortgage rude and unprofessional service reps

I am not only having financial problems, i am also having health issues. I am self employed and due to the health issues I cant work as much. I am behind on all my bills so I try to pay the important bills, lights, mortgage and food. I cant make the mortgage payment until the end of the month. I have done that for months. Last nite, i wasnt able to get the payment in because I was at the ER for asthma. I called this morning and got the two worst people talking to me so very rudely. Asking questions that wasnt called for, telling me that they would not take my payment. Telling me what my responsibilites are. They were so upsetting and rude, my anxiety level was over the roof. I was told to do a hardship paperwork and make the next payment by the 24th or they would not take the payment. I have rights and if I am not 90 days late why be treated this way? i read other complaints about this company and I never knew I wasnt the only one . Kayla and Katlin you need Jesus. I should be treated with kindness and respect. Especially since I was calling to make the payment. Lisa James August 1, 2018

21st Mortgage harassing and ridiculous interest rates of 14 percent.

Have called every month for 10 years 2-3 days before the payment is even do. Have tried to work with them and split the payment into 2 per month but won't do it. Threaten to take my home away. I have to ask every years for my taxes how much I have paid in interest and taxes and insurance. If I do pay more a month they put it in some dumb account that doesn't go against the principal. They are just liars and

Crocks.

I called in to make and payment on my loan, I kept getting transferred to different people who were extremely rude and nasty on the phone. I spoke with a manager mark and he was so rude to me and told me I was just giving lip service as to why my payment was late. I asked to speak to his boss and I got nothing he was just asking rude as everyone else. This company is awful. No matter what I call for this is how I'm treated

21st Mortgage mortgage

This company is like no other we have ever dealt with. They call all day every day on every number they have. They have gotten our family number somehow and have been calling them and I have no idea how they have gotten there numbers. Even if u send them a payment and its just a couple dollars short they are calling saying they can't do anything with until they have received all of it and then they start adding all of these late fees. They are very rude when they speak to us always threatning to take our house. They have even sent people to our house saying they where there to see when they was going to receive payment but when you go in the house they start taking pictures. We filed bankruptcy and was advised that the account would be brought current in December 2017 we agreed to a relief of stay agreement and now only due for May the April payment was a couple days late due to another company had taken money from our bank that was on auto draft and we was unaware of that. Now they have sent to the courts to remove us from our home stating that we did not make the April payment in which i have proof we did and now I have to find some where else to live they have also talked to us like dogs and called repetively until we filed bankruptcy my attorney told me to call ans see what i could do when I did i talked to a guy names Paul that was really rood and advised me that I had no sense and they were taking my home anyways he didnt have time to discuss with me further so i had my attorney to call and they wouldnt work with her either i feel like we need to file a calls a lawsuit against them and be awarded for harassment and to me this feels like preditory lending especially when they will no refinance after having the loan for 4 years and they said they would refinance after 2 years and the interest rate was suppose to be at 7% when got loan and ended up being %10 and the payment was suppose to be $550 a month with insurance and taxes included but ended up being $774 and now the payment went up to $786 a month I just dont understand how you can tell someone one thing when they sign the paperwork and then change the contract after it is signed.

Also they have in the past told us that they would personally come and take the home if they wanted and there was nothing I could do about it especially a guy name Mac that is suppose to be a manager there I need help trying to put these people in there place to top them from doing this to other people. I have a very sick husband and thats when i first fell past due a year ago because he spent 10 days in the hospital which 5 of them was on life support. They told me this was not there problem and they didnt care all they needed was there payment and they didnt have any programs available to help me like a hardship, reage, deferment or refinance. They told me sorry about my luck I either needed to make my payment or they would send some one after my home> i advised them this was very shady and preditory and he advised me they didnt care. Just like to have help or advice on what to do

