Active-Domain.com Renew my domain

Domain Name: falconind.net
I am the owner: Rory Eikland
Oct 2015 we paid Active-Domain 5 years for our domain

Friday Oct 16 2020
Active-Domain disconnected service due to non payment.
Renewal notices are emailed to [protected]@earthlink.net from Active-Domain.
[protected]@earthlink.net was terminated July of this year therefore we did not get the renewal notice which is not Active-Domain's fault.

There is no phone number to contact Active-Domain, email only.
We want to pay for the domain register, but are unable to get any response for the last 4 days.

My biggest concern is Active-Domain may put our domain back in to public for someone else to grab. We run our business using this domain which accounts for 95 percent of our business.

Monday Oct 19
We created an G-Mail account so we could communicate with Active-Domain since they are e-mail only. We have explained to Active-Domain our situation and have e-mailed Active Domain numerous times. Each time there is no response. A notice that e-mails will be returned promptly and to send a new email if Active-Domain does not respond within 48 hours is on their website. There is no automated response.

Monday Oct 19 2020 - Sent 4 separate E-mails to active domain (72hr no response).
Tuesday Oct 20 2020 - Sent 4 separate E-mails to active domain (48hr no response).
Wednesday Oct 21 2020 - Sent 4 separate E-mails to active domain (18 hr no response)
Thursday Oct 22 2020 - Sent 3 separate E-mails to active domain.

Thank You,
Rory Eikland

Active-Domain.com domain name renewal

My domain name expires on 3 June 2019 and I renewed it on 2 June 2019, but they still park my domain to their sponsored website and keep the status as expired. And I cannot do anything about it since my status is still expired. They still send me auto email of expiration warning; their system cannot automatically updated my paying status even though my paypal account has confirmed the payment.

Support email has been sent out more 4 hours ago, but there is no single response yet; not even a auto email saying anything.

I think the biggest mistake I have made is let them still register my domain name after reading all the negatives reviews.

Active-Domain.com I bought email and domain/horrible service

I am new business owner and purchased domain and email from them in a rush. I can not connect email to my phone and their customer service is horrible. Nobody picks up phone or calls back. Email about same. Someone just sent me stupid video that doesn't help. Very unprofessional and lazy! If I read reviews before I would have never used them! Now I am stuck for 60 days before I can transfer my service to someone else and then I have to pay transfer fee on a top of it!

Active-Domain.com domain no longer working

I have the receipt for a domain registered with active-domains.com that does not expire until Nov 2019. It no longer works and shows available when I look at available domain names. I can't get any response from their sales or support and when I try to log in, the 2-phase authentication does not send the text validity code to my phone so I can't log in to my management console. As a small business, I'm very concerned about our other internet domain names. I can be contacted for full information including the receipt for the domain that is not working at [protected]@2ab.com

Active-Domain.com domain

My website has been down for over a month. I have contacted active-domain over 20 times. They say the have submitted my case to their compliance team but still no response. The "compliance team " has had the info for over a week and no action has been made. I have owned this website for over 16 years, so I don't understand the hold up. Meanwhile I am losing business daily with no way of compensation. My site is lavarache.com. Lori

Active-Domain.com card charge

On 10/27/17 2 payments of $11.95 was charged to my card from active-domain com bea. I have no clue who it is from and want my money put back on my card. That is a total of $ 23.90 back on my card asap. I am furious about these transactions because it is taking away from bills that must be paid on a monthly basis. I expect to have a resolution to this matter asap.

Thank you

Active-Domain.com active domain - inactive username error message/ need to renew expired domain

With active-domain.com's system migration, my username was changed over to an email address that is tied to my domain name. My domain name has recently expired and now I'm locked out of logging into my account to renew it. Since the domain has expired, I keep getting an error message that my username is inactive. Any attempt to reach out to them generates an auto-email to reset my password. My issue is not going to be resolved by resetting my password. I know my password. I just need them to either change my email address to my valid email address or to change my username status from "inactive" to "active" so that I can log in and renew my domain. My domain is now 15 days past the expiration date and I'm running out of time to renew my domain. I've had no success in getting help from them to resolve this issue. I get one auto-response per day that is generic and tells me to reset my password. That is not the issue! How can I get through to someone at Active Domain to finally help me!?!?!?!

Active-Domain.com active-domain.com blocked my 12 domain names!!! a totally fraud company.

Dear people,

I have 12 domain names registered with Active-Domain for long years.
My business domaind and parking domains (one of them is iyor.com, recently being offered 5k$, and I refused)

This week, I tried to login my control panel, I noticed that they redirected me from their domainpanel.com to foundationapi.com with an error message each time.

They are blocking me so that expirition date comes..

I tried to login from different platforms for 4 days, I wrote them more then 10 times.. No luck.
They some how blocked my account. And they dont and wont answer my e-mails.

When I try to login with another, new username, I am not redirected.
But when I try to login with my account, I am redirected and blocked.

They didnt reply my open tickets or e-mails for 4 days.

So it is not possible for me to transfer my domains to another registrar.

Could you please advise what can I do to take my domains back from them..

I am having the same problems, can't access my account or my domains and they are totally ignoring my support emails. I am desperate and at their mercy. I need to renew an expired domain and can't, I'm afraid I'm going to lose it!

Another serious complaint, is that all my domains now have the wrong registrant details, some based in France, others on some islands. I have tried to change the contact details to mine, confirmed using the confirmation emails that active-domain sends to my mailbox, yet the wrong registrant details remain (with status pending). After emailing support and salesdept without getting any response whatsoever, I will have to shop around for a different registrar and see about transferring the domains.

I emailed support@active-domain.com and they sent me the correct information to login to my account. They apologized for the problem and said they are in the process of transferring to a new server. I did get into my account and got the transfer authorization codes for my domains.

The same thing happened to me. When I logged into my account, it was empty and no information showed except my name and address. None of the links on the active-domain.com links work. I found the old email addresses in my mailbox and sent a letter to support and sales about the problem and never received a response. It seems as if my domains were lost or stolen. I went to domainwhitepages.com and typed in my domain names to see the information there and it no longer shows active-domain as the registrar. The new registrar listed is publicdomainregistry.com so I am assuming that the registrar sold the company to a new registrar. If so, I was never notified! I sent an email to the listed address there: contact-abuse@publicdomainregistry.com and I'm still waiting for a response. I hope someone out there can help with this very important problem.

I don't think active-domain.com is a fraud company, they are resellers for active-domain LLC in Singapore, and their migration on another system went completely as a disaster. I also was unable to access my account for 3 weeks, I still have domain names missing, they don't reply to mails, support tickets or phone. Situation like this make us think how vulnerable we are when dealing with that kind of small business. I will move all my domain to a more recognized registrar. Not sure yet which one.

baskan, I am in the same situation. Their migration to another system was a total disaster. But as March 30, I finally could login and get the secret code to move all my domain names away from active-domain. My advise, try again to get your secret code, and move all your domain away ASAP.
They never reply to any of my support tickets. I got 2 answers only (from 10+ emails sent to support@active-domain.com admin@active-domain.com salesdept@active-domain.com).

Active-Domain.com horrible services and not support at all

I registered domain with the company www.active-domain.com. I was really disappointed in their services. I had some problems, and decided to contact their support team. I asked several questions, but they didn’t reply. They told me a lot of stuff, but nothing useful. I asked to provide some instructions, but I heard only fake promises and excuses. Not recommended company and the services were horrible. Share this info.

I removed my domain from Active-Domain.com to another company and today I found that they are still charging me for the services I don’t need. I sent them 3-4 emails and no answer still. I am afraid I have no choice except changing my credit card.
