On September 18, 2024, I went to the store located at 202 N Parker St, Olathe, KS 66061 to play my lottery, but noticed the Grill Food. I asked the woman behind the counter if everything in the Grill section was 2 for $3.00, she responded "Yes". I asked what was in the burrito and she responded that the burrito was not 2 for $3.00. I responded that I just asked you if everything in the Grill was 2 for $3.00 and you said "Yes". Her response was negative. So, I asked again if she could tell me what was in the burrito, and she said something like she did not know she didn't eat them. So, I just looked at her. She stopped helping customers and said very loudly to me that the way I LOOKED at her was rude. I believe that a Look should not be judged. I am 66 years old and I believe she was just being a "Bully" to me. Older people should be respected. A male employee (who usually helps me when I come into the store) came from behind the counter, walked up to me and told me that she was tired because she was working a double shift. (If she was tired, she should go home and not be rude and condescending to customers.) asked the male employee if everything was being recorded and he said "Yes". He seemed to be afraid to say anything to her because he kept saying that she was his boss so he would not offer any additional comments about her behavior. I wanted the police to see the tape to see that I honestly had not done anything wrong. The woman does not know me to determine what my "LOOK" meant. Looks aren't rude. I was very perplexed because I just wanted to purchase a burrito or something to eat and received someone's attitude because they were tired. I was contacted by the police and told that I was banned by the store. I am so tired of the prejudice of people. She was the one who was rude and so condescending. It was quite embarrassing because she wanted to pick a fight. I did ask her name I was so upset I don't remember. I do know that this individual was off from work because of being in a car accident. I believe that her actions were very out of line and that she should apologize. Honestly, I believe that she should not be employed at the store. Thank you for listening. I really wanted to sue because in 2024 there is still so much prejudice in the world it is so sad. I want someone to see the tape. Thank you.
Desired outcome: That the woman should be fired and apologize to me. I was just hungry and wanted to purchase something to eat. I did nothing wrong. I did call the NAACP for resources. 7-11 should make it right. Thank you. [protected]@gmail.com
