We put in an order for some shirts on December 7th, but it's been three weeks and we still haven't gotten our hands on them. We were hoping to use them as part of a Christmas gift exchange, but it looks like we'll have to come up with a different plan now. We're hoping that 6DollarShirts will issue us a refund, because we don't want store credit.

To the "6DollarShirts Representative" who responded to our previous review - we tried calling multiple times today, but each time we were sent to your voicemail. We left a message, and we also sent an email to customer service.

My wife was the one who placed the order on December 7th. We got an email on December 15th saying that the shirts had shipped, but according to the tracking information, they didn't leave Gainesville, FL until December 18th. Right now, they're in Indianapolis, IN, and they're supposed to be delivered on December 27th.

Unfortunately, this isn't going to work for us. Our whole plan was to exchange gifts with our family, but they live in another state and won't be around on the 27th. We thought that ordering from 6DollarShirts would be a breeze, but now we're going to have to scramble at the last minute, deal with the crowds at the store, and probably spend more money. Honestly, we wish we had never ordered anything from you guys.

I bought 10 shirts from 6DollarShirts about 4 months ago and I've been wearing them all since then. Let me tell you, there are some good things and some bad things about this online store.

First of all, I was happy with the shipping cost. Even though I live in Canada, the shipping fee was reasonable. And the shipping time was pretty fast too. I got my shirts in no time.

The prints on the shirts are really nice quality. I was impressed with how clear and vibrant they were. And the best part is that the cost of the shirts is unbeatable. Even with the shipping fee, it was still cheaper than buying from local shops.

But now, let's talk about the bad stuff. When I opened the bag, I noticed that one of the shirts had a bad hem. The thread was completely frayed and half of the bottom hem of the shirt was not stitched at all. I had to fix it myself because it wasn't worth the time and expense to try and exchange a $6 shirt internationally.

Unfortunately, after 4 months, two other shirts are having the same issue. The bottom hems are fraying badly. It's obvious that this is a problem with the shirts themselves and the manufacturer they use. I mean, for $6 each, I guess I shouldn't expect too much.

Overall, I've decided not to order from 6DollarShirts again. Next time I need t-shirts, I'll try somewhere else. Even if it costs more, I hope the quality will be better.

I gotta say, 6dollarshirts.com is a pretty cool idea. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal on a t-shirt? And for six bucks, you really can't go wrong. But let me tell you, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I decided to give 6DollarShirts a try after reading some reviews online. I placed a small order to test out the website and was a bit disappointed with the shipping time. Although they state that they ship out within 2 business days, my order was shipped out 4 days later. I was also surprised that they use UPS for shipping, which made the delivery time a bit longer. It took 12 days for me to receive my order, which was a bit longer than I expected.

The customer service was also a bit lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and I had to send multiple requests before getting a response. However, when I finally received my order, I was pleased with how nicely the shirts were packed together. The shirts are printed on delta pro, which are good quality shirts. However, the screen printing is not of good quality. The prints are very thin and faded, and you can see the color of the shirt showing through the prints. After about 2-3 washes, the designs start to come off pretty badly.

I ordered 10 different designs, and unfortunately, the outcome was all the same. The shirts are great if you only plan on wearing them 2-3 times since the designs will start to shred off. I washed them all on cold with no heat dry or hang dry, so there should be no reason for the designs to come off. Overall, I would not order from 6DollarShirts again. I will be shopping elsewhere for my t-shirt needs.

I recently made a purchase from 6DollarShirts and I have to say, I was not impressed with my experience. I ordered a shirt a whole week before I needed it, thinking that would be plenty of time for it to arrive. The website stated that it would take 2 business days to process my order and then 1-2 days for delivery from Florida to Louisiana. Seemed reasonable enough, right?

Well, my item did ship on time, but here's where things went downhill. Despite selecting "US Postal Delivery" (which, by the way, was supposed to have a 1-2 day delivery time and a shipping cost that was in line with my budget), the company actually shipped my package via DHL. And get this - DHL is stating that it will take a whopping 12 days to deliver my package. 12 days! To move a package only 600 miles. I was absolutely floored.

I never would have placed my order if I had known they would give the package to DHL. I've had extreme delays with them before and I knew that this was going to be a problem. When I contacted 6 Dollar Shirts to voice my concerns, they took no responsibility for the misleading shipping estimates on their website or for shipping via a method other than the one I selected. Their justification for labeling the "US Postal Delivery" option as such was that "DHL will give the package to the Post Office for final delivery". But let's be real here - that's just hogwash.

