not getting paid for hours worked.
I have no idea if this is the right place to file this complaint. But no one will answer their phone at the store, and the website is garbage and doesn't give an email. When I call corporate they say I need to have my manager file a report, but my manager won't even answer my phone calls. I worked there for 5 days and then quit due to being overworked in a disgusting environment! The smell that comes from the office is unbearable, and the overall cleanliness of the store is appalling. I only received 2 days of pay for the 5 days I worked. I'd like anyone to contact me to resolve this.
customer service
Good day,
I just want to report the employee who assisted me. I felt very dissatisfied with Rommel Ruiz, cashier's assistance. This crew lacks of good customer service. He was not proactive in providing necessary needs of the customer. I always buy brewed coffee at 7 eleven branches since it was my favorite coffee, however, with Rommel's assistance was very unsatisfying because I needed to ask him to provide me what I needed rather than proactively provide what I need. I asked for sugar and creamer and it's for take out but he doesn't provide a paper bag on where to put these creamers and sugars. Another one, he doesn't even proactively check if there are available stirrers. I needed to ask for it since there's none available in the station. Another instance, my first experience with him, I asked for 4 creamers and 3 sugars for my medium size coffee but he only gave me 2 creamers and 2 sugars. I asked why and he explained that there's no more available. However, I saw there were available creamers and sugars at the drawer and I even pointed it but he refuse to provide it because it's for other customers. I rebutted "so you would not provide it even I asked for it? I am also a customer". Is this appropriate? Is this how customer should be?
Sincerely,
Moh. Al-hisham M. Albeso
i have the same concerns. Only, i dont buy coffee at 7-11 unless its festive themed (which is always day-making). on average my seven eleven cashier is cold, judgement and generally distasteful when ever he can be. He goes by rahman but he might as well go by "unplesant experience" in anycase, ive certainly never witnessed a pleasant customer service with him. he treats his job like jail and im not sure if its because he is hopeless at his job or finds no joy in it but i fully believe this rude and brisk fellow is the reason the reason that the 7-11 located 3901 Lee Hwy, Arlington, VA 22207 is worth avoiding. i know i will for a long time.
cashier refuse to put sugar in coffee being that doors are locked during early hours
Had arrived at 711 acacia ridge about 3:30am as always on the 11/05/18 had asked cashier for $3 coffee & if he could also add 2 sugars as well..he then stated that he was to busy to put sugar in coffee then had asked him again & he refused on 2/3 occasions he also stated that this was not a coffee shop due to the early hours the doors are remained locked until 5am if the doors were open during that time I'd be happy to make my own due to security reasons & before I'd even asked for a coffee he was on his mobile fone to begin with there was no body there so I didn't see how it was a problem to add sugar as he is there making it anyways I've never had any problems with any of the other cashiers except for this person who is of indian appearance its a daily routine as I drive to wrk pop in for a cuppa to get me on my way but this morning the attitude from this person was not a nice way to start the day off... I did go in later that day to talk to management but had missed her the cashier there did say she will pass message on to management but had advised me to go to site to also make a complaint...thanking you

offensive tv commercial
The commercial I saw on May 7th depicts a white male bullying a east asian male named Raj out of his lunch and while the tag line says this is not good it goes on to say their stores product is good. It is inappropriate to use racial conflict and bullying to promote ones product. This is in the least in poor taste and for visible minorities like myself offensive. The company should be asked to not use it any more.
product sold at the 7 eleven
I went to 7 eleven to buy an vegan cookie that I always buy from this store. But this time I went and brought the cookie and exit the store. When I got home to eat the cookie, I knew it had a funny taste to it. So, I check the date on the package and it was 2months old! So, I had to drive back to the store after eating half of the cookie and was so mad that they would sell me an old product... the next day I had to call out from work because I was sick from eating that cookie and as in the process of some type of legal action.
I would like to file a racial discrimination complaint
So we stopped in Lodi at a 76/7-11 off E. Kettleman. One of the kids was not wearing a shirt, he stood at the door and asked to come in with no shirt and was told hey, "no shirt no service" so we walked to the car to get him a sweater, we walked back in, started to grab a few things, when the kids said to another Caucasian kid that had just paid for his fountain drink while NOT wearing a shirt, hey you just played rugby too. So I turned the corner and said "oh wait your telling me this kid with NO shirt on can be in here and you just helped him, but here this kid, (shall I say that has a very nice natural tan color he was born with) was told he had to put a shirt on." I put all the crap down right then and there and said "f[censored] this s[censored], I ain't spending my money in here." Ignorance/racism is not a pretty quality to have. And here my kids, turn to look at me and say damn mom, guess skin color does matter. It is sad if this is what your stores represent, we go into your stores close to our home all the time and have never had this happen. The woman and man that were working need to be aware to hold the same standards to everyone. People should not have any other privileges over any one else because of their skin color. We are Latinos and proud of it. I expect to be contacted back.
