My air wick plugins are not emptying all the way out. I have several that leave almost half the oil in them
Some of them empty out, but most leave to much oil. I have used glad plugins and they don't have this problem. Is there something wrong with the product or is it something I'm doing wrong? I just insert the oil bottle wick into the warmer and plug it in.

I baught numerous candles and I've had them in my bedroom I lit them and 1 exploded in my bedroom I have pictures of prove I'd like compensation for my candle what are dangerous and could of been a lot worse I have 2 children in my house this should not happen it could of set my house on fire this needs resolving ASAP I'm unhappy with this thanks Adam

Hi i bought 2 of the air wick sprays and the refills for them when it was time to replace the canister i followed the instructions but both canisters the plastic cracked so was unable to use them also my air wick air freshener the sensor on it seems faulty as it is not sending out much fragrance I've always used air wick fresheners but I'm really dissatisfied in my last purchases

one of my sprayers was not working after changing the batteries so I went to my Walmart and purchased two new ones both of the new ones did not press the button all the way down for spray. This is still happening after changing the batteries. So now I have three that are not operating, useless and are a waste of money. there has to be some type of defect because all three of them are doing this and I've not had these problems before with others. I no longer have the box North receipt 4 proof that purchase and there is no identifying numbers the machine itself

Bought these on Saturday 7-27-19 and plugged them in 5 different locations over the house. Within the hour I was sneezing and had a itchy cough and eye irritation . I chalked it up to doing yard work earlier that afternoon. Woke Sunday morning - with headache, sniffles, and deep itchy cough and light mucous and scratchy throat and big time eye watering and burning and... my scalp was itchy and had a small rash on it .. I thought weird. Sunday evening ( right now) I noticed that everywhere the scent was super strong and the closer I got the more my head hurt and my eye were burning and watering and my cough hurt my chest and throat when I coughed ... I immediately went around and unplugged the plug ins and took Benadryl. My eye stopped burning within just a few minutes. And my cough has subsided slightly. I never had issue with Glade products ... but last time I bought air wick I rem having same issue but blew it off as a cold. Now I know it's not a cold but a reaction. My poor. Arts and dogs. Can you imagine what their sensitive noses are going thru?! Never again

just few days back i put air wick in my kitchen, i don't know what was exactly fragrance i think it would be apple or cinnamon. The fragrance was so hard of that air wick, then i removed the air wick after two days and put the air wick on the kitchen floor. When we wake up in the morning my husband saw some kind of spot in the kitchen floor where i was put the air wick .Then i saw some chemical was licked from air wick and removes the color of kitchen floor tile. Now i am moving this week to new apartment and today a representative had came to my home for inspection and they charged me $150 for this color removes from tile in the kitchen. I have to pay $150 for this chemical leakage from air wick.The worst part is i am paying for not my fault.

I bought your automatic dispenser at few months ago at a Walmart in Aldi, Virginia, and it has already quit working properly. It used to work like it was supposed to, but now it barely sprays any of the product. It's not a battery issue because I've installed new batteries, making sure they were new and fresh, but it still only sprays a minimal amount. I can't return it because it is past the Walmart return policy. My Glade dispenser has been going for years with no problems.

Informing you that I have purchased airwick worth cost 550/-on date 16-06-2019 as mention detail that this product could be used for 60 days but I see that bottle spray is completed on 2-july 2019 means totally finished in 17 days so I request to you pls go thru this mail and do to need ful as per your earliest so that i will be continue use your company product and replace this item asap

Purchased automatic air Wick automatic room freshener, not working with in one month

I think Raj Mandir pitampura has sold me spurious product, company like yours can't manufacture such a bad product which gets non operational within one month

It would be appreciated if the product is replaced at the earliest

Hi, I have used your products for years and have several of the old style holders and new in my house. I am struggling to get the new style nozzles to dispense like the old ones. I have compared the two and the new wider ones only dispense a small amount whereas the old ones work so much better. I have one of the old style nozzles left which I am able to switch with new ones and everything is great. My question is why did you change the style when I'm sure I'm not the only one finding this frustrating. If you have some of the old style nozzles still available would it be possible to provide me with some so that I can change my other dispensers.

Unit worked until batteries ran out. Fine I thought. Changed batteries. Works for 1 spray and red light flashes. Change batteries again. Same. Change cannister same again. Works only once then gives up. Why ?

You wrote back saying insufficient information, but not stating what information you require. Please be more concise.