It's clear to me that they're trying to hide their real shipping method because they know that no one would order from them if they knew they were using DHL for shipping. I mean, seriously - 12 days to deliver a package that's only 600 miles away?! All the while showing a 1-2 day "estimated delivery time" on their website. It's just not right.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with 6DollarShirts. I won't be ordering from them again and I would caution anyone else who is considering making a purchase from them to think twice.

But my biggest concern is that they are impossible to reach, which is a big problem when it comes to how trustworthy a company is. To fix my problem, they want me to pay for shipping to send the shirt back and then give them my card number to charge $5.00 for reshipping! Are you kidding me? It's a $6.00 shirt! The main point is that it's better to pay a little more from a more reputable and responsible company and have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong with your order, it will get fixed by real people with real service. Don't waste your time and money on a company that doesn't care about its customers.

I recently took advantage of the 10x shirts for $50 deal on 6DollarShirts and was excited to receive my order. However, my excitement quickly turned into a nightmare as I proceeded to check out. The shipping cost was just under $20, which seemed like a lot to me. I mean, if you do the math, that's almost 40% of the total cost just to ship a bunch of T-Shirts. I was not happy about that.

To make matters worse, they shipped my order out on November 12th and had incorrectly taken down my address. I had to provide them with the correct address after UPS had taken the package back. The website assured me that they had contacted UPS with my correct address and that everything was taken care of. However, when I checked the tracking info, all it kept showing was "contact shipper to correct info". I waited a day or two, hoping that they had fixed the issue, but nothing changed.

I finally lost it and let them know how I felt. They assured me that they had taken care of everything. But, to my disappointment, it's now November 25th and the tracking info still says the same thing. I contacted UPS again today, and they informed me that my correct address STILL hasn't been updated. This is unacceptable.

I'm not sure what to do at this point, but I hope they send me some free stuff today to make up for all the trouble they've caused me. I mean, I don't want to get angry over cheap t-shirts, but this is just ridiculous. I hope they get their act together soon because I don't want to deal with this kind of hassle again.

Most stores charge between $6-9 for an order like this, so I felt like I was being billed the amount that they offered off as the "deal," as well as a typical shipping cost. At the end of the day, it didn't feel like much of a deal.

To make matters worse, 6DollarShirts advises you to pay an additional $3.99 to "have your order processed as soon as it's received." However, this doesn't necessarily mean that your order will be shipped the same day or even the next day.

I fell for their scheme on my first (and last) order. I paid the additional charge for processing to get the order here sooner and expedited shipping. However, 5 business days later, I have yet to receive a confirmation that the order has been shipped, nor does my account say anything otherwise. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this site again. Especially when the majority of the products they sell can be found elsewhere for much less (after the shipping and all their hidden fees are included).

So, if you're thinking about ordering from 6DollarShirts, I would advise you to beware. While the initial deal may seem enticing, the hidden fees and lack of transparency make it not worth it in the end. Save yourself the hassle and find a different retailer for your shirt needs.

I recently ordered three tees from 6DollarShirts and it took a whopping three weeks for them to arrive. When they finally did, I was disappointed to find that all three were crammed into a single shipment bag with no inside sleeve to protect them during travel. As I attempted to carefully open the bag, I accidentally cut one of the shirts. To my dismay, when I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and refused to replace the damaged shirt.

I understand that accidents happen, but I feel that 6DollarShirts should take responsibility for overstuffing the shipment bag and not providing adequate protection for the shirts. Additionally, the processing and shipping time was supposed to take only one week, but it ended up taking an additional two weeks.

This was not my first time doing business with 6DollarShirts, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. My first order arrived with a giant hole in the side of the tee, which was not my doing. The quality of the material is also lacking, as it is thin and the fabric is only sewn together with one stitch.

Overall, I would highly encourage others to steer clear of 6DollarShirts. While the prices may be cheap, the quality and customer service leave much to be desired. You can find similar designs elsewhere with better customer service and higher quality materials.

