For 3 weeks I've been trying to receive assistance on retrieving deleted emails from 07/01/23 - 8/30/23. According to my computer Deleted Folder has 640+ emails. Yet I can only see the last 30 days. Why have the folder say 640+ emails and not give allow access to them. Somewhere in the July deleted emails there is a confirmation from Homeaglow acknowledging my cancellation of their services. But, they are denying that I cancelled in July and receive a $49 members fee for the month of August and September. I need the deleted email to backup my claim for reimbursement.
ALSO, while attempting to sign into your system it tells me they are sending a verification code in 5 minutes. But, time after time no verification code except once 10 hours later when I've gone to sleep. Yes, I understand your HELP/ ASSISTANCE is not compatible with the USA time zones. But, REALLY if you want US CONSUMERS to buy and used your computers, WE NEED SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES TO BE AVAILABLE TO US WITHOUT WAITING 10+ HOURS. Or never responding to us at all. You have developed a system that just doesn't work in our time zones. Your COMPANY says something like, we are available 24 hours a day is bull hockey. Should have stayed with purchasing HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc. knowing they will acknowledge our requests in a timley matter.
Claimed loss: Right now my financial loss it $98 for I cannot produce the deleted email to backup my claim that I cancelled in the month of July 2023.
Desired outcome: Retrieval of deleted messages for more than 30 days.Obtain verification code to enter your system or to talk to the member community to see if they know how to obtain deleted emails beyond 30 days.
