Ridiculously rude and condescending
Ridiculously rude and condescending. They make you feel like a criminal when you're just tryin' to gather info on where, how, and when to pick up your own vehicle. Completely misogynistic and no customer service at all.

If I cud give them a Zero rating I would, the Owner /Manager had an attitude from the moment I called in to inquire about a towing that occurred at my residence, when we got to the place which was the wrong location he called his other location talking about the whole time made us feel stupid and claimed he gave me the address when all he kept repeating to me how much it was and to have Id nothing about the location of the vehicle. When we got to the other location we had to wait well over 30 minutes for the tow guy to show up, he then said to get the car and registration, having never done this before we we're yelled at and treated as if we we're criminals trying to steal our own car, his truck was blocking the exit the entire time, and then threatened us with calling the police. When I called the manager to complain he claimed that he could see us in the camera trying to steal the car when all we wanted was to know what to do next to get out of there. We honestly feared for our safety the whole time being defenseless females. All these people think about is making money and they are ignorant and rude. I never want anyone to have to go throught what we went through. My HOA will be hearing about this as well as other people in this matter.
Wednesday Sept 2,2020 Airport towing on Wetherbee Rd came to the Cypress Landing Apartments off Winegard Rd at 3am to do an illegal sweep on
Wednesday Sept 2,2020 Airport towing on Wetherbee Rd came to the Cypress Landing Apartments off Winegard Rd at 3am to do an illegal sweep on towing cars. They claimed they inspected vehicles, including mine, took pictures and all at 3am in a poorly lit complex. They said they had authorization to tow anyone without a parking permit. They towed my car and when the police were notified that morning, they directed me to Airport towing. Some guy tried to say I had no permit or sticker and they took pictures with proof that there wasn't one anywhere on the car. They said I had to pay $125 to get it back. I explained that there was a sticker and where it was, yet I was still being called a liar. They told me to call and talk to a manager during business hours and then hung up on me. I had to call for a ride to get to work, and I was late because of the lie I knew was being told because I knew my permit was there. Later that same day, when I got off work and returned home to the apartment complex, my car was carelessly dropped in the middle of the parking lot and left crooked, risking causing an accident. They were wrong, but they tried to force a reason for it to be seen and towed again the way they left the car. They didn't call to admit their mistake or offer to put it back where they "stole it" from. So naturally, I didn't touch it. I called the leasing office and the police for proof of my own valid and visible parking permit. I also wanted to make them aware of not only the careless and unprofessional way they handled it, but also the missing items. I had to get a record and make a report of this business, the actions and people on how they conduct themselves and their business in stealing people's property and cars to get them to pay for their stealing and lying.

Airport Towing Service towed the van from Gary's house on Jan 4, 2022, 'cause the tags expire December
Airport Towing Service towed the van from Gary's house on Jan 4, 2022, 'cause the tags expire December . They say they can tow any car with expired tags, but state law says they gotta be over 6 months expired. They wouldn't give us the van back 'less we paid their $135 fee. This is like textbook extortion and they shouldn't be allowed to keep doin' business in Florida. Please take away their business license.
My car got towed on 1/16/23 while I was visiting my friend in a place without any marked parking spots for the past ten years
My car got towed on 1/16/23 while I was visiting my friend in a place without any marked parking spots for the past ten years. Regardless of my agreement with the towing, there's no reason for the employee to threaten my girlfriend for opening the gate. We had informed them that we would quickly return from the ATM, but instead, we received threats that he was "strapped" and "ready" for a crazy girl entering private property. We had already been there before and informed them that we would be back soon with the cash for the tow. His threats were completely uncalled for and they shocked my girlfriend because they were not only unnecessary but also inappropriate for a business or employee. That's it.
My problem is that this company towed my car from a guest parking space on 05/04
My problem is that this company towed my car from a guest parking space on 05/04. The person I spoke with stated to me that I couldn't get my car back on 05/05 because he doesn't return cars he has had 24 hrs on his lot till the following day, which I know for a fact he didn't have my car for over 24 hours because I parked my car in that guest spot after 5 pm on 05/04. They towed my car late that night. He also couldn't get his story straight as to why I was towed from what is a guest parking space At Vista Pines. The apartment complex states that you can park in one of the guest parking spots for up to 48 hours. I was less than 10 hours in that space when I got towed. I have witnesses to the fact that I was not in that space for even 24 hours. The person at Airport towing couldn't even get his story right. He told me I was towed because I was parked in a reserved space. I said no, then he said he recalled receiving an email from the apartment personal. They towed wrong vehicle.

Airport Towing towed my 2021 Hyundai Kona from Kona Terrace apartments overnight between Monday (12/6) and Tuesday morning (12/7)
Airport Towing towed my 2021 Hyundai Kona from Kona Terrace apartments overnight between Monday (12/6) and Tuesday morning (12/7). We tried to get our car back from Airport Towing on Tuesday evening (12/7), but nobody was there at the Wetherbee Rd. place. They told my daughter to wait outside for about an hour in the dark, but we thought it wasn't safe. On Wednesday morning (12/8), we called Airport Towing and they said we could call at 6pm to arrange the release of the car. My daughter called at 6:15pm, but they refused to give back the car because it had been there for more than one day and needed to be picked up before 5pm. I called Airport Towing and spoke to a man named "Baker" who said he was a manager. He wouldn't give me my car. Then my husband called and talked to Baker too, and he demanded that Airport Towing give back the car within an hour according to Florida Statute 715.07. Baker said no and called it "protocol". Airport Towing still hasn't given back the car and they flat out refuse to do so. We want the ComplaintsBoard.com to step in and help us get our car back and not have to pay any extra charges (except for the initial tow fee) if we get the car back before your investigation is done.
Airport Towing took my car from my own parking spot because it was slightly parked on and outside the white parking line
Airport Towing took my car from my own parking spot because it was slightly parked on and outside the white parking line. I did some research and found out that tow companies can do roam towing, but they need to have a sign for it (there's no sign) and they have to give the owner a detailed list of rule violations that can result in towing. I never got that list, and it's not in the rental agreement either. I also checked parking laws, and there's no law that allows towing for parking on or outside the white line. I called Airport Towing to ask why my car was towed, and they said they drove around my complex "during the pandemic from Covid19" to find cars to tow for breaking the complex rules. I contacted both my condo manager and the HOA contact, and neither of them knew about this rule. The HOA contact asked if I was notified by the towing company before about my car being parked incorrectly, but I was never told anything. It's ridiculous that my car was towed for such a small reason, especially during a time when everyone is struggling. This company took my car from my own parking spot, where my child's car seat was, and demanded $135 to get it back. When I got my car back, the tire pressure warning light was on.