What a terrible place for shopping. Orders take forever to arrive, and even if they arrive you will be terrified и their quality.
What? You're saying: what did you expect to get for 6 dollars? Well, I must say that first of all, my shirts didn't cost 6 dollars, and the second thing is that yes, no matter how much we pay, the company should stand behind their products and provide the best quality they can afford. This company is not one of them, unfortunately.

So many reviews about not delivered items, just crazy how many companies don't care about their customers. Speaking of the 6DollarShirts, they are probably the same and give the same attitude. I ordered a shirt one month ago and never received it. Thir support is kinda clueless and not helpful. Asked them to check the tracking number, they didn't find it. Great. Looks like you haven't shipped the order at all.

I bought two t-shirts from this store and one shirt was ok but the second one was too small so I contacted 6DollarShirts and asked for a replacement.
They said that was the last size left. Then I told them that I wanted to get a refund for the second shirt and asked the return address but they refused to tell. They said that according to their policy in my case there was nothing they could do to help me.
I am very disappointed with 6DollarShirts service. Shirts were nice, I really liked the design and prices were also reasonable, but their customer service was a complete joke! I don't want to deal with these people in the future!

I've ordered a t-shirt from 6DollarShirts and they said I'll get my order max in two weeks and I was ok with that. It was a surprise birthday present for my friend so I needed to shirt as soon as possible. Two weeks passed and there was no shirt so I contacted 6DollarShirts and asked about my order status. They said they had some difficulties with the delivery and said that my order probably will be late.
I'm so disappointed! I finally received my order three weeks later. Too slow! Will never buy anything from them again!

My order was lost so I contacted 6DollarShirts and asked for help. They promised to send me an exchange and it seemed like a great deal. Well, of course I paid some extra for that, but I really needed the shirt because it was a birthday present for my boyfriend. Several days later they said that everything was settled and told that my new shirt was on its way. I was so happy and super excited. When I received it the shirt was terrible and looked messy! Quality was very poor and workmanship was awful. It looked like if would have bought it from 2 hand shop. I was so disappointed.If I had known about that from the very beginning I would never asked for a replacement. But I want to add that their customer service is really nice.

OMG. People, be aware if you buy from the company www.6dollarshirts.com. I ordered 5 t-shirts from them, but these guys delivered torn t-shirts. I was shocked that they made such mistake. The t-shirts were rumple and looked horrible. I started to send emails to the seller, but all my attempts were useless. No one replied or agreed to change the t-shirts. But now I want only refund. Stay away from them.

I waited for the confirmation email or the tracking number, but this scammer didn’t provide any info about my order. I sent multiple emails and asked about the status of my order, but no response. I told them to return money, but again they ignored me. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

"This site is a scam". I mean, If you happen to order perfectly, you MAY get the shirt you want and you will never have to contact them. But my main, AND MOST IMPORTANT, concern is that they are impossible to reach which is a BIG NO NO when it comes how reputable a place is. Not to mention their emails are broad and never answer what you have asked. Its as if it were an automated response system. To fix my issue, they want me to pay to ship it back and then give them my card# to charge $5.00 for a reship back! ARE YOU F*ING KIDDING ME! Its a $6.00 shirt! why would i spend more to return it. I think this is where the scam comes into play. At this point, I dont even trust the site to return my messed up shirt for exchange in fear i wont get anything back. And the sad thing is, i have ordered several times before and have been semi happy. But a company is, and should be, judged on how they provide their customer service. And thread-pit (6dollarshirts.com) doesnt stack up to that. AT ALL!

They had an advertised deal that would not work for me; I messaged them to correct it 15 minutes after placing my order. They did not respond for a day -- and then responded 5 minutes after my shipping notification came in that "whoops, product already shipped, and in our system we would have to cancel the order and redo it to apply the deal, so you're 5&*# out of luck."

Follow up emails asking why they couldn't just refund the amount of the deal were just answered with "policy." Brutal customer service.

Ordered some shirt and what I got was 5 new rags. There poor quality no name brand shirts. The designs look good enough but after a few washings the shirts start to fall apart. Without washing them the shirts are drastically shorter then other like price shirts. After washing, EVEN SHORTER.

I know what your saying. ITS $6 shirts. What did I expect. Well after all the online reviews I thought I would be getting a decent enough item. After further investigation these guys ran these shirts under the name Threadpit Inc. And that company has MANY complaints. There customer service is non existent, no replies to emails or phone calls.

In the end I guess its just common sense your not going to get a quality product for $6.
