This company keeps calling me from this number [protected], bugging me to renew my membership. I ain't interested in doing that, but they don't seem to get the message. They call me like five or six times every single day, even though I've already told them to knock it off. It's getting real annoying, you know?

Date of Transaction: 8/13/22, $90 Hotel Charge, AAA didn't deliver the promised service. They NEVER assisted with roadside service. After requesting help for a flat tire at 8pm, we were told to expect assistance by 11pm. However, no one arrived, and upon calling back, we were informed that help was not on the way. We managed to get a service to change the tire at 3am, arriving at 5am, and had to book a hotel room. The next day, AAA was still unable to assist. We are seeking reimbursement for the tow truck and hotel expenses. AAA's consistent reply was that they were working on dispatching.

I put in a request for road assistance at 5:45am on 2/21. Two hours later, nobody had called me. The dispatcher said she would call back with an estimated time of arrival. When I called again, the person who answered claimed that the dispatcher had called back multiple times but I didn't answer. That's a blatant lie. Nobody called me. Then, she suggested that maybe my phone doesn't accept spam calls. What? Obviously, I was furious. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but this person refused and hung up, saying they didn't have to deal with this. I had to call back and luckily got someone else who already knew about my issue. Something doesn't seem right or make sense about that part. I've been a member since 2016, and it's unacceptable for a new or long-term member to be treated this way. An apology is not sufficient.

AAA Hoosier Motor Club has cost me over $7,000 and 36 hours of pure hassle. Triple A was unaware or failed to inform me that Indiana only accepts COVID-19 tests performed at two designated testing entities. The only approved testing facilities for Indiana are CVS and ***. Indiana insists that travelers have the test inside their state of residence and does not allow anyone from another state to be tested for COVID-19 there. Triple A assumes responsibility to inform their clients of COVID-19 testing requirements by having clients initial an acknowledgement form entitled "*** NEED to KNOW BEFORE YOU GO." However, that document only states that travelers must have a COVID test and does not advise me of the stringent restrictions on testing facilities. Because I got my test at the *** in Kokomo and not at CVS or ***, I was refused entry into the State of Indiana after having flown for 17 hours. Triple A owes me a full refund.

I reserved two hotel rooms through AAA Hoosier Motor Club Travel and when I realized fewer people were going on our trip, I canceled both rooms. On Tuesday, April 26, 2022, both rooms were canceled, but AAA only canceled one room. The final date to cancel the rooms was May 5, 2022, so I canceled well in advance. Since AAA only canceled one room, I was charged for two nights for the additional room that should have been canceled. This totaled $481.00. On May 13, 2022, when I realized my bank account had been debited the money, I immediately emailed AAA customer service. They told me that I reserved two rooms and only one was canceled. They said they would reach out to their vendor partner to see if they would be willing to issue a refund. It's not guaranteed, but they could try. On May 14, 2022, I called customer service for further assistance. They informed me that the reservation was made through Expedia. This means that AAA Travel used Expedia to reserve the hotel rooms. If I had known that AAA uses Expedia, I would have reserved the rooms myself through Expedia. It is now May 23, and I still haven't received a status update. They will get back to me as soon as they hear something. My ticket number is 438085. I have $481.00 that I was charged when I shouldn't have been. I really need to get this resolved. This is a lot of money to just leave alone when I should not have been charged to begin with.

I've been with AAA Hoosier Motor Club for my auto and home insurance since ***. When I got both policies in '03, I called AAA's 800# call center. I don't think I ever had an insurance agent assigned to me. On 6/2, I made a claim for roof damage because of a hail storm (claim#: ***). AAA handled, processed, and paid the claim without any problems. I was really happy with how everything went. Since then, I've stayed loyal to AAA as a policyholder for my auto and home. Now, let's fast forward to October : *** (an agent from AAA) contacted me to see if I wanted to review my home and auto insurance. I agreed and talked to *** on Monday, 11/8. *** was really helpful, and as far as I can remember, this was the first time anyone from AAA reached out to me about reviewing my insurance. During our conversation, we talked about the roof claim, and *** asked if I still had any documents for it because it might affect my premium. I did have the documents and shared them with ***. To my surprise, *** told me that my home's information still showed that the roof was over 20 years old (meaning my file was never updated after the claim to show the new roof). Because of this, my premium should have been around $200 less per year for the past 10 years. I'm shocked that there was no communication between the Claims department and *** Services to update my file. After speaking with sales management, *** said they could only apply the discount to the current and previous policy years. I told *** that the discount should go back to when the claim was made and expressed my shock that there was no process to update my policy. After threatening to switch my insurance to another company, *** managed to apply the discount for an additional two years (4 out of 10 years). This is still not acceptable...
