My name is dalia abdelrazek I have returned from travilling on aeagean airline on 10.08.2015 from frankfurt airport to athens airport flight nr: (A3833) and second flight from athens to cairo at 10.08.2015 flight nr: (A3930) I just have on baggae and I lost it from aegean airline and they didn't know till now where's my baggae I sent so many emails for them and I sent also compensation letter and after long time they answered me to give me 50% from the highest amount as compensation is determined at 1, 420 euro which means they want to give me 710 euro.. Athough my stuff in the bag were more than 2200 euro and they asked me for receipts and all the receipts was in my only baggage which I lost it. And there was avery importnat medicine for my doughter there.. They didn't give me for which reason they want to pay only 710 euro although I told them I want the highest amount which is 1420 euro. Please can you help me in this case
Agean Airlines overcharged me for $100 for the piece of luggage. They refused to return me the money back. Well, they offered us to throw the luggage away or pay $100 more. I don’t know if it is legal because I feel myself fooled. Never do business with them.
I travelled with my wife from Cairo to Athens and from Athens to Tirana and they lost one of my bags on the flight number A3846 and this was in the date of 12 August 2017 and I have reported in the airport and tried to contact Aegean airlines no one answered. I emailed them no one answered and the end they answered to take from the details of my bag and till today which 2 October 2017 no one is answering me although i am sending them everyday emails I retured back from my vacation back to Cairo and no answers till now and I have reserved with them the going and the return which means i took 4 tickets from them that costed $1200 and they lost my bag and no one is carrying or showing any responsibilities to me and now i am going on for an open court becuase what was in my bag costed € 2000 and i am not ready to waste my time with them anymore

The plane was half full when we asked if we could move forward as there were 2 children crying directly behind us they refused, they said we would have to pay ., even though at least 5 people had moved forward without asking them . We were also refused a third alcoholic drink they said the limit was 2, there is not normally a limit in the drinks.
Flight from Athens to Thessaloniki, the plane was nor yet full all the places for the hand luggages had been taken. Aegean's stuff should do their job properly and ensure that people have with them the permitted number of luggages and proper size with them. Bad stuff management - aegean is getting worst and worst in terms of service
I have tried to put official complaint to airlines, but they won't process my complaint without a phone number and there is nowhere to put a number on the page. Its impossible to claim.