My father got a loan from 21st for a trailer I went with him because he wanted me to make sure about interest etc. The loan we got I verified no compound interest ,fixed rate the whole thing . I served 14 deployments and got home to a father still paying for a trailer that was paid off , and figured out it was because he had got dementia according to the VA hospital . I took over for him most places were sympathetic even if it was an act they worked with me but 21st got me so hot I was ready to go to there main office and show them what I learned in24 years as a Special Forces operator but in one of my fathers clear moments (as I call them) he said don't go to the last resort 1st and made me promise a few things to him before he died . He served 2 tous in Vietnam came home and worked his whole life as a Prison guard at a prison that is now known as the one with the worst riot in our country's history after the riot he became a sherif, my point is he served his country and community his entire life and at his weakest moments 21st took advantage they then sent me a copy of what they said was his mortgage it wasn't the one he signed when I was with him and I couldn't prove it , but now I can a chance copy of the lease from the park he put the trailer shows initials and signature the same day as the mortgage and a 5 year old can see there not the same , honestly I asked them year old neighbor kid same or not and I did it just to be a as#%×÷!and to be able to make that statement, I'm going after these people and om going to prove there lack of morality, integrity, or honor and when I'm done I will as the courts say "Set a presidence" after that everyone should be able to sue , press charges whatever legal course you wish to take with very little push back from anyone . This Way can destroy this company so they learn a lesson and harm no other people, I didn't come back from hell to live in another form of hell I will never let those who wish to oppress me to stand on my throat and use the system as a way to help there crimes. I never gave a piss before but now Ive seen the world and it's full of those that need to be stopped..I will not let this happen to me anymore and hope many of to do the same either fix it, get out of the way, or stop complaining, it's obvious those in charge aren't going to do it for us.

21st Mortgage home loans

After sending in the mountain of required paperwork we were called and basically called liers because we made an honest mistake on our application. I told the guy to forget the loan we will go through another company. He was dis-respectful, rude and condescending. I spent 20 years in the Army ensuring that he could enjoy his way of life and he treats retired Vets like criminals. I hope this company folds like a cheap lawn chair. Karma is a B.

I am a licensed Realtor in MD representing a buyer who applied and was approved for a home loan through 21st Mortgage. My buyer(s) and the seller signed the documents sent by 21st Mortgage on May 29th and the entire packet was send priority overnight by FedEx, at the request of 21st Mortgage. I and the seller's agent was told over the phone on the 29th that the funds would be sent no later than Monday, June 2nd...Well it's June 2nd, still no funds, I have a buyer who can't move into the home he is purchasing and Sellers who are living in a hotel room because they were told by 21st Mortgage that the funds (proceeds) would be here today. When I contacted Jason, the processor handling the file in Ken Mullis' absence, I was rudely and abrasively told that they CAN'T and WON'T give me a timeframe as to when the audit and title work will be completed and the funds will be sent. When I asked for more clarification so that I could provide the seller's agent a more accurate response he had the nerve to hang up on me. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this loan company to anyone!

21st Mortgage managers in customer service

My name is Monica mclemore. I called to make arrangements to get caught up on my mortgage payment for this month of March. I spoke with Cindy on 3/19/2018 to schedule 2 payments for today. The manager was very disrespectful stating your company made a bad deal by giving me the mortgage. I advised my situation which lead to my being late. Due to her being disrespectful I disconnect the call and contact customer service for another manager for complaint in which his name was Corey who was worst than the first manager. Corey advised me how many days I was behind and my home will be foreclosed on. I advised I worked mortgages and I'm not that far for foreclosure. I advised Corey to fax me the foreclosure letter so I can have lawyer to look over it. Corey stated he wasn't going to fax me anything by proceeding in a disrespectful manner what I need to do. I advised I'm waiting on my foreclosure letter since its already in the mail. I need someone to listen to the way your company speak to your customers. I put a 40, 000 down payment on this home and I refuse to loose my money due to foolishness. Please listen to these calls on 3/19/2018 around 6:30pm standard central time. Both calls please and have your staff to call me at [protected] or my next step will be to contact better business bureau and lawyer proceedings. Thanks Monica mclemore

21st Mortgage unethical behavior on 9/18/2017

On many occasions with this company, I have been harassed and belittled. My family is struggling financially and due to the financial issues has been late on mortgage. I despise calling this company to speak with any of the account specialist, due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism. I've been with many lending companies and by far 21st Mortgage Corporation has been the worst. No one should have to call their lender and be harassed, interrogated and disrespected. I understand the lender inquiring information to ensure the buyer can maintain the loan, but to interrogate is invasion of privacy. I called to make a payment and to schedule a payment. This call should not have taken more than 10 minutes at the most. Why am I kept on the phone being interrogated for more than 30 minutes. Its ridiculous. To give your customers a better experience with your company the employees need to learn "basic" customer service skills.

