This store is near my home as I have grown up as a kid. Before 7-eleven bought this “Quix” store, the bathrooms were kept clean. Now, for the last 10 years, the men’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I’m not the type to complain either as I work construction so I’m used to seeing dirtiness but it’s sad when I’ve seen much cleaner restrooms on 6th street in Austin at 3:00am in the morning.
This restroom:
-never has any hand soap
-never has paper towels to dry hands
-has urinals falling off the wall
-piss drippings all over the place
-walls disgusting
-fixtures missing / and broken
Come on guys. This is flat out ridiculous. Please have your people or pay someone to keep these restrooms decently clean.
Desired outcome: Cleaning on a regular basis like every other convenience store.
Slurpee cups
Hi,
Yesterday, I took my family to 7-11 to get the free slurpee's with the app coupon. The coupon said small or medium. The 7-11 I went to only had small cups. I asked if they had in the back and they said they only had the small promotion free Slurpee cup. I think that was not fair to include a medium and then the store only put out small cups and seemed to remove all the mediums from the display. I would like another coupon to return and get another slurpee for myself and my whole family. My children were very disappointed.
You already used the coupon, so technically if you want to use the other coupon they should charge you the small Slurpee.
Bag provided for customer to store steamer food like Siew Mai

Inconsiderate to provided customers only the paper quality of bag to store steamer food (Tim sum) like Siew Mai etc. these kinda food are hot and wet how could u provide paper bag. when it’s wet it will definitely torn. Especially when there’s a Q it certainly will. U try put the whole tray 10 Siew Mai in it. Even with tray the paper is going to stick with the Siew Mais. Your staffs doesn’t show any concern just ask how many was that and charge me. Such incident seems like very common to them from their respond. Their respond and behavior is beyond my acceptance.
