7-Eleven employee at one of your locations 3914 s Highway 119 Longmont, Co

so i was going into the store and noticed one of your employees smoking out of a marijuana pipe. i didnt say anything i just kept walking because the employee was smoking very carefree. I did not know what to do or say so im letting you know just in case you dont allow marijuana smoking while your employees are on the clock. I say she was on the clock still because she came back inside while I was standing in line and i noticed she didnt wash her hands and she started helping customers right away. This is so unperfessional being that we are still getting over covid19. I could just imagine if she is handling food disgusting. I live in Longmont and I will Not be going back to that store anymore. I will have to go further down to the Firestone store where I know they wash their hands. The employee is young has long black hair and wears glasses. She also has braces and acts rude to the other employees.

7-Eleven Nacho Cheese

I have been eating Nachos with Cheese from 7/Eleven for over 20 years. There have been a couple of flavor changes that made the cheese less flavorful, but until now, nothing that made it disgusting. The little specks of red are not wanted or needed and the flavor is bad enough that I will not buy the nachos or hot dogs again.
Please bring back the NACHO CHEESE flavored cheese sauce. If anyone in the corporate office is arguing to keep this current sauce, they should be physically beaten and then fired.

Desired outcome: Bring back the original nacho cheese sauce.

7-Eleven Nacho Cheese

Oh my gosh! This new nacho cheese is horrible. I was actually on a quest a while back to find who made the last one you used because it was SO good. I threw out the nachos I bought yesterday. Usually if it's just ok I'll power through it, but these were just awful. I hadn't been to 7-11 for nachos since covid and was so excited to get it today. Needless to say I now know what I've been missing and I'm ok not going back for it.

7-Eleven Mild in my taquito

I just ate a cheese taquito full of mold inside! It tasted weird so I opened to see if something was wrong and it was full of mold! I needed to vomit to remove the bad taste from my mouth. Very disgusting! I got it in Burbank, CA, not a shop I am familiar with but this shouldn't happen anywhere!

7-Eleven Your nacho cheese.

During Covid most of your locations stopped serving the chili and cheese on hotdogs and nachos.
Shame on you changing your cheese sauce. It's the one reason why I come to 7/11.
This is just another example of a corporate disconnect trying to fix what's not broken in order to make more money.
I will not be a patron to your establishments until you return the nacho cheese to it's former prestige.

7-Eleven Insults

You have a 711 Store located at 2477 Human Boulevard in Staten Island... I have continuously been harassed by 1 of the store managers here!
Who has called me a "piece of [censored]" & "[censored]"!
This situation has been going on since January and I feel that it is necessary for some type of intervention to happen! I have spoken to several community members and leaders in the area and I am contemplating having a boycott at the store! If an event like this happens, it is certain to damage the value of 711's valuable stock!

7-Eleven 2 for 1 coffee offer

API the store operator was very rude and misbehaving for not applying the offer as I was showing her on my 7 eleven App
She first refused to accept the advertised offer by saying it's not her issue if this offer is not coming up on her computer
Then she start talking rudely that it's all about one dollar and do on so

Nag pabili ako ng siopao sa asawa ko aroud 11:23 pm may.12, 2021. Dahil nag ccrave ako kase buntis ako. Shout out sa 7eleven #80 r. Magsaysay blvd. Extension. Quezon city.. Nakakadismaya lang at nakakadisappoint dahil excited akong kumain ng siopao. Okay naman yung siopao.. Mainit. Pero sa sauce nagkatalo. 😠😡🤬 siopao pinabili ko. 7-Eleven Most unorganized since new manager, no respect for COVID protocols

I am writing concerning the 711 in Maple Ridge BC on the corner of Lougheed Hwy and Laity Street. I have been going to this 711 for almost 30 years. I have only ever written a complaint when Thomas became the manager. He came to me after that and we talked and ended up having a good friendship.
Then they sent this new girl in to manage the place. It has become the most disorganized place ever. When she came she would not even wear a mask, it got to the point that a customer took the sign off the door (regarding masks) and showed it too her. I have told a number of the guys when I come in "Where's your mask" then they put it on or some of the people wear it sometimes or under their noses.
Since this "new" manager has come in you have lost one of the best employees every - Lois, She basically accused her of lying. All of the regulars are definitely missing her, everyone is asking her. She new all of that have been going there for years, the regulars. She would run that place in the mornings by herself and she was always smiling and would talk with everyone. Another staff that is gone is Chloe she was there in the early morning and would have the coffee and everything ready for the rushes. It was always clean.
Now we go in we are lucky that they have 1/2 the supplies there. I don't know how many days this week that they don't have an large coffee cups. For weeks now when I go in (approx. 6:00 - 6:15 am) I have to tell the guys that there is no exclusive blend coffee made. They said that they made a pot. I told them that this is one of the most popular coffees. They don't have different supplies for the coffee i.e. creamers, sugars, The supplies are not even organized they are laying around on the counters.
Someone either needs to get Thomas back to straighten the place out or get rid of the "manager" and that is said very loosely.
I am sure that I could go on but that is enough for now; I hope that this gets remedied very soon or you are going to loose a lot of your regular customers. Please believe me I am being very polite as I could say a lot more about this person as a manager.

Desired outcome: Either get rid of this manager and get someone who know something or get this mess cleaned up. Preferrably get rid of this person and get Lois and Chloe back at work.

7-Eleven Service from the Hartford Tpke Vernon CT

Staff at this location seem to be of the opinion that their time is more valuable than the time of customers.
Today i was at check out counter, when the female employee pushed past me and directed the male employees to ring up the 2 boxes of cereal she had in her hand. No excuse me, no apology. Not the first time.
Last time for me though, i left, won't be back

7-Eleven The nachos

Why why why would you change the nacho cheese? It is disgusting! I have been getting nachos from 7 11 since I was just a kid. I am now 50. I was looking forward to eating nachos after not having them for almost 2 years because of covid. Talk about a major disappointment. I had to throw them away. As long as the cheese remains the same, I will no longer be purchasing your nachos which was one of the main reasons I frequented you establishments. Uhg! I am sure you have heard the saying, if it aint broke, don't fix it! Geez!

What in the world was 7 eleven thinking when changing THE CHEESE ? It's a disgusting mockery! Please bring back the original cheese PLEASE! Whats with the red chunks?! The OG cheese was the best part of my night some nights ! It's NOT EASY to forget, and my nachos and dog will never taste the same.. please bring the OG cheese back!

At your 711 Station, 1200 West Alameda Ave, Denver, CO, 80223, I charged fuel this day, Saturday 4/17/2021, and used my credit card. 7-Eleven Cheese for the nachos

Please consider bringing back the old nacho cheese for the chips I have been to 7-Eleven so many times and gotten those as well as other purchases the cheese is what brought me there to buy other things please bring it back.. its a garbage product and it tastes rotten. I can only imagine how much business you are going to lose honestly just because of the cheese that's what lures people in and that's what makes people buy other products nachos and cheese is a great snack

7-Eleven Speakout Mobile

Speakout Mobile is claiming that they shut my elderly mother's emergency mobile service down because the account was not topped up, but the top up was added every year (records to prove).  They refunded it because no call time was used on it (it is an emergency service). And then they chose to cancel the SIM because their records showed they had refunded it. And all of this was done without a single email to the account's billing address.
Now they have left her with a disabled emergency phone and they won't re-enble it.
I can provide 4 straight years of sequential payment records.

Desired outcome: Reactivate this woman's phone so that she doesn't need to go out to a service center in a time of Covid