I have had 2 Airwick Dispensers for about 2 years. When I first installed the refill I tried to follow the instructions about pushing the red button to the top but I couldn't get it to do that and they have both been working just fine. This time when I refilled them I tried again to follow the instructions and pushed the red button to the top. Now they don't work at all! They both seem to try to spray but do not. I have about 8 refills. What do I do about the dispensers? It seems following the instructions is not right because they do not spray. Help!

Purchased this item two weeks ago, and I am an avid scentsy user but this particular scent was devine so I made the switch to try. I followed the instructions on the packaging and the whole top of the oil pushed in and leaked everywhere. It was useless to me after the fact because there was little to no use of it left. I paid over 12$ CAD for this and I am so disappointed. Maybe I should have stuck to scentsy.

I had ordered air wick 300 ml from snap deal pack of 3 but got air woke (made in china) pack of 3 and less quantity yesterday, I fail to understand how come I got air woke instead of air wick its duplicate item sale on snap deal or what, very bad never thought something like this will happen and top of that bill from mahakal (surat) says air wick but they r sending air woke... Trying calling snap deal but in vain waiting for early response from snap deal to immediate change with orginal product air wick.

I have bought and used this product for years now as I would normally highly recommend it, if has such a lovely smell. I have never had a problem with this happening before but this time it has leaked and damaged my air vent surround, it has blistered the surrounding. My car is only 2 years old so I'm very upset. I'm going to have to buy another surround now which I'm not happy about. Please advise

It doesn't tell you what it is made of but when walls and materials starts filling oily it tell you it's got oil in it. I put it in the bathroom and as it sprays I would get chest pains and had trouble breathing. I had to stop using it. Then I put it in the living room and everything became oily and difficult to breath there also. It's a bad air freshener for anybody who is young or a senior.

I purchased a essential mist diffuser from Tesco 3 weeks ago. The unit has stopped working. I have replaced the batteries and if I press the boost button it produces mist however the timer function no longer works.
I have spoken to Tesco but as I don't have the receipt they are unable to help. I love this product however I cannot afford to replace. Please could you advise if this is a known fault with this product. I have always found air wick products to be of a high standard so this is very disappointing.

(Doublets) I pursues and the item Air Wick Essential thinking that all was well, but to my disbelief I soon found out my Air Wick Essential was not working at all. I bought this Air wick form Wal-Mart and it stopped working. I have had this item before and it last about two months, and I shop at the same store every time. (Doublets) I don't understand why I got an item that was not working, I would have taking it back but I lost the recite, so I am asking you to send me another Air Wick Essential Fragrant Mist Diffuser because I am a faithful customer who consumes a lot of your Scented Oils, and glade plugins, and the Air Wick Scented oils. I love using all of them. (Apothegm) I need Air Wick in my life, I have a teen in my home who plays sports, and everything in her room smalls bad, worst then a locker room, and it smells like a barn with all the animals on a farm. (Anadiplosis) To understand what I am going throe I also have five people living with me, and the bathroom needs to have that Air Wick in there when we go boo-boo or number two, without the Air Wick in the restroom I all most pass out when I go in there after someone has done number Two. (Anadiplosis) I could use Air Fresher but I don't like to touch anything in the bathroom, only washing my hands. (I don't even like to turn on the light). I just want a new Air Wick please. I love most of the items you sell, and I know I am going to keep supporting you, but know I need some support to keep a smile on my face. (Appositive) I think this is the best product, it makes me smile whenever I smell Air wick, I feel like the world is ok, and I love to feel good about life.

I reside in Tiruchirapalli district of Tamil Nadu state. I live in 620018 pincode locality. I have three airwick freshmatic dispenser which doesn't function even within. a year if it's purchase. So I have to but fresh dispenser in a span of 6-9 months. No service centre is provided to repair the products.
Many. a time the refills I bought was operated manually as room sprayer by me as the dispenser stopped functioning all of. a sudden.
The company must own responsibility for the due service of its dispenser and it cannot push. a custoner to purchase new dispenser in. a short span.

My household has been in love with airwick air freshener until we bought on several occasions the 6 in 1. Recently we bought crisp linen & lilac.

All products of 6 in 1 we tried for years now have one common problem:

"we only could use them one or 2 days and afterwards they won't spray air but water."

It is very disappointing to find that these products are not fit for such a big brand.

It is also disappointing when in faith as a customer bought what I thought the product will deliver what is written on it, yet to find out it not what it looks like.

Could you please revisit or withdraw these products until the problem is resolved.

Otherwise, the damage it is causing to the company is not worth it.