They try to play mind games by coming to an agreement which takes 30 mins of [censor] bitting followed by let me put my supervisor on the phone to confirm are agreement only to be kept on the phone another 30 to 40 mins starting over with the same old bull! 21st Mortgage insurance proceeds held by lender

After many issues with 21st Mortgage over the years, this occurrence was the one that topped all problems with this predatory lending company. 21st Mortgage violated the covenant of good faith and fair dealing by acting with the motive to with hold insurance proceeds to cause default on the loan and foreclose. There actions prove motive by making unreasonable request that contradict their insurance claim process form, delaying the process of the check, and failing to communicate in a reasonable manner after many attempts to resolve the situation by us. 21st also lacked reasonable basis for the delay in processing the claim check when their notice states checks are processed in 72 hours. Security in the property was not impaired, payments were current at the time of the claim. Nor did we ever imply we were unable or unwilling to continue to make payments. Lenders are obligated to use insurance proceeds to promptly pay for damages to the home. Insurance proceeds are meant to restore the property to its undamaged state. As a result it ensures the value of the property is not diminished, and the owners are able to use the property . Our damage occurred when a tornadoes produced strong winds and our mobile home received strong winds no damage as a result. I've made a timeline of events of the situation. 4/26/16- Date of loss/storm hit us. 4/29/16- Made claim 5/16/16- received 1st check 6, 394.75 5/16/16- notified 21st of checks asked about how to send checks. 5/25/16- received 2nd check of 485.00 6/9/16 - 21st received checks we mailed, signed receipt. 6/10/16 - received letter from 21st of how to send insurance checks, also noted that checks under 7, 000.00 could be disbursed whole. Regardless 21st said they would only send half. Letter also states checks are processed in 72hrs. We sent all documentation by email because we received their letter after we had sent the checks. We also told them them a 2nd check was being mailed. We were never notified of them receiving it. 6/16/16- we received 3, 000.00. When we should of received the total amount . Basically from 6/16/16-8/16 we called daily, we responded to delinquency letters, and in August a guy from 21st showed up on Sunday afternoon. We showed him the documentation, showed him what repairs had been done, and emailed a copy of all the paperwork. No response, no answers, and no money. I do have emails saved. Even an mail from an account manager who said I didn't make a payment for may when I already had and sent her the receipts. Also in the insurance policy it's states that the lie holder can only cancel the insurance once they take procession, in February when it was cancelled, we still had procession and they hadn't filed notification in the paper yet. Even after Justin Tramell came out to the home in August on a Sunday (again an example of bad faith) we explained the situation, he could verify damages, and repairs, and emailed a summary of paperwork that they sent us as proof. Currently the home has a replevin which they have failed to properly serve us, by mail is not accepted. Filing a lawsuit against 21st mortgage. Filing complaints with many agencies that govern mortgage companies, insurance, and banks. I encourage others to start with filing complaints everywhere. When I'm done it will cost 21st mortgage more money just to have someone chase the complaints down. 21st mortgage has left a long paper trail sealing their fate, lawsuit in process.

Wow I’m sorry to hear about that. I have $4000 in hurricane damage and I know that 21st Mortgage is going to harass the heck out of me while I’m trying to get my repairs done and check cashed! They harass me constantly telling me I’m late on payments and missing payments when I’m not! This latest stunt has really got me! I sent them a money order for a payment and they are telling me they haven’t received it after two weeks! Im ready to just give up this place! I’m so sick of these disgusting people!

21st Mortgage customer service

This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They are rude and disrespectful. It's bad enough when life happens, divorce, job loss, sickness and death. If you get a little behind they harass and badger you for payments like you are the ### of the earth. They really operate as a collection agency and not a reputable mortgage business. I only pray they never get in the position I am in and are treated they way they bully people. I am seriously considering taking legal action because someone in authority needs to know how they operate. I do not believe the Make Home Affordable Program was meant to be handled this way.