location store # 32312 at 2980 colonial blvd, fort myers, fl 33912 / fraudulent activity on my card charges
On April 25, 2018 at 11:04 AM my husband went inside the store to charge on my money account card gas purchase. We always just use our money card to avoid theft identity which means we always have to go inside to purchase gas in advance. The total gas purchase was for $24.32 which we have a receipt. When I checked my bank account there was an additional charge of $174.00 from this 7-Eleven. My bank advised me then to call the station to reverse the account. I have been trying to contact their number and no one answers and there is no voice mail either. This is fraudulent and this is why I am complaining. If Fort Myers was not that far we would have gone back to the gas station. But we were only there for business hence we had to put gas before heading home.
customer service
Luis Medina at 7 Eleven located at 850 N zaragoza El paso Tx 79907
This guy thinks He owns the store, He has no customer service skills at all, seems He didnt go to school, people like him shouldnt be in charge of a store like 7 eleven, asked to explain me for the new money order policies He told me to Go buy somewhere else, absolutely Rude and no customer service skills. This guy should be fired, a great store like 7 11 shouldnt hire people like him.
unprofessional, told me to do it myself.
Hi my name is Anna couch and I Just went to the seven eleven at
5801 Woodway Dr, Woodway, TX 76712
and got a pizza so i asked the lady if she can cut it in squares and she says idk how and I thought she was joking but she then said they never taught me that and asked her other employees and none of them knew how to cut a pizza in squares so i said you know what never mind its okay then another lady in the back pretty much told me i could come back and cut it myself i was embarassed and very mad i work fast food and i may not have the best days at work but seriously? Oh and none of them said sorry for the inconvenience. I am not afraid to call and seriously complain about someone who makes me feel uncomfortable in a situation where its your job to be professional and not childish. I do not know the names of the employees but i have contacted the manager at the store about this. If your employees dont know how to cut a pizza into squares maybe you can teach them but I didnt think it was too hard to cut a pizza into squares thank you.
i'm making a complaint on your female cashier.
The problem was when I went to get a cash back she told me that It was a $2.00 minimum that I had to spend. And I understood that. The problem was that she did it for the male customer in front of me. And so when I asked her, how you can do this for one customer and not the other? And asked her what was the difference between me and him? That I had to be a male?I told her that it wasn't right . she said that" it wasn't right" herself. She said for him it was different. I felt like she was sexist/prejudice against women. Me anyway. I need to bring the media out there and let everyone know how I was treated. I didn't have a equal opportunity like the male in front of me. And that's not right. I caught the man and brought him back in the store. And he said that she did it for him and didn't had to pay $2.00 he also have his receipt to prove it. that she did it. So when I asked for a number to call to make a complaint her or the man she was working with wouldn't give me the number. I felt like it was a sexiest thing too.So I Will be contacting my lawyer, and the media. And everyone that I know to let them know how I was treated. when it came to equal opportunity at 7-Eleven as a lady customer. And what I had experience with them as a lady. I was devastated .GOD only knew what I felt like.
cashier carrying on phone conversation while ringing up customers
The 7-11 at 11th and San Carlos in San Jose previously had congenial, customer-oriented cashiers. Friendly, neighborhood people. Recently, this has changed. They are no longer friendly, but they are at least professional.
Until today. (April 28, 2018 - around 6:30 pm Pacific time)
The cashier carried on a loud phone conversation the whole time he waited on the long line of customers. There was no interaction to indicate he understood that he was working with actual human beings. Actual customers. I was in the store for about 7 - 10 minutes and he never let up. SO rude.
Several years back, the television show "Undercover Boss" featured the CEO of 7-11 disguising himself and visiting multiple 7-11 stores. At one store that was doing particularly well, he saw that the reason was an employee who engaged with every customer who came in and made them feel welcome. He rewarded that employee richly.
The situation you have here in San Jose with this guy is the opposite. Get rid of him - or take his phone away.

