My thermostat screen, which was under warranty, stopped working. So, I contacted 4 Seasons and a technician came on 3/4. I didn't catch his name, but he entered my house, went to the thermostat, took it off the wall, held it to his ear, and shook it. Then, he turned to me and said, "it's broken." He informed me that they needed to order a new thermostat. On 3/12, the same technician returned. He worked in the garage for around 45 minutes, then came to my front door and handed me the new thermostat faceplate and the installer's installation guide. He mentioned that he couldn't install or program the thermostat because he "doesn't do technology." I refused to pay him and called the office. I requested to speak with a service manager, but I was informed that they were all in a meeting. They asked me to leave a voicemail, so I spoke to Bobbe A and left a message asking for a call back. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them. To my dismay, I am still receiving bills for this chaotic situation.

We got a new ac unit put in on June 6. In just a few days, we found problems - like the air handler facing the wrong way. They put in a new handler, but it wasn't level. The boss got all defensive, thinking we messed with the unit. When we talked to the owner, he seemed embarrassed, but then we never heard from him again. That was just the start of a whole year of stress, awful customer service, and at least 10 service calls, each time finding something new wrong. We got 4 pages of details and pictures showing all the issues and how unprofessional this company is. We had to make almost all the calls, even to schedule the inspection 11 months after they installed it (which they forgot about more than once). We don't feel confident or satisfied with what we bought. We've been way more patient and flexible than we should've been, when they didn't even make an effort. We called twice last week to talk about it, but they keep ignoring us, so here we are...

I paid $189.00 on Aug. 1, 2019, for a yearly contract with 4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. It was supposed to cover two AC maintenance services, with the first one done on 8/1. However, on 1/22, they charged me another $189.00 for the second service, even though it was already pre-paid in the contract from 8/1. I talked to Ricardo on 1/24, 1/29, and 1/7, and Jeramiah on 1/29. I also had a phonecall with Meghan on 2/3 and exchanged emails on 2/11 and 2/17. At first, Ricardo and Jeramiah denied the overcharge, but after checking my service records, Ricardo admitted the mistake and suggested extending the contract instead of giving a refund. I declined and asked for the refund. Ricardo then passed the issue to Meghan, the contract coordinator. Meghan emailed me twice in two weeks, saying that the accountant, who is currently unavailable, is handling the refund. Despite my repeated phonecalls and emails, including one on Feb 17th (which I haven't received a response to yet), this matter remains unresolved for over 4 and a half weeks. I used to trust this company and recommended them to others, but I am shocked and very disappointed by their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to issue a refund for an obvious overpayment. I want the refund to be issued immediately.