21st Mortgage customer service

I have a home loan with this company. This past month I was laid off of my job suddenly due to contracting issues (state employee). We have done our best to budget but it has been a problem of course. We have been able to work with other companies and get extensions as necessary and be treated respectfully. With 21st we have been able to work out a plan for me to pay on a certain day with a $50 fee. Although I think to fee is extreme I do not dispute it, but I do have a problem with the service received.

I was contacted by our loan manager, Sam, and was interrogated on why we cannot make a payment immediately even though I had explained our situation multiple times. I also explained that I would be starting work soon and will be receiving money to catch up within 2 weeks. I then talked to his supervisor, Rachel. I asked to have a private conversation and that Sam would not be listening in. She laughed and said 'He will be aware of anything we talk about'. I let her know I understood but would prefer he would not be on the phone. She was very rude from this point on. I let her know I did not appreciate how she was handling the situation and I would appreciate her understanding. She was still very nasty for the remainder of the call. We worked a payment plan out and I asked if she has a supervisor I could speak with. She explained that it would not help and the payment was set. I let her know I accept the payment but would like to speak with her supervisor. She then put me on hold before answering me. I was on hold for 10+min before speaking with someone else. I was pretty upset by this point and tried explaining the rudeness and the unprofessional attitude of her employees that I have been experiencing. She let me know she has been working with both of these people for a while and there is nothing she can do. She then went to explain that they are not in the business of "customer care and only collections".

In my opinion if you work with people you should take care for what you say and have respect for people. I do not think it is OK to treat people with such rudeness. As stated before I do not wish to change anything with my payment or its arrangement but would like my experience with these very rude people to be known.

21st Mortgage unprofessional / rude / poor management

If you are late on payment these employees will treat you with absolute rude behavior and total disrespect. They will claim they will refuse your payment if you don't agree to what " they " say. They will talk to you like you are a child and they know the way it should be. If you are a person that has become sick...they will belittle that situation as if you can help it. We did NOT CHOOSE THIS COME ANY TO FINALLY ANYTHING...THEY BOUGHT THE LOAN. I would NEVER RECOMMEND T 21st Mortgage to ANYONE. This company is an American Joke...! If you get 1 month behind on your payment..they Threaten to Foreclose/Repo. Pathetic Mortgage company . If this happens to you...try your best to change companies before you end up in this ridiculous nightmare with these hideous people.

My husband was recently in the hospital and he is disabled...I also have a 14 year old son with learning disabilities and a 3yr old daughter...AND 21st calling me everyday. We are 2 payments behind and they have refused payment from me last month. They said wire them the money then when I tried to wire it from my bank it was "unacceptable"...everything is "unacceptable" according to them. UGH! We are now in default. FedEx brought us the letter yesterday. These people are snakes in the grass. I would never recommend them.

21st Mortgage rude harassing and unprofessional

buying our first home 2 years ago we went thru this company 6 months after we signed papers my husband was in a horrible car accident and broke his back the day the payment was due they started calling and at one point said unless his legs got cut off he needs to get up go work and pay his bill. They have yelled harassed and will even leave text messages and voice message up to 6 times a day they call 2 days before payments are due. I had to tell them to quit calling and texting us we will pay the payment just like we do every month. they threaten to take the home away every phone call. Then to make matters worse we found out that we we paying them taxes $16000 more than we even paid for our home and they havent fixed the tell us that what they feel the home is actually worth so instead of paying taxes on a mobil home we paid $32, 000 for we pay taxes on $48.000 and it hasnt changed after all the request. So now we are stuck with a company with no compasion and very rude and disrespectful employees. God forbid you people ever fall on hard times and you have to deal with people that treat you like your company treats people by the way the people you treat like this pay your wages so maybe you ought to realize that when you treat people this way it will come back to bite you in the rear.

21st Mortgage terrible company

21st Mortgage is the worse company to be with for your mortgage, we lived in our mobile home for 16yrs in the last 2 yrs we had financial issues contacted them to explain, told them that a church was going to help with 300 and we would pay the other part. They called me hounding were was the money from the church told them it was sent they told me they did not receive it so the church sent them another 300 and they told me they did not get that one either the church checked their bank and neither one of the checks were return we believe they took them. They called on Halloween for us to make a payment told them i would make my half since the church sent them 2 checks, he told me they were not going to except our payment and go ahead with the repo. They were rude hateful told my husband that he did not know the laws and my husband works for a police dept told us that we need to pay them and not our other bills. Then sent us a letter cash for keys if we volunteer to vacate the house they would give use 2000. We were so fed up with them being hateful and bullying we let them have the home. We vacated in the time we were asked and they was so wishy washy they told me we are not getting the 2000. DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE FROM THEM THEY ARE BULLY'S.

