21st Mortgage review: Customer service

I was originally with Triad whom sold my account to 21st Mortgage. They are incredibly rude, disrespectful they tend to make you feel as if you are going to lose your home. They will harass you, degrade you, yell at you and when you attempt to file a complaint with a superior they completely ignore your request. They trick you with the “let me place you on hold” and batch you over to a manager whom is so unprofessional and a horrible person. They feel like loan sharks! Federal law does state you have to be 120- days delinquent before anything can happen to your home however they bully you or manipulate you into thinking you will loose your home tomorrow. I have personally been degraded and asked personal questions as if I am a child. This company needs to close down they have no business handling anyones personal matters! I wish Triad would have never sold my loan to these people! They are horrendous! And for context I am less than 30 days late I am only late due to me starting a new job after obtaining my degree and being a week in the hole. It’s not like they care!
