Charger quit charging about a month th after purchase
The last toy I bought, which was my first rechargeable, quit charging after a couple charges (about a month after purchase). I've tried everything and nothing happens. I dont know what else to do.😭 I cant remember the exact date of purchase but I'm sure I received it in the mail the first week of April 2022. It is a black fifty shades of grey vibrator with twirling/spinning and vibrating shaft plus vibrating clit tickler.

order shipped to wrong address/ horrible customer service
emailed before order shipped - informed of wrong address - unfortunately my error but emailed and asked to update but told by Brian O that i would have to wait until i didn't get it then call back with no other option. Called into C/S and spoke to a very unpleasant lady who told me i had no options. it was my fault. i told her they should be able to update my address with the carrier and she told me it was my fault i entered the wrong address. i will NEVER use these guys again.
Desired outcome: please refund my money.
Charged 25$ for just 4 Aa Batteries.
I ordered the satisfyer pro 3 and 4 batteries. Was never sent the vibrator. They sent me the four batteries for over 25$ I contacted customer service and they told me that the fiber radar was canceled because of the back order but they still sent the batteries.

Eve's Petite Private Pleasure Wand - by Adam & Eve
This whole experience was horrible. I was excited by all the good reviews on the website which i now know are mostly fake since there are WAY more bad ones. When i got the product i was super disappointed because it wasn't as described with the controllable settings and the whole thing jackhammered so hard it hurt your hand and, most importantly, down there. It was more painful than pleasurable and it just left my entire body feeling bad. I tried to call and make a complaint about the product since i was for some reason locked out of my account and the emails would not let me back in.
When i made the call, after waiting over 40 mins the man on the line was extremely rude. He explained me that if i were to return it i would only get a refund for the product but all the extra fees would remain PLUS I would also being paying to even send it back. At that rate i would still loose more than just keeping it. I told him that was ridiculous that they wouldn't even consider a full refund since the product HURT. He just scoffed at me and said "the product is fine, YOU just didn't like it." I hung up feeling disgusted and embarrassed.
I then made a NEW account to see about leaving a review and there was no such option.
ADAM AND EVE IS A SCAM.

Undelivered package
I ordered a package and paid for express shipping and not only was the package not delivered but I was told by your customer care team that I was to contact UPS and figure out what happened to the package instead of you as the provider and seller contacting UPS to discuss and or offering a refund the moment that you heard it was not delivered I will never order from Adam and Eve ever again and I have been a loyal customer for years
Desired outcome: If preferable I would like a refund considering UPS didn’t deliver my package that’s not my problem that is yours as there your delivery company

If I could leave zero stars, I would. First time dealing with this company, and I guarantee it will be the last. The customer service representatives are some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Also, I have never before encountered a company that refuses to cancel an order prior to it being shipped. More than anything, this is lazy and an abuse of the customer. All this is is a company that would assume make things a hassle for the customer (aka: the one paying and providing jobs) rather than do the actual job. They absolutely have no value in their customers. Do yourself a favor and simply drive up to a sex shop.

My wife bought me this back in January 2022 from Adam & Eve & other items that totaled almost $200.00, After she handed me the box & I seen what it was, I just put it in a drawer. She was kidding me about it all this past weekend; so, I told her if she would use it so would I. After that remarks I retrieved it from its hiding place - I was going to let her prove herself.
Well, I opened the box & the remote to it was not in the box. She likes it as much as I do using the controls on the plug! However, we both agreed that it would be even more fun if one of us operated the remote & the other would use the plug. This is the reason I am writing you.
We would like the remote replaced. We realize it has been some time since the plug was purchased, & we will gladly pay for the cost of the remote & put some really great feedback about how truly terrific Carl & Adam & Eve are! I ordered this item a couple of years ago. It has a 5 year warranty. Approximatly 7 months after receiving it, it stopped working. I had to pay shipping to return it and I received a free replacement. It broke again. Same process. I'm not on by 4th and it broke. Free return shipping within 90 days, but of course, it always breaks after that. This time, it lasted about 4 months. I have probably spent $50 in return shipping to get a 'free' replacement and have been told that I have to pay for the return and cannot get a refund. I've been told to contact Satisfyer directly, which has proved impossible. Very dissapointed and unhappy that Adam and Eve don't stand behind their products, and wont give me a refund or at least free shipping for an obviously faulty item. HORRIBLE!

