Worst experience ever
They were quick to respond when I purchased the tickets, but now that I need a refund because they rescheduled the trips due to the typhoon, they've completely ignored me. It's been two days without any response. I even sent a follow-up email, but they still haven't bothered to reply. I lost 7k! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely not recommended!
Recommendation: Highly not recommended!

Their delivery is so horrible. Has been waiting for my documents to arrive since I was advised by my bank that it was dispatched and I can track delivery thru 2Go website. Im so surpised after checking na out for delivery but then it was return back to the hub because ang reason is consignee not around. Im so pissed because no 2Go delivery ang dumaan sa lugar that day and FYI am home lang palage. Napakasinungaling ng 2Go na to, tapos pinalagpas ko I still waited kinabukasan I was expecting it to arrive, kasi nag out for delivery na naman sya then pagkahapon binalik na naman nila sa delivery hub nila ng walaan lang nagpunta dito para maghanap! Sobrang nakakapikon. Ayaw pang ibalik nalang sa bank para mabigayn ng instruction pano puntahan bahay namin kung tatanga tangaan yung rider nila. Pero I doubt, kung rider ka di kaba marunomg gumamit ng waze or google maps para mahanap mo ying location? Nangloloko lang kayo na mat attempt talaga kahit wala. Wala maman akong magagawa if yunt bank ko is kayo amg pinili as courier. Mga bwisit.

Delivered but never received.
I placed an order August 19th, 2022 via Shopee. I saw the parcel was scanned and arrived at our local hub on August 26th. Since then there was no movement. Customer service was unreliable as they provided very scripted reply without any offer of solution.
On September 25th, after a month of waiting, the tracking shows is out for delivery, Alas! But I waited all day and there was no call or text from them. Until suddenly the tracking shows as Delivered! Outrageously shocking and unacceptable! I checked my contact details and they were all correct. Clearly no one tried to reach out thus the attempt of the delivery was a lie and for it to be successfully delivered was a lie! I even asked my neighbors and no one has seen a rider that day. Good thing Shopee was able to process a refund as the courier cannot provide proof of delivery, but the experience cannot be repaid and the items were very important too. I couldn't risk ordering again. The business should be closed and should no longer operate. I've seen hundreds of complaints in social medias with the same concern.

Mag cocomplain lang ako about sa 2GO courier ilang araw na po akong naghihintay sa parcel ko pero di dumating nag text sakin yong 2GO na idedeliver na yong parcel ko pero di ko mareplyan and then yong mamang rider na magdedeliver sana di man lang ako kinontak. Dapat nong july 28 pa yong dating ng parcel ko. Then tinignan ko sa tracking biglang consignee is not around ano yon? Ehg naghintay ako sa tawag or text man lang nong mamang rider pero wala. Sana naman shoppe wag na ganitong courier yong gamitin niyo to deliver nag mukha akonng tanga kakahintay sa parcel ko di man nag ako kinontak nong mamang rider
Undelivered Parcel
My merchant (University of the Philippines Diliman) availed the services of 2go for the delivery of my documents from Quezon City to Mexcio, Pampanga.
According to them, the documents were picked up by 2go representative on June 15, 2022. However, to date, I have not received my parcel.
What is worse is that I cannot track it because the Reference No. given to me is invalid. I already sent a message to 2go facebook page regarding this. And their reply was to refer me back to my merchant, and that the transaction is not yet encoded in your system.
I urgently need that document. But it seems I cannot do anything but wait. Until when should I wait?
Desired outcome: I hope that my parcel covered by Reference No. AA7381080 will be delivered to me within this week.
no proper communication
I was updated on oct. 21 that i might recieved my package, and so i waited for any text message coming from the person/s who will deliver it so that i could inform him/her that i will not be around since I have my exams, but I have not received any but when I checked on the online update it say "CONSIGNEE WAS NOT AROUND". They did'nt even bothered messaging.

Nakakainis siya as in. Ang nangyari kase nang na contact niya ako nasa school ako at walang tao sa bahay. Sinabi ko sakanya na ma meet up kami sa ayala. Ang nangyari is pumunta siya sa ayala, naghintay, at umalis. Oo umalis siya na hindi ko na kuha yung order ko eh kase pupunta pa lang ako eh. Pumunta pa ako sa ayala at naghintay for 10 MINUTES in hopes na babalik siya pero wala hindi na siya bumalik. Paasa siya. Nakakainis ang tagal pa naman mag reply. Tapos sinabi niya pa na ako raw ang nagsabi sa kanya na nandyan na ako sa ayala. Excuse me ako na nga yung nag adjust ako pa ang ituturo mong sinugaling? At pinahintay mo ako doon for 10 MINUTES? Naku naman yung service mo manong nakakainis

First , it says that the consignee was not avaialble, second it was delivered but I did not receive so call , third it was delivered again but called a wrong person lastly they reschedule it every one week , like the [censored] its a freakin important document , resolve this or will sue you