21st Mortgage rude unprofessional

21st Mortage. Very bad I can't wait till I get away from them. If our payment is due on the 15, they will blow our phones up all day on the 15! They have asked me in phone conversations how much our light bill is, phone bill, car payments, etc. they think they need to know all this info when it is none of their business. They have also called at 9 PM. We have 2 kids that's a No no! We fell behind due to an emergency surgery for our son and there response " we don't care about your son nor his surgery, if you cared about your son you would be more worried about a roof being over his head!" Now this happened on the 21st 6 days after the payment was due! I truly hate this company and I don't see how they are not shut down. I'm sick of the loan officer Jeremy weaver we get harassing phone calls from him ALL the time!

They are ridiculous and very rude. We are going to refinance this loan or pay it off asap. I faxed them under no circumstances are they to call husband or myself. Our loan was sold to them without our knowledge which I think should be illegal, because we would have NEVER chosen them as our lender. I refuse to talk to them and if they ever call my neighbor I will not hesitate to file harassment charges, I am going to file a FTC complaint on them because they cross the line with their badgering. You do not have to talk to them, you don't have to talk to anyone you do not want to, its a basic human right.

I refuse to speak to ANYONE there. They are EXCEEDINGLY rude and enjoy belittling their customers. I was being harassed constantly for being a few days late. The harassing phone calls would not stop (extremely annoying). They demand that you call them to review your account and will ask you 100 questions regarding your income and bills. I finally blocked them on my phone and will ONLY communicate with them via email. Now I have peace of mind!

I feel your pain. Here's some tips - even though this applies to third party collection companies.. send a cease and desist letter. Most companies will still follow it.. read up on it though as some lenders will escalate it further.. another option - block the number as its the same number. And a third option is my most favorite - get another mortgage and move if your credit rating and debt ratio is low enough and then default (strategic default) - If you plan on living there, there will be a repo but only for 7 years - they cant touch the new home - God Bless America!

21st Mortgage do not use them

I have had my mortgage with this company since day one. Five years ago we had to file bankruptcy due to medical bills. WE were told by our lawyer to file chapter 7 but we chose to do chapter 13 (I may have that backwards lol) anyway we wanted to pay our creditors because they were our bills we simply needed a way to be able to pay them with the financial burden we were put under due to my husbands becoming a disabled veteran. WE had NEVER been late on a payment to them. During the term of our bankruptcy because we had our house insurance and everything through this company and no other insurance company wanted to touch us because of the bankruptcy we were forced to continue our insurance through them. Because of the insurance lapsing quarterly you are required to renew the insurance each quarter this therefore increased our bankruptcy every quarter. At first our payment was 945.00 a month two years to the bankruptcy paying out it had increased our payment to over two thousand dollars a month. WE could not afford that especially considering that I had gotten very sick and was unable to work due to the seriousness of my illness for a time. We were kicked out of bankruptcy due to not being able to afford the payments. I called them to find out how much the payments were so that I could start making the payments directly to them again. They stated that because the bankruptcy was not paying them everymonth but typically every four months they received one months payment I had to catch up the payments that were behind and pay all the interest that was lost during the bankruptcy time frame. They did state that I could make double payments every month and I set up the direct payment as they asked me to do. I gave them the information from our new checking account as the former way that we had paid them before the bankruptcy we no longer had that account. They tried to draft the first payment from the old account. When I called them two weeks after the payment should have processed and asked why the payment had not been taken from the account they stated that I gave them incorrect account information. I asked them what account information they had they proceeded to tell me the old account information. I told them that we had not used that bank in some four years and they stated that they do not maintain the payment information after that particular payment information expires which it would have due to the bankruptcy. I NO LONGER even have anything from that old account and could not NOR did I give them the information. I asked did they not have the information from my present bank and they stated yes but that was the OLD account that they had used before. I told them that it was APPARENT that someone had reversed the information. I asked them to please process my payment from my account that was correct and they stated that they did not make the mistake and even if they did that they could not accept payment drawn off my account and that I had to either western union the payments or send money orders next day delivery to them. I did this until I spoke to my lawyer at which time I was informed that if they refuse payment of any form that they are equipped to accept that it would result in their forfeiting their claims to any future payments and the account would legally be considered paid in full. When my lawyer called them to explain this to the account manager he was told that he did not know the law and that he was a liar and that they would and could refuse payment with NO penalities or legal ramificiations. He then gave his liscense number and who to contact at the state office to confirm and was put on hold. Within five minutes they tried to reverse what they had told my lawyer and stated that they were not saying that they would refuse payment and that it was the companies policy to accept all payments but that within their legal standings if it was not a full monthly payment at a time when a full monthly payment was due that they would accept the payment but it would not nullify the remainder of the payment due and that foreclosure could result from a late payment. They were then told by the lawyer that you must be a minimum of three monthly payments late in order to start the foreclosure process unless they petitioned the courts for a hardship but that the borrower could also petition the courts even after a three month foreclosure notice for a hardship and that in todays economic hardships that courts were ruling more in favor of the borrowers hardships rather than the lenders. So needless to say I have found that having a lawyer call for you has resulted in them actually being a little kinder.