horrible employee
I went into 3204 e Laurent st, Victoria tx 77901 at 3:45pm on Saturday April 28th, to buy some snacks and a drink, both employees were yelling and cursing on their phones, not paying attention to any customers. When I did finally get service, they acted like it was such an inconvenience to help me. I will not be going back. The store was a mess. Horrible customer service
reward points
Went into 7-Eleven yesterday to purchase a simple drink got to the cashier pay for my drink by the time I reached the front of the door to leave out of 7-Eleven I looked at my phone and all 59 hundred and something of my points were taken when I went to go complain the only thing that was said file a complaint can you please restore my points because it took me several months to acquire all of the points when other friends had told me the same thing happened to them I would just laugh but when it happened to me I was very angry and very pissed off because I own those points over months of purchasing from 7-Eleven that is not fair to have a customer come in save their points and then purchase with cash and item and then have all of their points taken off none of my points should have been taken because I purchased what I got from the cashier
cashier amahd
I had purchased a Slurpee and a refillable Slurpee cup got charged for 99 and was asked to leave when I complained when in the following day and was told to leave because I had told them I had a refillable cup he is very racist and only helped the other customers he called me a white woman...this is the 3rd time he was rude to me and asked me to leave I spend a lot of money in the stores as I have many refillable cups and love your guyses hot dogs... I honestly don't have time to do this as I'm A working woman and I work 60 hours a week but I am complaining because he is very rude to other women to not so much the men but mainly the women..his name is amahd and he us a older man. this store is located in Fontana California ZIP code 92335 on Citrus and arrow Boulevard store number is 16090 Arrow Boulevard fontana CA 92335
unlawful loitering resulting in violence
There Is A Hometown 7/11 In Damascus, Maryland.. Where encountering unfriendly loitering re interpreted as hometown gatherings with an early morning cup of coffee.. As cool and oblivious to the signs... But the [censored] redneck punched me and now is saying he knocked me down. Having to park on the blind side with so many patrons that early in the morning to Washington, DC Traffic. I want you to enforce our safety and rid us of the redneck violence of old. a "peaceful" 7/11 parking lot good morning. Rob Lindsay.. Damascus, Maryland.
I'm pleased with our complaint. Many persons right around the corner are thankful.. O thank heaven for seven eleven. The fire department.. The few businesses immediate. The police are in and out and I do certainly 'do not want our damascus 7/11 robbed at gunpoint we'd imagine. Please gurantee our safety as 7/11 corporate united states.
lack of free items
"FREE BOTTLE OF NESTLE REGIONAL SPARKLING WATER".
I have been to at least a dozen stores on Long Island and one in Pennsylvania. I cannot find this product anywhere!
This is not an isolated incident. No one had the free ice creams in stock or the DelGiorno pizza...unless it's coffee or a slurpee, no store ever has a stock of the free items! Ridiculous!
I have mold in my food
I went to the 7 Eleven in Washington D.C. on Minnesota ave. I brought a Monterey Jack and chicken taquitos. I got home about 10 mins later. I bit into the taquito and it taste weird and also smelled very foreign. Once I looked down at it i noticed that it was mold in the taquito. The was a greenish color with a with patch of a fur like texture in it.
fountain drink cup
I got a fountain drink from a 7 eleven in Las Vegas nv right down the street from my house, I got the drink took a drink as I'm paying for it and then noticed there was blood on the side of the cup all by the rim. I was instantly disgusted and complained to the store which did absolutely nothing about it. Your staff and store is absolutely disgusting. And very rude and inconsiderate. I will never be going to your company again. Get it together
manager is discriminating against customers and making false allegations
I went to the 7-11 located at 4590 Frankford rd Dallas, Texas and I walked in with my own coffee that I put in a water bottle and a empty coffee cup to wash out and use to put coffee inside it. Before, I proceeded to where the hot water is located to wash out my coffee cup, I showed the Manager (Yazman) what I had and proceeded to go to the aisle. I washed out my cup with the hot water tap and retrieved some French vanilla creamers to put inside my empty coffee cup. When I proceeded to leave the store he said" Hey Sir, I seen you put coffee inside the cup" which was a false accusation and ACCUSED ME OF STEALING! I walked up to the counter and showed him I only had creamer in my coffee cup and still had the coffee I walked in with inside the same water bottle. He continued to accuse me of STEALING COFFEE and embarrassed me in front of other customers with the false accusations. He even stated that he was going to call the police which I replied "please call them" and he was trying to bluff me but, I was not going anywhere because, I did not steal ANYTHING. He refused to give me any information about corporate management to file a complaint. He said he was the management! I will not go there ever AGAIN!
employees
Today I was in a 7/11 in Chelsea on Broadway and as I went into grab my cigarettes an older female worker was fighting with a younger male employee. Now normally this is not something I would complain about but this female employee was getting ridiculously loud and disrespectful towards the younger male who just stood there will a low tone, and was doing all this in front of customers. I'm not to sure what the situation was about but I'm going to assume it had to do with the amount of work being done because she was stating the younger man was lazy. With that being stated I'm aware I do not know the reason behind their situation but this is something that should have been done aside away from customers and there was no need for voices to be raised. I don't come to this one often but I do enough to have had a few talks with this gentleman and see him work to know well that, 1) he is not lazy I'm seen him work very hard and once by his complete self which I was shocked about because no disrespect to him seemed like something he could not handle and 2) when I do come in he's usually doing all the heavy lifting or mopping or cooking so I know he works. I'm not writing this to get someone in trouble but respect should be shown among employees and should some have a problem they should exercise discretion.