I just ordered my first thing from the website, but had a wrong shipping address listed. When I called to get it changed, I was received by one of the most bitter people I have ever experienced. For a less than 2 minute phone call, she kept a constant aggressiveness to me simply asking to change my address. I couldn’t believe how rude and hateful she was.
Desired outcome: Simply ask CSR to listen and respond the way they were responded to, which was very nicely and patiently on my end (which sadly doesn’t seem like a responsibility of adam and eve)

I ordered 2 products and got to free. When my order was delivered I was missing a paid for item. I called in and they said they would send a replacement and I would recieve it on March 18. Mind you it's March 10 and I already paid for 1 day air ship. They said that was all they could do. I asked for a refund instead. After speaking with 3 customer service reps I was told I could get no proof of the refund till it hit my bank. When I made tge comment about customer satisfaction and not being a happy customer the customer service rep had the response of thank you.

I ordered the blissful bullet from the online store on February 25th, the order number is 26452. I got confirmation of shipping on February 28th and I received the product on March 2nd. When I received the product the spring that should be attached to the "cap" where the on button is, was broken off and the product will not work. I've tried to reattach it multiple times, with no luck.

I am posting this complaint/review because I have found that being a paying customer, there is no way to leave reviews on AdamandEves's website regarding their products, so I'm wondering where their reviews have come from that are on their site. I ordered the Casanova French Kiss vibrator. It is a clitoral stimulator. I hated it. I knew that since it was there was no way for me to get my money back so I just wanted to complain about it and write a review on their site to beware of it. I seen a few reviews (even though I dont know where they came from) that said it feels unrealistic and it couldnt have been more right! I should have listened. It feels almost cringy. The "tongue" does not feel like a realistic tongue moving. I thought it would be a bit more gentle. It just flaps up and down uncontrollably and aggressively at the same speed as the vibrations. It sort of hurt and stimulated in a way that I didn't want. I had to take it away immediately. It's also EXTREMELY loud. I turned the shower on so kids couldn't hear and you could hear it over the shower! It's not even a hum it just sounds like a loud running motor. I ended up just using the vibrating bullet end, which I already have multiple ones. I wanted something that would stimulate the clitoris and inside of vagina at the same time and this product couldn't do it. I would have been better off ordering the little 10 dollar bullet instead of spending 40 on this. I would NOT recommend this product at all.

I purchased this product (Adam's True Feel Cock brown) on 23/04/2021. I kept it with my other dildos and by December, the Adam's True Feel Cock brown had melted on one side where it was touching the other dildos and smeared them with a disgusting oil that I can't get rid of! The smell is also awful. I threw it away in disgust.

They have in their site 100% customer guaranteed for return but yet won't refund you the full price you paid for shipping and insurance. Specially when you have to pay to have it shipped back to them. If you aren't going to refund full price then don't put 100% on your site or put in there that you don't refund shipping and insurance.

I ordered two separate orders. They both went to a city in North carolina. I live in Texas so that was completely wrong address. I spoke with someone at customer service they told me that the items had to be delivered back to them before they could send them back to me. I received one of the orders. The second order I did not receive. I contacted customer service and was told that I had already received my order and I informed them that the order I received was only one of two. The customer service representative told me that she was confused and didn't understand what I meant. I told her I didn't understand what was so confusing about me not receiving my order. She then told me that they were going to give me my money back and left the call. Thus far I have not received anything back in my account and I do believe that she was lying just to get rid of me.

The item, Order Number:[protected] was ordered on October 5th, 2021, and was delivered between the 10th and the 12th. It worked properly upon arrival but within weeks it seemed to not be holding a charge as well as it should, and the buttons were becoming less responsive. Since then it has stopped accepting any charge at all, except that when it is connected to a power source the motor runs constantly, and the buttons have completely lost all functionality. I purchased a similar Lelo product back in 2015 and it worked reliably until late last year, so I was pretty surprised and disappointed to have had this experience with the brand. What can be done?