21st Mortgage rude and disrespectful

first of all I lost my job 2.5 years ago and have went back to school to try and find employment, I graduated from school with my degree and have started working but our savings went south. I am constantly harassed by this co. They tell me to borrow from friends, family or to sell something to make my payment. Yes it is behind, yes I know we owe them, yes it will be paid like all the other payments have been! My issue with this co is the level of respect and the comments made to make me feel like a sub human! They have even asked me what our money goes to, how do we spend it, what do we buy? Really? this is against the Fair Debt Collection Act and they get away with it! I work for several attorneys and yes I will be asking one for help on this. I finally had to hang up on them today after they made me feel like the ### of the earth.

Simply calling about the debt is not the purpose of the complaint

ad hom·i·nem (hm-nm, -nm)
adj.
Appealing to personal considerations rather than to logic or reason: Debaters should avoid ad hominem arguments that question their opponents' motives.
[Latin : ad, to + hominem, accusative of hom, man.]
ad homi·nem adv.
Usage Note: As the principal meaning of the preposition ad suggests, the homo of ad hominem was originally the person to whom an argument was addressed, not its subject. The phrase denoted an argument designed to appeal to the listener's emotions rather than to reason, as in the sentence The Republicans' evocation of pity for the small farmer struggling to maintain his property is a purely ad hominem argument for reducing inheritance taxes. This usage appears to be waning; only 37 percent of the Usage Panel finds this sentence acceptable. The phrase now chiefly describes an argument based on the failings of an adversary rather than on the merits of the case: Ad hominem attacks on one's opponent are a tried-and-true strategy for people who have a case that is weak. Ninety percent of the Panel finds this sentence acceptable. The expression now also has a looser use in referring to any personal attack, whether or not it is part of an argument, as in It isn't in the best interests of the nation for the press to attack him in this personal, ad hominem way. This use is acceptable to 65 percent of the Panel. · Ad hominem has also recently acquired a use as a noun denoting personal attacks, as in "Notwithstanding all the ad hominem, Gingrich insists that he and Panetta can work together" (Washington Post). This usage may raise some eyebrows, though it appears to be gaining ground in journalistic style. · A modern coinage patterned on ad hominem is ad feminam, as in "Its treatment of Nabokov and its ad feminam attack on his wife Vera often border on character assassination" (Simon Karlinsky). Though some would argue that this neologism is unnecessary because the Latin word homo refers to humans generically, rather than to the male sex, in some contexts ad feminam has a more specific meaning than ad hominem, being used to describe attacks on women as women or because they are women, as in "Their recourse ... to ad feminam attacks evidences the chilly climate for women's leadership on campus" (Donna M. Riley).

I have looked at your profile 182 comments since 11/12/12. None of which are considerate or supportive. Just an arrogant attempt to be mean to others. I suggest you move on
