First of all the customer service consultant is very very slow. Secondly its the 3rd time that my app is given me problems but was last week fix for fica documents which i had to go and collect and i did. Now its the same problem again how am i gonna pay my accounts this month end because the app keep on saying the credentials youve entered is incorrect but why i did everything now my work has to standstill because of a app i must keep on going back to the bank and still deals with a very very slow customer service consultant...The Service at De Aar branch is very very poor and slow...Really i think i am gonna move all my debit orders and everything to another bank...I am banking with absa for the past 10years ...and now this kind of service really i am bigtime dissapointed
