Dear 7/11 Customer Service,
I am writing to express my frustration with a recent grand opening promotion at the 7/11 store located at 39925 Mission Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539. The promotion included three free coupons for a slice of pizza, a hot dog, and a small bag of chips. However, when I visited the store to redeem the coupons, I was told either that the system was down or that the free quota for the week had already been met.
Each time, I was asked to return the following week, but upon returning, new excuses were given for not honoring the coupons. This has been a repeated issue, and I feel like I am wasting my time and gas trying to redeem these offers.
If the store is not willing to fulfill the promotion as advertised, I kindly ask that such offers not be sent out in the future. It is frustrating and misleading for customers.
I hope you can look into this matter and ensure better customer service in the future.
Desired outcome: Please honor the free promotion as advertised, or refrain from sending misleading offers.
